The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the minimum contact height of the compressed filler 14 and the valve rod 2 is calculated through the formula, the sealing performance between the filler 14 and the valve rod 2 can be ensured as long as the height is ensured to be larger than H, so that the secondary leakage of liquid is avoided, and if the height of the filler 14 is smaller than H, the secondary leakage can be caused by seepage from a gap between the filler 14 and the valve rod 2 under the action of liquid pressure.
