Technical Field

Background

Due to the complex road conditions, road sweepers used for sweeping urban outdoor roads need to be frequently replaced with brushes for sweeping the floor. In the prior art, the brush usually needs to be detached from the sweeper by using a special tool, so that not only the space on the sweeper needs to be occupied, but also the detachment is time-consuming, and the working efficiency of road surface sweeping is affected.

Therefore, there is a need for a conveniently detachable brush plate for cleaning floor and a cleaning device, which solve the above technical problems in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the disadvantages of the prior art, a primary object of the present invention is to provide a brush plate for cleaning floor and a cleaning device, so as to solve the above technical problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brush plate for cleaning a floor, the brush plate including a connecting member for connecting to a driving device and a brush plate body detachably connected to the connecting member, the brush plate body having a first accommodating space therein, the connecting member including a supporting mechanism, at least a portion of the supporting mechanism being disposed in the first accommodating space, and the supporting mechanism having a pin for limiting movement of the brush plate body relative to the connecting member.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, the first accommodating space 110 is formed in the brush tray 100, and the connecting member 200 includes a base 210 and a supporting mechanism 220, wherein the supporting mechanism 220 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the first accommodating space 110, so that all or part of the supporting mechanism can be disposed in the first accommodating space 110. The latch 300 may be disposed on the supporting mechanism 220, and the latch rod of the latch 300 may limit the movement of the brush tray body away from the connecting member in a direction perpendicular to the brush tray body.

The shape of the supporting mechanism 220 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and a groove structure with a bottom is preferred. When the supporting mechanism 220 is shaped as a trough structure with a bottom, the first accommodating space 110 may be a through or non-through trough.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a side wall 111 of the first receiving space 110 may be formed with a latch hole (not shown), and the shape of the latch hole is adapted to the shape of the latch rod of the latch 300. The depth of the first receiving space 110 may be not less than that of the supporting mechanism 220 and the latch rod of the latch 300 disposed on the bottom of the supporting mechanism may be located in the first receiving space 110, and the latch rod may extend into the latch hole to detachably connect the connecting member 200 and the brush disk body 100. After the brush disc is installed on the cleaning equipment, the brush disc body can be limited to move relative to the connecting piece in the vertical direction through the supporting effect of the bolt hole on the brush disc body in the vertical direction, so that the connection stability is guaranteed.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the depth of the first receiving space 110 is smaller than that of the supporting mechanism 220, and the first receiving space 110 is a through groove body, so that a latch rod of the latch 300 provided to the bottom of the supporting mechanism 220 can be located outside the first receiving space 110 and below the brush tray body 100 when being mounted on the cleaning device. As shown in fig. 3, the supporting plate 221 at the bottom of the supporting mechanism 220 and the latch rod (not shown) of the latch 300 are located below the brush disc body 100, so as to provide a supporting function in the vertical direction for the brush disc body 100, and limit the displacement of the brush disc body in the vertical direction relative to the connecting member, so as to ensure the connection stability.

When the brush disc body and the connecting piece are connected to a driving device of the cleaning equipment and cleaning operation is carried out, the bolt can limit the degree of freedom of the brush disc body in the direction perpendicular to the cleaned ground, and the brush disc body can be driven to rotate by the rotating motion of the driving motor, so that the degree of freedom of the brush disc body in the direction parallel to the cleaned ground is avoided, and the brush disc body can be prevented from falling off during cleaning.

As shown in fig. 1, the latch 300 further includes a control member 310, and the latch can be controlled to eject the latch lever and retract the latch lever through the control member 310, so as to detachably connect the connecting member 200 to the brush disk body 100. As shown in fig. 4, the connecting member 200 is provided with a receiving mechanism 230, and the shape of the receiving mechanism 230 is adapted to the shape of the plug, so as to connect the plug and the connecting member 200. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a fixing member 231 for fixing the latch is further provided on the accommodating mechanism 230 to further improve the firmness of the connection. Preferably, to facilitate use of the latch, as shown in fig. 1, the control member 310 of the latch 300 may be disposed on the other side with respect to the bristles 400, so that the control member 310 may be in a position easily accessible to a user after being attached to the cleaning apparatus, improving the ease of removal and installation.

As shown in fig. 2, the base 210 of the connecting member 200 is provided with at least one opening 240, and at a position corresponding to each opening, the brush tray 100 is provided with a corresponding second receiving space (not shown). The connection member 200 is detachably coupled to the brush tray body 100 by bolts passing through the opening 240 and the second receiving space.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the opening 240 includes at least one first portion 241 and at least one second portion 242. As shown in fig. 1, a nut 121 is provided on the bolt 120, and the outer diameter of the nut 121 is larger than the diameter of the first portion and smaller than the diameter of the second portion. During connection, the brush disc body can be rotated, so that the nut is positioned at the position of the first part to connect the brush disc body and the connecting piece. When the brush disc body needs to be disassembled, the brush disc body can be rotated, so that the nut is positioned at the position of the second part, and the disassembly is convenient. Preferably, the nut may be a fastening nut.

As shown in FIG. 5, the second portion 242 may be disposed between the two first portions 241 so that the brush disk body can be removed from the attachment member regardless of whether the brush disk body is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. The diameter of the bolt can be smaller than the diameters of the first portion and the second portion, so that a gap exists between the bolt and the connecting piece, and rotation is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 2, the driving device 500 includes a connecting mechanism 510, and the connecting member 200 is provided with a driving device connecting seat 250 to which the connecting mechanism 510 is connected. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the supporting mechanism 220 is further provided with a corresponding through hole 222 at a corresponding position, and the through hole 222 is provided with a corresponding gasket 223. The connection mechanism 510 of the driving device 500 can be inserted into the through hole 222, and the spacer 223 can further fix the connection mechanism 510 inserted therein, so as to improve the connection stability of the connection member and the driving device. Preferably, the connecting mechanism can be provided with a first thread, and the through hole is internally provided with a second thread matched with the first thread, so that the connection stability of the connecting piece and the driving device is further improved.
