The safety valve is a special valve, wherein the opening and closing part is in a normally closed state under the action of external force, and when the pressure of a medium in equipment or a pipeline rises to exceed a specified value, the medium is discharged to the outside of the system to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or the equipment from exceeding the specified value. The reliability and performance of the action are directly related to the safety of equipment and personnel.

Safety valves are classified into a hammer type, a lever type, a spring type and a pilot type (pulse type) according to structural forms. The bottom of a valve rod of the spring type safety valve is generally in direct contact with a sealing gasket, and the end part of the valve rod can move out of the valve body and is easily interfered by an external object; moreover, after the spring type safety valve is continuously in a closed and pressure relief switching state, the situation that the sealing effect is poor due to the fact that the valve rod cannot be effectively reset easily occurs. When the mine is used under the complex working condition, the safety performance cannot be guaranteed, and the safety of operators is endangered. Secondly, the pressure relief channel of the safety valve is not designed reasonably and is not easy to relieve pressure quickly. Moreover, the valve rod is easy to break and cut due to long-term reciprocating motion, and the generated broken and cut and other impurities are deposited on the inner sealing surface of the valve body to influence the sealing effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a safety valve, which aims to improve the sealing property during closing, realize quick pressure relief and improve the safety.

Based on the above purpose, the invention provides a safety valve, which comprises a valve body, a valve cap, a valve rod arranged in the valve body, a sealing assembly and an elastic reset mechanism sleeved on the valve rod, wherein the valve body is provided with an air inlet and a pressure relief opening, a bearing table is arranged in the valve body, the bearing table is provided with an outer conical bearing surface, the sealing assembly comprises a sealing pad and a guide plug, the sealing pad is provided with a clamping groove matched with the bearing table, an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical bearing surface is arranged in the clamping groove, a groove surrounding the bearing table is arranged in the valve body, the lower end of the sealing pad can extend into the groove, two ends of the elastic reset mechanism respectively abut against a step surface of the valve rod and a step surface of the valve cap, and the sealing pad and the guide plug move up and down to open and close the pressure relief opening.

The valve body is internally provided with a supporting surface which is contacted with the lower end surface of the guide plug and is arranged on the periphery of the groove in a surrounding way, and the plane of the supporting surface is positioned between the bottom of the groove and the top end of the sealing gasket.

The bottom face of direction stopper is equipped with the first mounting groove that is used for the sealed pad of installation, and the upper portion of direction stopper is equipped with the second mounting groove of installation valve rod.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the bonnet 2 includes a connecting section 23 and a protruding section 22, the connecting section 23 and the protruding section 22 form a convex structure, a step groove is provided in the connecting section 23, the upper portion of the valve rod 4 can extend into the step groove, and the step surface of the step groove facing the return spring and the valve rod 4 forms a limit. Under the normal pressure state, the sealing gasket and the guide plug close the air inlet under the action of the valve rod and the return spring, so that the safety valve is in a normally closed state; under the overpressure state, media in equipment or a pipeline impact the sealing gasket, the return spring is compressed under the action of the overpressure media, the valve rod moves towards the extending section of the valve cap, and the air inlet is opened and communicated to the pressure relief opening, so that the safety valve is switched to the opening state to relieve pressure.

As a further improvement, as shown in fig. 1, the outer side surface of the guide plug 5 includes a flat surface 51 and an arc surface 52 which are arranged at intervals, and the pressure relief port 7 is arranged on the side wall of the valve body 1 corresponding to the arc surface 52. The guide plug is provided with a plane and an arc surface, so that the contact area with the inner wall of the valve body is reduced, the movement friction resistance is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the guide movement of the sealing assembly in the opening and closing process is effectively realized.

As shown in figure 2, after the safety valve is assembled, a certain gap is formed between the flange on the sealing gasket and the bottom of the groove, so that the sealing gasket can rebound after action, and the problem of plastic deformation of the sealing gasket caused by overpressure is effectively solved.
