When the shaft association is adopted, the main impeller 71 and the second belt pulley 75 share one rotating shaft, the main impeller 71 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the second belt pulley 75 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the mechanical sealing mode can be adopted, the possibility of transformer oil leakage is reduced, and a similar structure can be adopted between the driving gear 78 and the auxiliary impeller 72.

Referring to fig. 4, when magnetic coupling is adopted, a rotating shaft of the main impeller 71 is rotatably installed in the main impeller installation pipe 421, a rotating groove 4211 is formed in a pipe wall of the main impeller installation pipe 421 close to one side of the first belt pulley 74, a rotating disc 711 is integrally and coaxially arranged on the main impeller 71, the rotating disc 711 is located in the rotating groove 4211, a magnetic block 712 is eccentrically installed on a side wall of the rotating disc 711 facing the rotating groove 4211, a related coupling disc 741 is integrally arranged on one side of the first belt pulley 74 facing the main impeller installation pipe 421, and a magnet 742 is eccentrically installed on the related coupling disc, so that the rotating disc 711 and the related coupling disc 741 can keep synchronous rotation to a certain extent through attraction between the magnetic block 712 and the magnet 742, and correspondingly, a similar structure can also be adopted between the driving gear 78 and the auxiliary impeller 72.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a breather assembly 8 for communicating the conservator 3 with the atmosphere is arranged on the conservator 3, the breather assembly 8 comprises a sealer 81, a breathing tube 82, a breather 83 and a temporary storage tank 84, one end of the breathing tube 82 is communicated with the top of the conservator 3, and the other end of the breathing tube 82 extends downwards against the wall of the oil tank 1 and is connected with the breather 83.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the sealer 81 is located at one end where the breathing tube 82 is communicated with the conservator 3, when oil overflows through the sealer 81, the breathing tube 82 is sealed, so that transformer oil is not prone to leakage, the sealer 81 includes a sealing film 811 and a floating rod 812, one end of the breathing tube 82, which is connected with the conservator 3, is vertically arranged, one end of the floating rod 812 is located in the conservator 3, the other end of the floating rod is located in the breathing tube 82, one end of the floating rod 812, which is located in the conservator 3, is provided with a framework plate 813, the framework plate 813 is a circular plate, the sealing film 811 wraps outside the framework plate 813, the framework plate 813 enables the sealing film 811 to have certain rigidity, and the sealing film 811 is used for sealing one end, which is connected with the conservator 3, of the breathing tube 82.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a storage bump 9 is arranged at one end of the breather pipe 82 connected with the conservator 3, the storage bump 9 is spherical, a rubber layer 816 is sleeved on the upper part of the floating rod 812, which is located inside the breather pipe 82, a floating block 814 is located outside the rubber layer 816, and a temporary storage oil hole 817 is arranged in the floating rod 812, the temporary storage oil hole 817 is through the rubber layer 816 on the floating rod 812, the rubber layer 816 is wrapped outside the floating rod 812, and the floating block 814 further limits the rubber layer 816, when the oil is excessive, the oil can blow the rubber layer 816 through the temporary storage oil hole 817, so that the rubber layer 816 bulges at the position of the storage bump 9, on one hand, when the oil volume is too large, partial transformer oil can be temporarily stored through the rubber layer 816, the pressure of the conservator 3 is relieved, on the other hand, when the oil volume is over-limited, the rubber layer 816 is broken, the risk that the oil tank 1 and the conservator 3 are completely damaged is reduced, and the risk of the oil seeps out integrally is reduced.

Referring to fig. 8, the breather 83 includes a desiccant 831 and a container 832 for accommodating the desiccant 831, a connection block 833 is disposed at the upper end of the container 832, the connection block 833 is also disposed at the lower end of the breathing tube 82, an oil seal is mounted between the two connection blocks 833 and fixed by a bolt, connection between the container 832 and the breathing tube 82 is realized, a desiccant cylinder 834 is integrally disposed at the bottom of a cavity inside the container 832, the desiccant cylinder 834 is coaxial with the container 832, a step surface 835 and a conical tip 836 are disposed at the upper end of the desiccant cylinder 834, an annular membrane 837 is disposed between the step surface 835 and the top of the cavity inside the container 832, the outer edge of the annular membrane 837 abuts against the upper wall of the container 832, the inner edge of the annular membrane 837 abuts against the step surface 835, an air hole 838 is coaxially disposed at the top of the conical tip 836, and the bottom of the desiccant cylinder 834 is a filter screen through which the air can flow and the desiccant 831 cannot easily pass.

Referring to fig. 5 and 8, the holding tank 84 is mounted on the wall of the oil tank 1, and the top of the holding chamber communicates with the bottom of the container 832, so that the transformer oil flowing between the inner wall of the container 832 and the desiccant cartridge 834 can flow into the holding tank 84.
