s5, adding the essence into the stirring tank in the step S4, and stirring for 10 minutes under the conditions that the stirring speed is 1300r/min and the stirring temperature is controlled at 58 ℃;

further, the TX-10 is alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether which is an emulsifier easily soluble in water; the AEO-9 is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and is a nonionic surfactant with excellent water solubility;

a preparation method of a water-based water-soluble precise cleaning solution specifically comprises the following preparation steps:

s1, weighing water, sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium citrate, TX-10, AEO-9, ethylene oxide propylene oxide copolymerized polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, N-acyl glutamate, bromelain, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, succinate sulfonate, boric acid diglyceride, linear dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sorbitan fatty acid ester, an opacifier, urea, sodium hypochlorite, coumarin, realgar and a surfactant according to the proportion;

s2, adding water, sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium citrate, TX-10, AEO-9, ethylene oxide propylene oxide copolymerized polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, N-acyl glutamate, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and succinate sulfonate into a stirring tank, and stirring for 10 minutes;

s3, adding the opacifier, urea and sodium hypochlorite into the stirring tank in the step S2, heating to 66 ℃, and stirring for 5 minutes at the rotating speed of 2000 r/min; adding realgar into the stirring tank, heating to 58 ℃, and stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1600 r/min;

s4, adding diglycerol borate, linear sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sorbitan fatty acid ester and bromelain into the stirring tank in the step S3, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 1900 r/min;

s5, adding the essence into the stirring tank in the step S4, and stirring for 10 minutes under the conditions that the stirring speed is 1300r/min and the stirring temperature is controlled at 58 ℃;

s6, adding the surfactant into the stirring tank in the step S5, heating to 58 ℃, stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1700r/min, and fully stirring.

The following data were obtained by conducting experiments on the cleaning solutions prepared in examples 1 to 4 above:

as can be seen from the above table, the cleaning solutions obtained in examples 1-4 performed well in cleaning both the lubricating oil and the oily fume stains, and the cleaning solutions obtained in examples 1 and 4 performed best in removing the lubricating oil, while the cleaning solutions obtained in examples 2 and 3 performed best in removing the oily fume stains.
