When the glass fiber plate needs to be limited, the supporting block 61 moves towards the rear side to drive the guide rod 74 to move towards the rear side, the guide rod 74 drives the upper concave block 75 and the lower concave block 75 to move towards the rear side, the upper concave block 75 and the lower concave block 75 move towards the rear side and are firstly contacted with the U-shaped fixing plate 70, the concave blocks 75 at two sides move towards the inner side, the third return spring 79 is compressed, the concave blocks 75 drive the second rotating shaft 76 and the second roller 77 to move towards the inner side and are contacted with the glass fiber plate, so that the concave blocks 75 limit the glass fiber plate, meanwhile, the upper concave blocks 75 drive the wedge bars 78 to move towards the lower side, the wedge bars 78 are contacted with the extrusion bars 64, the extrusion bars 64 drive the sliding plate 62 and the scraper 63 to move towards the inner side, the first return springs 65 are compressed, the scraper 63 is contacted with the glass fiber plate, then the supporting block 61 continues to drive the concave blocks 75 to move towards the rear side, and the upper concave blocks 75 are contacted with the top plate 71, the top plate 71 drives the movable column 72 to move upwards, the second return spring 73 is compressed, the concave block 75 drives the second roller 77 to move backwards, the second roller 77 rotates on the glass fiber plate, friction of the concave block 75 is reduced, the concave block 75 is assisted to move better, the scraper 63 moves backwards to remove burrs on the surface of the glass fiber plate, the supporting block 61 drives the concave block 75 and the scraper 63 to move forwards, the concave block 75 moves forwards until the concave block is no longer in contact with the top plate 71, under the reset action of the second return spring 73, the top plate 71 drives the movable column 72 to move downwards and reset, then the concave block 75 moves forwards until the concave block is no longer in contact with the U-shaped fixing plate 70, under the reset action of the third return spring 79, the concave block 75 moves outwards and resets, the concave block 75 drives the second rotating shaft 76 and the second roller 77 to move outwards, second gyro wheel 77 just no longer contacts with the glass fiber board with concave piece 75, concave piece 75 drives wedge pole 78 and moves to the outside simultaneously, wedge pole 78 just no longer contacts with the squeeze bar 64, under the reset action of first return spring 65, squeeze bar 64 drives scraper 63 and moves to the outside and resets, scraper 63 just no longer contacts with the glass fiber board, alright prevent that the glass fiber board from getting rid of the deckle edge in-process from this, the phenomenon of cracking appears, and then it is more neat to get rid of the deckle edge to the glass fiber board.

The clamping mechanism 8 further comprises a clamping mechanism 8, the clamping mechanism 8 comprises a third rotating shaft 80, a prying rod 81, a hinged ball 82, a sliding rod 83, a second limiting rod 84, a fourth return spring 85, a loop bar 86, an adjusting rod 87, a clamping block 88 and a first screw 89, the third rotating shaft 80 is rotatably arranged on the front side of the top of each of the two U-shaped fixing plates 70, the prying rod 81 is arranged on the third rotating shaft 80, the prying rod 81 is in contact fit with the front movable column 72, the hinged ball 82 is rotatably arranged on the rear top of the prying rod 81, the second limiting rods 84 are respectively arranged in the middle of the inner parts of the two U-shaped fixing plates 70, the sliding rods 83 are respectively slidably arranged on the two second limiting rods 84, the sliding rods 83 are in hinged fit with the hinged ball 82, the two fourth return springs 85 are connected between the sliding rods 83 and the U-shaped fixing plates 70, the loop bars 86 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the lower parts of the two sliding rods 83, the adjusting rods 87 are respectively slidably arranged on the rear sides of the two loop bars 86, bottom is equipped with first screw 89 through rivet connection behind two loop bars 86, and first screw 89 and regulation pole 87 contact cooperation open on the pole 87 and have a plurality of openings, and when the adjusting position of being convenient for, carry out the chucking through first screw 89 to the loop bar 86 of homonymy and regulation pole 87, two regulation poles 87 and two loop bar 86 bottoms all are equipped with and press from both sides tight piece 88.

Still including receiving mechanism 10, receiving mechanism 10 is including installation pole 100, second screw 101 and accomodate frame 102, all installs detachable installation pole 100 through bolted connection's mode on two mounting panels 93, and two installation pole 100 inboards all are equipped with accomodate frame 102, and two installation pole 100 rear sides all are equipped with second screw 101 through rivet connection, and second screw 101 and mounting panel 93 contact cooperation.

When burr waste materials scraped by the glass fiber plate are required to be collected, the mounting plate 93 moves inwards to drive the mounting rod 100 to move inwards, the mounting rod 100 drives the containing frame 102 to move inwards, then people rotate the second screw 101 to be separated from the contact with the mounting plate 93, pull the mounting rod 100 to move inwards, the mounting rod 100 drives the containing frame 102 to move inwards, the containing frame 102 is adjusted to a position below the glass fiber plate, after the adjustment is completed, people reversely rotate the second screw 101 to be contacted with the mounting plate 93, so that the second screw 101 clamps the mounting plate 93, when the electric slide block 52 moves backwards, the mounting rod 100 also moves backwards along with the second screw, the mounting rod 100 drives the containing frame 102 to move backwards, the scraper 63 moves backwards to scrape burrs on the glass fiber plate, further the scraped burr waste materials fall into the containing frame 102, and when the burr waste materials in the containing frame 102 are fully collected, people just dismantle installation pole 100 and lift off, will accomodate the deckle edge waste material in the frame 102 after that and clear up, and the back is accomplished in the cleaning work, just installs back normal position installation pole 100, can realize finally collecting the waste material of scraping the glass fiber board, prevents that the waste material from scattering everywhere.
