4. The marbled sole assembly of claim 1, wherein: the elastic filling matrix is elastic solid filling material which comprises any one or more of waste leather, waste rubber and EVA waste.

5. The marbled sole assembly of claim 1, wherein: the top layer is made of EVA.

6. The marbled sole assembly of claim 1, wherein: the foaming particles are made of ETPU popcorn materials, are uniformly distributed on the elastic filling layer, are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer in a stacked mode, and are coated by the elastic filling matrix.

7. A method of manufacturing a marbled sole assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

preparation of S1 wear-resistant layer: uniformly mixing PBT, TPU, a toughening agent, a compatilizer, toner, fluorescent powder, an auxiliary agent and optionally ASA, adding into a double-screw extruder, and shaping in a die;

preparation of S2 elastic filling layer: cleaning and drying the elastic solid filler, sterilizing and crushing the elastic solid filler at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, adding the elastic solid filler into a double-screw extruder, heating and injecting the elastic solid filler into a model containing ETPU foaming particles, so that the elastic solid filler penetrates into gaps among adjacent ETPU foaming particles and completely covers the upper surfaces of the ETPU foaming particles on the upper surface layer;

s3 preparation of the viscose film layer: coating organic silicon modified epoxy resin on the upper surface of the elastic filling layer, and drying;

preparation of the top layer of S4: the EVA particles are shaped through calendaring, tape casting, film blowing and chill rolls, then are tempered at constant temperature, longitudinally stretched to obtain the top layer of the EVA, and the top layer of the EVA is placed on the viscose film layer to form a semi-finished product accessory;

s5 shaping of the sole accessory: and (4) heating and pressurizing the semi-finished product fittings, cooling and shaping, and repairing redundant burrs.

8. The method of manufacturing a marbled sole assembly according to claim 7, wherein: the preparation of the S4 top layer also comprises the step of placing the EVA top layer obtained by longitudinal stretching into an ultraviolet irradiation device for ultraviolet treatment for 3-5 min.

The method of manufacturing a marbled sole assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation of the S4 top layer also comprises the steps of carrying out melt co-extrusion at the temperature of 260-300 ℃, carrying out constant temperature tempering treatment at the temperature of 160-170 ℃, and longitudinally stretching by 4-6 times.

The method of manufacturing a marbled sole assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation of the S1 wear-resistant layer further comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the toner and the fluorescent powder, adding the binder, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a component part of a shoe, in particular to a sole accessory with marbleizing and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The TPU is named as thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, is mainly divided into polyester type and polyether type, has wide hardness range, wear resistance, oil resistance, transparency and good elasticity, has the main characteristics of wide hardness range and wide application in the fields of daily necessities, sports goods, toys and the like, can obtain the bearing capacity, the impact resistance and the shock absorption performance with different hardness by modifying the proportion of each reaction component of the TPU, has outstanding cold resistance, has lower glass transition temperature of the TPU, and still keeps good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at minus 35 ℃.

The PA is named as polyamide, and the foaming material has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good toughness, excellent tensile and compression resistance, outstanding fatigue resistance, high softening point, smooth surface, corrosion resistance and the like, but has poor rigidity, and the application of the single PA foaming material in the fields of shoe materials and the like is less.

Shoes, a kind of article that prevents the foot and receive the injury when wearing on the foot, mostly straw sandals, cloth shoes in human civilization history earlier stage, it is more common today with leather shoes, sports shoes, playshoes, high-heeled shoes. Most of the existing shoes are made of TPU, EVA or PU materials, the whole function of the shoe is mainly concerned, but the sole accessories can be researched on the sole accessories as long as the accessories exert the function of the whole sole without wasting too much material on the whole sole, for the sole, more importantly, the accessories of the sole are concerned to enable the sole to have the function of the whole sole, but the attention to small accessories forming the shoe body is lacked nowadays, and each function of the small accessories is an indispensable part of the shoe body.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a sole accessory with marble grains and a preparation method thereof, and the following technical scheme is adopted:

as a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a marbled sole assembly for shoes, which is provided at a toe region and/or a heel region of a sole; this sole accessory is including top layer, viscose thin layer, elasticity filling layer and the wearing layer that from top to bottom connects, the elasticity filling layer includes elasticity filling matrix and foaming granule, the edge of wearing layer is for wrapping up formula or half parcel formula connection viscose thin layer, elasticity filling layer and top layer entirely, wearing layer evenly distributed has the marble line of fluorescence.

Further, the viscose film layer is a modified epoxy resin layer.

Further, the material of wearing layer is TPU and PBT composite material, the wearing layer is provided with bar-shaped non-slip raised.

Further, the elastic filler matrix is an elastic solid filler comprising any one or more of waste leather, waste rubber and EVA waste.

Further, the top layer is made of EVA.

Furthermore, the foaming particles are made of ETPU popcorn materials, are uniformly distributed on the elastic filling layer, are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer in a stacked mode, and are coated by the elastic filling matrix.

As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing the marbled sole assembly as described above, comprising:

preparation of S1 wear-resistant layer: uniformly mixing PBT, TPU, a toughening agent, a compatilizer, toner, fluorescent powder, an auxiliary agent and optionally ASA, adding into a double-screw extruder, and shaping in a die;

preparation of S2 elastic filling layer: cleaning and drying the elastic solid filler, sterilizing and crushing the elastic solid filler at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, adding the elastic solid filler into a double-screw extruder, heating and injecting the elastic solid filler into a model containing ETPU foaming particles, so that the elastic solid filler penetrates into gaps among adjacent ETPU foaming particles and completely covers the upper surfaces of the ETPU foaming particles on the upper surface layer;

s3 preparation of the viscose film layer: coating modified epoxy resin on the upper surface of the elastic filling layer, and drying;

preparation of the top layer of S4: the EVA particles are shaped through calendaring, tape casting, film blowing and chill rolls, then are tempered at constant temperature, longitudinally stretched to obtain the top layer of the EVA, and the top layer of the EVA is placed on the viscose film layer to form a semi-finished product accessory;

s5 shaping of the sole accessory: and (4) heating and pressurizing the semi-finished product fittings, cooling and shaping, and repairing redundant burrs.

Further, the preparation of the top layer of S4 further comprises placing the top layer of EVA obtained by longitudinal stretching into an ultraviolet irradiation device for ultraviolet treatment for 3-5 min.

Further, the preparation of the S4 top layer also comprises the steps of carrying out melt co-extrusion at the temperature of 260-300 ℃, carrying out constant temperature tempering treatment at the temperature of 160-170 ℃, and longitudinally stretching by 4-6 times.

Further, the preparation of the S1 wear-resistant layer also comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the toner and the fluorescent powder, adding the binder, uniformly stirring and then adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the sole accessory can be arranged at the head part and/or the heel part of the sole, can be manufactured into the accessory as a protective structure of the sole according to requirements, and can also be manufactured into a part of the sole by only increasing the thickness of each layer. This sole accessory has wearing layer, filling layer, viscose thin layer and top layer, and its layer cladding structure can improve the fastness of sole greatly as sole accessory, increases the durability of sole, and secondly, the secondary operation that this filling layer was gone on for adopting the discarded material makes required filling layer to realize the wastes material and recycle. The covering structure of the accessory aims to prevent slipping, sports injury and ankle sprain of a wearer regardless of the wearer turning in or out of the sole and regardless of the accessory arranged at the head part of the sole or the heel part of the sole.

The sole comprises a wear-resistant layer-1, an elastic filling layer-2, an elastic filling matrix-21, foaming particles-22, an adhesive film layer-3, a top layer-4 and sole accessories-5.

Detailed Description

Embodiments according to the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a marbled sole assembly.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, a marbled footwear sole assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, the footwear sole assembly 5 is provided at a toe portion of a footwear sole; this sole accessory 5 is including top layer 4, viscose thin layer 3, elasticity filling layer 2 and the wearing layer 1 that from top to bottom connects, elasticity filling layer 2 includes elasticity packing matrix 21 and foaming granule 22, the edge of wearing layer 1 is connected viscose thin layer 3, elasticity filling layer 2 and top layer 4 for half full parcel formula, and the thickness of its each layer of preparation control of this accessory accessible mould is as the toe cap portion of sole, and its wearing layer 1 of keeping away from the one end of tip then does not wrap up all the other layers, then only needs the arch portion and the heel of connecting the sole to form complete sole, also can be just so that each layer of this sole accessory 5 directly forms complete sole through extending its length.

Fluorescent marble grains are uniformly distributed on the wear-resistant layer 1, the viscose film layer 3 is a modified epoxy resin layer, the epoxy resin can be organic silicon modified epoxy resin which has stronger bonding function and is used for bonding the top layer 4, the wear-resistant layer 1 and the elastic filling layer 2 are integrally formed without being bonded by an adhesive, the wear-resistant layer 1 is made of a TPU and PBT composite material, the wear-resistant layer 1 is provided with strip-shaped anti-skid bulges, the wear-resistant layer 1 mainly plays a supporting role, the composite material has excellent impact property, the elastic filling matrix 21 is made of waste leather and EVA wastes, the top layer 4 is made of EVA material, the foaming particles 22 are made of ETPU popcorn material, the foaming particles 22 are uniformly distributed in the elastic filling layer 2, are stacked up and down, and are coated by the elastic filling matrix 21.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 2, a sole assembly 5 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided in a heel region of a shoe sole; this sole accessory 5 is including top layer 4, viscose thin layer 3, elasticity filling layer 2 and the wearing layer 1 that from top to bottom connects, elasticity filling layer 2 includes elasticity packing matrix 21 and foaming granule 22, the edge of wearing layer 1 is connected viscose thin layer 3, elasticity filling layer 2 and top layer 4 for half full parcel formula, and the heel part of sole is regarded as to the thickness of its each layer of its preparation control of this accessory accessible mould, and its wearing layer 1 of keeping away from the one end of heel then does not wrap up all the other layers, then only needs the arch of foot portion and the tip of a shoe of connecting the sole to form complete sole, also can be just so as to form complete sole through extending its length with direct in each layer of this sole accessory 5.

As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a sole assembly having marbleizing as in the above embodiment, including:

preparation of S1 wear layer 1: uniformly mixing PBT, TPU, a toughening agent, a compatilizer, toner, fluorescent powder, an auxiliary agent and optionally ASA, adding into a double-screw extruder, and shaping in a die;

preparation of S2 elastic filling layer 2: cleaning and drying the elastic solid filler, sterilizing and crushing the elastic solid filler at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, adding the elastic solid filler into a double-screw extruder, heating and injecting the elastic solid filler into a model containing the ETPU foaming particles 22, so that the elastic solid filler penetrates into gaps among the adjacent ETPU foaming particles 22 and completely covers the upper surfaces of the ETPU foaming particles 22 on the upper surface layer;

preparation of the adhesive film layer 3 of S3: coating modified epoxy resin on the upper surface of the elastic filling layer 2, and drying;

preparation of top layer 4 of S4: the EVA particles are shaped by calendaring, tape casting, film blowing and chill rolls, then are tempered at constant temperature, longitudinally stretched to obtain a top layer 4 of the EVA, then are put into ultraviolet irradiation equipment for ultraviolet treatment for 3-5min, and are placed on an adhesive film layer 3 to form a semi-finished product accessory;

s5 shaping of the sole accessory: and (4) heating and pressurizing the semi-finished product fittings, cooling and shaping, and repairing redundant burrs.

Preferably, the preparation of the top layer 4 of S4 further comprises the steps of carrying out melt co-extrusion at the temperature of 260-300 ℃, carrying out constant temperature tempering treatment at the temperature of 160-170 ℃, and longitudinally stretching by 4-6 times, wherein when the sole accessory is used as a sole toe cap, the top layer 4 manufactured by the mold does not need to be longitudinally stretched any more.

Preferably, the preparation of the S1 wear-resistant layer 1 further comprises uniformly mixing the toner and the phosphor powder, adding the binder, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, wherein the binder is used for uniformly adhering the toner and the phosphor powder particles, so that the marble in the finished product has a fluorescent effect.
