Background

The fixed-laying electric wire is mainly applied to home decoration wiring and electrical equipment and is the most common cable type in the current society. China has two standards which are respectively the national standard GB/T5023-2008 and the mechanical department standard JB/T8734-2016 for stipulating the products. GB/T5023-2008 mainly refers to international standard IEC60227, JB/T8734-2016 is a model and a specification which are not included in GB/T5023 and are added by the mechanical department according to domestic actual conditions, and cables listed in the two standards are classified into CCC products.

Although CCC products already cover most of the cable models commonly found in the market, there is still a portion that needs to be customized for the particular requirements. Corresponding to the sheathed wire, the RVV cable is commonly used, but the BVV cable is difficult to see, and the main reason is that the BVV cable is insulated and is provided with an inner sheath, so that the cable is inconvenient to strip and is more expensive, and the cable is generally used by few people. If a place needing to use a hard conductor exists, a plurality of BV wires are generally bound together for use. In foreign countries, there are already a number of standards that specify the structural parameters of such cables. The British China has a BS6004 standard, a 6242Y cable in the cable is a parallel structure with 2 insulated wire cores and 1 bare copper ground wire in parallel, and a sheath is extruded outside the cable. The U.S. has UL719 standards, and the inner NM-B cable is similar in construction to the 6242Y cable, but requires a release tape outside the bare ground. Both types of cables belong to a large variety in each country. Especially, NM-B cables are sold in a high market in the united states and are mostly used for electrical connection in the construction of rural wooden houses.

two main line insulation wire cores are placed on a double pay-off rack, a ground wire conductor is placed on a single pay-off rack, the tension of the two main line insulation wire cores and the tension of the ground wire conductor are adjusted to be consistent, the ground wire conductor passes through a guide wheel on a longitudinal wrapping device, a paper tape I is longitudinally wrapped at a position of a longitudinal wrapping die of the ground wire to form a ground wire, the two main line insulation wire cores respectively pass through grooves on two sides of a three-groove guide wheel on the longitudinal wrapping device, the ground wire enters a groove in the middle of the three-groove guide wheel, the ground wire is located between the two main line insulation wire cores at the moment, the two main line insulation wire cores and the ground wire are arranged in parallel to form a cable core, the two main line insulation wire cores and the ground wire are jointly enter an integral longitudinal wrapping die to integrally wrap a paper tape II, then enter a belt pressing device to be pressed, and finally directly enter an extruder to extrude a PVC sheath, and the flat cable is manufactured.

The invention has the following positive effects:

1. the flat cable with the double-layer longitudinally-wrapped paper structure is designed, compared with the common sheathed multi-core cable, the longitudinally-wrapped cable paper is better stripped, the cost is lower, and the economic advantage is very high;

2. a layering longitudinal wrapping device is designed, the layering longitudinal wrapping device can be installed in front of an extruder, a paper tape is longitudinally wrapped and is directly extruded out of a sheath after being compressed, and redundant production procedures are reduced.
