Referring to fig. 2, the top of top plate 73 is fixed with hydrophobic cover 16, hydrophobic cover 16 is the toper setting, and when carrying out the waste water treatment work, waste water lets in filter vat 1 through inlet 2 in, rivers can directly strike the surface at top plate 73 to cause certain impact force to whole filter 7, and can carry out certain water conservancy diversion effect to rivers through the hydrophobic cover 16 that sets up, avoid rivers direct impact at the top of top plate 73, thereby can improve filter 7's life effectively.

Referring to fig. 1, flanges 17 are fixed to the top of the liquid inlet 2 and the bottom of the liquid outlet 3, so that the water pipe can be connected to the liquid inlet 2 and the liquid outlet 3.

Referring to fig. 4, the rotating column 18 is symmetrically fixed at the lower end of the driving rod 85, the rollers 19 are fixed on the outer wall of the rotating column 18, both of the rollers 19 are in rolling connection with the surface of the first connecting sleeve 82, when the backwashing operation is performed, water flow impacts the turbine 86 from the bottom, so that an upward acting force is applied to the driving rod 85, the driving rod 85 is in rotating connection with the first connecting sleeve 82 through the bearing, the connecting ring 6 is in rotating connection with the bottom ring 71 through the bearing, the axial pressure bearing capacity of the bearing is not strong, and the acting force of the water flow can be transmitted to the first connecting sleeve 82 through the rollers 19, so that the service life of the bearing can be effectively prolonged.

Referring to fig. 3, the cross section of the cross bar 83 is i-shaped, so that the weight of the cross bar 83 can be reduced, and the strength of the cross bar 83 can be ensured.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the water outlet end of the wastewater conveying equipment is connected with the liquid inlet 2, the wastewater conveying pipeline is connected with the liquid outlet 3, wastewater enters the inside of the filter barrel 1 through the liquid inlet 2, water flow enters the inside of the stainless steel filter barrel 72 through the holes on the surface of the stainless steel filter barrel 72, small particle impurities are blocked on the outer wall of the stainless steel filter barrel 72, the water flow passes through the stainless steel filter barrel 72 and then enters the lower part of the filter barrel 1 through the partition plate 5, the turbine 86 is rotated under the action force of the water flow, the driving rod 85 is driven to rotate, the second connecting sleeve 84 is driven to rotate, the filter 7 is driven to rotate, the driving gear ring 91 is driven to rotate, the second gear 94 is driven to rotate, the second rotating shaft 95 is driven to rotate, the bristles 98 are driven to rotate, and the small particle impurities on the surface of the stainless steel filter barrel 72 are brushed by the bristles 98, through the arrangement of the second gear 94, the rotation directions of the driving gear ring 91 and the driven gear 96 are the same, so that the rotation directions of the stainless steel filter cylinder 72 and the bristles 98 are the same, further the bristles 98 can be more strongly attached to the surface of the stainless steel filter cylinder 72 to brush small particle impurities, at the moment, although the ratchet wheel 88 is driven by the filter 7 to rotate simultaneously, the direction for driving the ratchet wheel 88 to rotate when water flows in from the top is the same as the direction of the narrow end of the elastic sheet 89, namely the ratchet wheel 88 cannot be clamped with the elastic sheet 89, so that the scraper 810 cannot rotate;

when the backwashing operation is carried out, purified water is introduced through the end of the liquid outlet 3, the purified water drives the turbine 86 to rotate reversely, so as to drive the driving rod 85 to rotate, so that the bristles 98 finally rotate reversely, the bristles 98 rotate to brush the surface of the filter 7 again, the purified water is continuously introduced, and finally reaches the outer side of the filter 7 from the inside of the filter 7 through the filter 7, so as to carry out the backwashing operation on the filter 7, the backwashing quality and efficiency can be greatly improved by matching with the bristles 98, and because the filter 7 rotates reversely, the ratchet wheel 88 is driven to rotate, the rotation direction of the ratchet wheel 88 is opposite to the narrow end of the elastic sheet 89, so that the ratchet wheel 88 is clamped with the elastic sheet 89, the driving ring 87 is driven to rotate, the scraper 810 is driven to rotate along the inner wall of the filter barrel 1, and the dirt attached to the inner wall of the partition plate 5 is scraped through the scraper 810, the scraped dirt falls on the partition plate 5 and then is scraped into the sewage discharge hole 10 and flows out of the sewage discharge pipe 11 along with water flow, so that the backwashing work and the dirt removing work of the inner wall of the filter barrel 1 and the inner wall of the partition plate 5 are completed.
