The box-type transformer is a transformer which is designed by centralizing a traditional transformer in a box-type shell and is mostly located in an industrial area. Take the cotton spinning industry district as an example, outside a lot of cotton fibre all can be blown the mill by the fan of mill for contain a large amount of dust flying cotton fibre in the air, these filthy can produce very obvious filthy and adhesion on distribution equipment in box transformer, and when the air becomes moist, these flying cotton fibre can absorb moisture, and then reduce the dielectric strength of equipment, lead to the circuit trip even.

The existing box-type transformer shell only has a vent and a dust filtering net, cannot meet the ventilation and dust prevention standards of industrial areas and other places, and is easily blocked by dust flying through the addition of an external vent, so that the long-term effect cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a box-type transformer and a ventilation control method thereof, which are used to solve the problem that the ventilation opening of the existing box-type transformer located in an industrial area or the like is easily blocked.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a box transformer provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: a main controller (not shown), a box body 1, a fan 2, a rotating brush 3 and a double-layer filter screen 4; a plurality of ventilation openings 11 are arranged on the box body 1; the plurality of ventilation openings 11 are distributed up and down; each ventilation opening 11 is sequentially provided with a double-layer filter screen 4, a rotary brush 3 and a fan 2 along the direction from the outer side to the inner side; the inner layer of the double-layer filter screen 4 is a fine filter screen 41, and the outer layer is a coarse filter screen 42; the rotating brush 3 is abutted against the double-layer filter screen 4 and is in transmission connection with the fan 2 through a ratchet mechanism 5; when the fan 2 rotates in the forward direction, the air outlet 11 is in an air outlet state; when the fan 2 rotates in the reverse direction, the air inlet 11 is in an air inlet state; the ratchet mechanism 5 is used for limiting the reverse rotation of the rotating brush 3; the master controller is arranged in the box body 1, is electrically connected with the fan 2 and is used for controlling the start and stop of the fan 2.

And because the humidity of south weather, a lot of flying cotton filth can adhere on dust filter net and equipment, can lead to ventilation effect greatly reduced and equipment insulation to reduce in the past in this long term, cause equipment trouble. Therefore, in this embodiment, by providing the double-layer filter screen 4, the coarse filter screen 42 located outside can block the larger dust flying flocs, the fine filter screen 41 can avoid the smaller dust flying flocs entering the transformer chamber, and the two cooperate with each other, so that the number of times of replacing the filter screen can be reduced without affecting the air circulation inside the box 1, and the material cost and the labor cost can be saved.

Meanwhile, by arranging the ratchet mechanism 5 and the rotating brush 3, the rotating brush 3 can be started only when the fan rotates forwards, namely the ventilation opening 11 is in an air-out state, so that dust attached to the double-layer filter screen 4 due to wet weather and the like can fly into the air.

Further, a temperature sensor (not shown) is also included; the temperature sensor is arranged in the box body 1, is electrically connected with the main controller and is used for sensing the temperature in the box body 1.

Through the cooperation of master controller and temperature-sensing ware, can in time open fan 2 when 1 inside temperature of box reaches the set temperature, in time the heat dissipation ventilates and can the energy can be saved when need not start.

Further, the device also comprises an air switch and a manual switch; the air switch and the manual switch are both connected with a circuit main power supply in the box body 1.

Further, in practical applications, the coarse filter screen 42 and the fine filter screen 41 may be arranged side by side, and the distance between them is set according to practical requirements. In the present embodiment, the coarse strainer 42 is disposed at the outer end of the rain shield 12; the fine filter screen 41 is arranged at the end part of the inner side of the rain cover 12; the rotating brush 3 abuts against the fine mesh 41.

Specifically, the rain shield 12 may be arc-shaped, with a first end facing horizontally and a second end facing downward; the first end of the rain cover 12 is connected with the ventilation opening 11, and the coarse strainer 42 is arranged at the second end of the rain cover 12; a fine screen 41 is provided at a first end of the rain shield 12. By arranging the coarse strainer 42 at the second end facing downwards, larger flying dust is not easy to adhere to the coarse strainer 42, the cleaning times of the coarse strainer 42 can be reduced, and the labor cost can be saved.

The above is the first embodiment provided in the present application, and the following is the second embodiment provided in the present application, specifically referring to fig. 5.

A second aspect of the present application provides a ventilation control method for a box-type transformer, which is applied to the box-type transformer described in any one of the above embodiments, the box-type transformer including a temperature sensor disposed in a box 1;

the ventilation control method comprises the following steps:

s1, acquiring the temperature in the box body before starting, and executing the step S2 when the temperature before starting exceeds the set starting temperature value;

specifically, the main controller obtains the temperature before starting in the box 1 through the temperature sensor, that is, the temperature inside the box 1 before starting each fan 2.

S2, keeping the fan in the vent at the upper end to rotate along the reverse direction, and keeping the fan in the vent at the lower end to rotate along the forward direction;

the main controller controls the air inlet of the upper fan 2 and the air outlet of the lower fan 2, so that the inside of the box body 1 is ventilated from top to bottom.

S3, calculating the execution time length of the step S2, and when the execution time length of the step S2 exceeds the first set time length, entering the step S4;

s4, keeping the fan in the vent at the upper end to rotate in the forward direction, keeping the fan in the vent at the lower end to rotate in the reverse direction, simultaneously obtaining the temperature after starting in the box body, judging whether the temperature after starting is larger than a set stop temperature value or not, if so, closing each fan and returning to the step S1, and if not, entering the step S5;

s5, calculating the execution time length of step S4, and returning to step S2 when the execution time length of step S4 exceeds the second set time length.

Specifically, the first set time period and the second set time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the first set time period may be 10 hours, the second set time period may be 2 hours, and the like.
