The invention has the advantages of reasonable structural design, simple and easy operation, high equipment utilization rate, good stability, strong safety and reliability, no need of purchasing an imported sealing element, low comprehensive energy consumption cost, capability of thoroughly solving the problem of oil leakage of the shaft seal device of the Morgan rolling mill workstation, and very obvious social and economic benefits.
