A cable connector is characterized by comprising a base (8), wherein a connector shell (5) is arranged on the base (8), a plug shell (1) is connected onto the connector shell (5) in an inserting mode, an inserting rod (4) is connected onto the plug shell (1) through a support (3), a positioning shell (6) is fixed onto the connector shell (5), an inserting hole (15) is formed in the positioning shell (6), the inserting rod (4) penetrates through the inserting hole (15) and extends to the back of the base (8), a locking mechanism (12) is arranged on the back of the base (8), and the locking mechanism (12) can be locked with the inserting rod (4) to prevent the inserting rod (4) from displacing;

the plug rod (4) positioned on the back face of the base (8) is provided with a clamping groove, the locking mechanism (12) comprises a locking frame (125) which can be arranged on the base (8) in a vertically-movable mode, at least part of the plug rod (4) penetrates through the locking frame (125), so that at least part of the lower end of the locking frame (125) is clamped in the clamping groove to prevent the plug rod (4) from reciprocating along the length direction of the plug rod, a cam (127) positioned above the locking frame (125) is rotatably arranged on the base (8), and the cam (127) can be rotated to enable at least part of the cam to be abutted against the locking frame (125) so as to drive the locking frame (125) to move downwards to be separated from the clamping groove.

2. The cable connector according to claim 1, wherein a sliding groove (123) is formed on a back surface of the base (8) along a vertical direction, a sliding rod (124) is fixed on the locking frame (125), and the sliding rod (124) is at least partially slidably clamped in the sliding groove (123).

Cable connector according to claim 2, wherein a shaft is rotatably disposed on the back of the base (8), the end of the shaft is connected to the cam (127), a gear (126) is coaxially fixed on the shaft, a rack (9) is movably disposed on the back of the base (8), and the rack (9) is engaged with the gear (126).

4. Cable connector according to claim 3, wherein a cylinder (7) is fixed to the base (8), and an output shaft of the cylinder (7) is connected to the rack (9).

5. Cable connector according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of sliding sleeves (10) are fixed to the back of the base (8), the rack (9) being slidably located at least partially within the sliding sleeves (10).

The cable connector according to claim 5, wherein a reset mechanism is disposed below the locking frame (125), the reset mechanism comprises a telescopic sleeve (121) fixed on the base (8), one end of the telescopic rod (122) is slidably located in the telescopic sleeve (121), the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the locking frame (125), and a reset spring is sleeved on the telescopic rod (122).

7. The cable connector according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein an opening is formed at one end of the plug housing (1), a plug (14) is fixed in the opening, and an input cable (2) electrically connected with the plug (14) is fixed at the other end of the plug housing (1);

one end of the joint shell (5) is fixed with an inserting sleeve (17), the other end of the joint shell extends to the back of the base (8), and an output cable (11) electrically connected with the inserting sleeve (17) is arranged;

the plug (14) is plugged into the plug sleeve (17).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to connectors, and in particular, to a cable connector.

Background

The more input cable often need peg graft on large-scale electronic equipment, and traditional cable connection only relies on the gomphosis structure to peg graft, and input cable drops from electronic equipment's input port easily after long-time the use, influences electronic equipment's normal use function, and the cable that drops is hardly looked for to the accuracy when the cable is more, consequently improves the butt joint compactness of input cable and input port, can effectively guarantee electronic equipment's normal operating.

Therefore, the present invention provides a cable connector that can be plugged and unplugged quickly, and can ensure that an input cable and an input port are in tight butt joint and avoid falling off.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cable connector, which solves the problem that the normal use function of electronic equipment is influenced because an input cable is easy to fall off from an input port of the electronic equipment after long-time use because the traditional cable connection is only plugged by a chimeric structure.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable connector, which includes a base, wherein a connector housing is disposed on the base, a plug housing is connected to the connector housing in an inserting manner, a plug rod is connected to the plug housing through a support, a positioning housing is fixed to the connector housing, a jack is disposed on the positioning housing, the plug rod penetrates through the jack and extends to the back of the base, and a locking mechanism is disposed on the back of the base and can be locked with the plug rod to prevent the plug rod from moving;

the base is provided with a locking mechanism, the inserting rod is located on the back face of the base, a clamping groove is formed in the inserting rod, the locking mechanism comprises a locking frame which can be arranged on the base in a vertically-movable mode, at least part of the inserting rod penetrates through the locking frame, at least part of the lower end of the locking frame is clamped in the clamping groove, the inserting rod is prevented from reciprocating along the length direction of the inserting rod, a cam located above the locking frame is rotationally arranged on the base, and at least part of the cam can abut against the locking frame by rotating the cam, so that the locking frame is driven to move downwards to be separated from the clamping groove.

Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in the back of the base along the vertical direction, a sliding rod is fixed on the locking frame, and at least part of the sliding rod is slidably clamped in the sliding groove.

Preferably, the back of the base is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft, the end part of the rotating shaft is connected with the cam, a gear is coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft, the back of the base is movably provided with a rack, and the rack is meshed with the gear.

Preferably, an air cylinder is fixed on the base, and an output shaft of the air cylinder is connected with the rack.

Preferably, a plurality of sliding sleeves are fixed on the back of the base, and the rack is at least partially slidably positioned in the sliding sleeves.

Preferably, a reset mechanism is arranged below the locking frame and comprises a telescopic sleeve fixed on the base, one end of the telescopic rod is slidably located in the telescopic sleeve, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the locking frame, and the telescopic rod is sleeved with a reset spring.

Preferably, an opening is formed at one end of the plug shell, a plug is fixed in the opening, and an input cable electrically connected with the plug is fixed at the other end of the plug shell;

one end of the joint shell is fixed with an inserting sleeve, the other end of the joint shell extends to the back of the base, and an output cable electrically connected with the inserting sleeve is arranged;

the plug is inserted in the insertion sleeve.

Preferably, a fitting groove is formed in the opening, and a fitting block is formed in the joint housing;

the tabling block is inserted in the tabling groove.

Preferably, a waterproof gasket is fixed at the contact position of the plug shell and the joint shell.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

As shown in fig. 1-6: the invention provides a cable connector, which comprises a base 8, wherein a joint shell 5 is arranged on the base 8, a plug shell 1 is inserted on the joint shell 5, an insertion rod 4 is connected to the plug shell 1 through a support 3, a positioning shell 6 is fixed on the joint shell 5, an insertion hole 15 is formed in the positioning shell 6, the insertion rod 4 penetrates through the insertion hole 15 and extends to the back of the base 8, a locking mechanism 12 is arranged on the back of the base 8, and the locking mechanism 12 can be locked with the insertion rod 4 to prevent the insertion rod 4 from displacing; a slot is formed on the insertion rod 4 located on the back of the base 8, the locking mechanism 12 includes a locking frame 125 disposed on the base 8 in a vertically displaceable manner, at least a portion of the insertion rod 4 penetrates through the locking frame 125, so that at least a portion of the lower end of the locking frame 125 is engaged with the slot to prevent the insertion rod 4 from reciprocating along the length direction thereof, a cam 127 located above the locking frame 125 is rotatably disposed on the base 8, and rotating the cam 127 can cause at least a portion of the cam to abut against the locking frame 125 to drive the locking frame 125 to move downward to disengage from the slot. The base can be arranged on the electronic equipment, a plurality of joint shells can be arranged on the base, when the plug shell is plugged on the joint shell, the plug rod on the plug shell can penetrate through the jack and extend to the back of the base and penetrate through the locking frame, the cam is in a vertical state in an initial state and can be abutted against the locking frame, when the locking is needed, the rack is driven by the air cylinder to move, so that the rack drives the plurality of gears to rotate, the cam is in a horizontal state, the locking frame moves upwards under the action of the reset spring, so that the lower end of the locking frame is clamped with the clamping groove on the plug rod, the plug rod is prevented from moving along the length direction of the plug rod, the locking of the plug shell and the joint shell is completed, and when a cable needs to be pulled out, the air cylinder is reset; the cable connector provided by the invention can synchronously lock and unlock a plurality of plug shells, and avoids the problem that the input cable is easy to fall off from the input port of the electronic equipment after long-time use to influence the normal use function of the electronic equipment.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the locking frame 125 to move in the vertical direction and perform a limit, a sliding groove 123 is formed in the back surface of the base 8 in the vertical direction, a sliding rod 124 is fixed to the locking frame 125, and the sliding rod 124 is at least partially slidably engaged in the sliding groove 123.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to smoothly drive each cam 127 to rotate, a rotating shaft is rotatably disposed on the back surface of the base 8, an end of the rotating shaft is connected to the cam 127, a gear 126 is coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft, a rack 9 is movably disposed on the back surface of the base 8, and the rack 9 is engaged with the gear 126.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to smoothly rotate each cam 127, a cylinder 7 is fixed on the base 8, and an output shaft of the cylinder 7 is connected with the rack 9.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the rack 9 to be mounted on a prescribed path for movement and to limit the displacement thereof, a plurality of sliding sleeves 10 are fixed on the back surface of the base 8, and the rack 9 is at least partially slidably located in the sliding sleeves 10.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the locking frame 125 to be effectively reset, a reset mechanism is disposed below the locking frame 125, the reset mechanism includes a telescopic sleeve 121 fixed on the base 8, one end of a telescopic rod 122 is slidably located in the telescopic sleeve 121, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the locking frame 125, and a reset spring is sleeved on the telescopic rod 122.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an opening is formed at one end of the plug housing 1, a plug 14 is fixed in the opening, and an input cable 2 electrically connected to the plug 14 is fixed at the other end of the plug housing 1; an inserting sleeve 17 is fixed at one end of the joint shell 5, the other end of the joint shell extends to the back of the base 8, and an output cable 11 electrically connected with the inserting sleeve 17 is arranged; the plug 14 is plugged into the plug sleeve 17.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the joint housing 5 to be tightly butted against the plug housing 1, a fitting groove 13 is formed in the opening, and a fitting block 16 is formed in the joint housing 5;

the fitting block 16 is inserted into the fitting groove 13.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to increase the waterproof capability of the contact portion between the connector housing 5 and the plug housing 1, a waterproof gasket is fixed to the contact portion between the plug housing 1 and the connector housing 5.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
