The first pressure regulating cylinder 20 and the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 both comprise a cylinder body 21, a left cavity 22, a piston 23, a right cavity 24 and a driving spring 25, the piston 23 is installed in the cylinder body 21, the cylinder body 21 is divided into the left cavity 22 and the right cavity 24 by the piston 23, the driving spring 25 is located in the right cavity 24, two ends of the driving spring 25 are fixedly connected with the piston 23 and the inner wall of the cylinder body 21 respectively, two ends of the driving spring 25 are connected with an electronic switch and a direct-current power supply through conducting wires, a control end of the electronic switch is connected with a controller, the left cavity 22 of the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 is communicated with an inner ring air chamber 91, the right cavity 24 of the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 is communicated with an outer ring air chamber 103, the left cavity 22 of the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 is communicated with an inner ring adsorption chamber 92, and the right cavity 24 of the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 is communicated with an outer ring adsorption chamber 101.

When the piston 23 of the first pressure-regulating cylinder 20 moves rightward, the inner-ring air chamber 91 is contracted and the outer-ring air chamber 103 is expanded. The inner air chamber 91 is contracted to make the inner rubber paste 93 under the inner air chamber 91 separate from the skin 5, so that the skin 5 can rest. The outer ring air chamber 103 expands to press the outer ring rubber patch 102 to the skin 5, and then the piston 23 of the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 moves leftward to draw out the air in the outer ring adsorption chamber 101, so as to form a certain low pressure, and the outer ring rubber patch 102 is adsorbed on the skin 5. The accumulated liquid 7 in the ostomy 8 bag is not too much and can be led out in real time through a communicating conduit. When the device is used for a patient with relatively mild symptoms, the catheter can be omitted. Similarly, the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 and the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 are adjusted in opposite directions, so that the inner ring rubber paste 93 is tightly attached to the skin 5, the outer ring rubber paste 102 is separated from the skin 5, and the skin 5 can take a rest alternately. Closing the electronic switch K3 causes the drive spring 25 of the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 to contract, moving the piston 23 to the right chamber 24, and opening the electronic switch K3 causes the drive spring 25 of the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 to extend, moving the piston 23 to the left chamber 22. Closing the electronic switch K2 causes the drive spring 25 of the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 to contract, driving the piston 23 to move toward the right chamber 24, and opening the electronic switch K2 causes the drive spring 25 of the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 to extend, driving the piston 23 to move toward the left chamber 22.

Referring to fig. 6, the first pressure regulating cylinder 20 and the second pressure regulating cylinder 30 further include two pressing heads 26 and a pressing spring 27, a through hole is radially formed in the middle of the piston 23, the pressing spring 27 and the pressing head 26 are both located in the through hole, two ends of the pressing spring 27 are respectively fixedly connected with one pressing head 26, two ends of the pressing spring 27 are connected with the controllable switch and the dc power supply through wires, and a control end of the controllable switch is connected with the controller. When the hold-down spring 27 is energized, it drives the hold-down head 26 away from the cylinder 21, allowing the piston 23 to move. When the piston 23 reaches a predetermined position under the driving of the driving spring 25, the controllable switch is turned off, the pressing spring 27 is extended, and the two pressing heads 26 are pushed to press the inner wall of the cylinder 21, so that the position of the piston 23 is fixed.

The beneficial technical effects of this embodiment are: when the skin 5 is wet, the resistance of the skin 5 is remarkably reduced, which can be detected by the first ohmmeter 13, and if the resistance is not recovered after a period of time, the skin 5 is wet for a long time, so that a nurse is required to check or replace the bag of the stoma 8, and the skin 5 near the stoma 8 is wiped and cleaned while the replacement is carried out, so that the damage of the skin 5 is reduced; the device has the reminding function, so that a nurse can check and discharge the contents in the stoma 8 bag in time and replace the stoma 8 bag with a new one; the ventilation spring 12 is electrified to contract, the ventilation spring 12 is electrified periodically, so that the bag wall of the ventilation bag 11 can be contracted and expanded periodically to form air flow, no noise is generated in the process, the rest of a patient is not influenced, and meanwhile, the spring is electrified to generate heat to heat air and accelerate the drying of the skin 5; through the inner absorption disc 9 and the outer absorption disc 10, when the stoma 8 bag is replaced, the skin 5 at different positions is absorbed, so that the skin 5 can have a rest, and pressure sores are avoided.
