(5) Soaking the plant seeds in 0.1 percent potassium permanganate solution for 10 minutes for disinfection, and then sucking the plant seeds with sterile paper for later use.

(1) adding 1g-100g of ammonia water in each Kg of nutrient medium symbiotic with microorganisms and plants into 10g-400g of lignite, stirring, airing and grinding.

(2) Adding 1g-100g of urea in each Kg of nutrient medium symbiotic with the microorganisms and the plants into 1g-100g of phosphoric acid to generate chemical reaction to generate urea phosphate which can be commonly utilized by the plants and the microorganisms, stirring, airing and grinding.

(3) And (3) mixing the products obtained in the step (1) and the step (2) with the rest substances, and uniformly stirring to obtain the nutrient substrate for symbiosis of microorganisms and plants.

(4) Taking a certain amount of nutrient medium symbiotic with microorganisms and plants, putting into a container such as a bowl, and sterilizing for later use.

Preferably, the lignite in (1) is subjected to integrated filtering and air exchange stirring equipment in a device for grinding and stirring with ammonia water, the air drying temperature of the ground and stirred lignite is set to be 60 ℃, and the air drying place is set to be inside a special drying room.

Preferably, the temperature of the urea and the phosphoric acid in the step (2) is set to 80 ℃ during mixing, stirring and grinding, the urea and the phosphoric acid need to be dried inside a drying room at the temperature of 65 ℃ after chemical reaction, and after the nutrient medium symbiotic with the microorganisms and the plants is generated, the urea and the phosphoric acid are placed in an aseptic container and sterilized by using a professional sterilization instrument.

Preferably, the cultivation pot for inoculation and seeding in (7) is made of ceramic, the cultivation pot is placed in a cultivation base with the temperature of 18-25 ℃, and the cultivation pot needs to be watered with sterile water in a four-side ventilated environment.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the formula and the preparation process of the nutrient medium for symbiosis of the microorganisms and the plants can be used for screening the microorganisms such as bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and the like which have strong activity in soil and are beneficial to the growth and development of crops, and can also be used for detecting the effectiveness of the existing microbial fertilizer.
