the quartz sand and clay separation device 3 comprises a silt slide hopper 31, a fixing groove 32, a filtering steel brush 33 and a sand belt conveyor 34, wherein the end part of a hopper opening of the silt slide hopper 31 is fixedly arranged with the edge of the bottom of the supporting seat 221, the hopper opening of the silt slide hopper 31 is opposite to the screen drum 211, the fixing groove 32 is fixedly arranged with the side edge of the bottom of the silt slide hopper 31, a notch is downward, a brush handle of the filtering steel brush 33 is inserted into the fixing groove 32, and the sand belt conveyor 34 is arranged below the filtering steel brush 33 and is arranged along the length direction of the supporting seat 221;

the water supply device 4 comprises a sewage collecting component 41, a water circulating component 42 and a water treatment component 43, the sewage collecting component 41, the water circulating component 42 and the water treatment component 43 are sequentially arranged, the water treatment component 43 comprises a filtering tank 431 and a settling partition 432, the settling partition 432 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the filtering tank 431, and the settling partition 432 is arranged along the short side direction of the filtering tank 431, the filtering tank 431 is divided into a coarse filtering area, a fine filtering area and a clear water area by the settling partition 432, a coarse filtering plate 433 is arranged at the upper part of the coarse filtering area, the water circulating part 42 comprises a sewage pump 421, a sewage pipe 422 and a bell mouth sewage sprinkler 423, the sewage pump 421 is arranged in the sewage collecting part 41, the water outlet of the sewage pump 421 is connected with the water inlet end of the sewage pipe 422, the water outlet end of the sewage pipe 422 is connected with the water inlet of the bell-mouth sewage sprinkler 423, and the bell-mouth sewage sprinkler 423 is arranged right above the coarse filter plate 433;

the sewage collecting component 41 is fixedly arranged under the quartz sand and clay separating device 3, and the flushing component 23 is communicated with the clean water area of the filter tank 431.

When the equipment works, the mined silica raw material is directly put into the material containing hopper 12 in the feeding device 1, then is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the material containing hopper 12 and is discharged into the material sliding groove 13 at the bottom of the material containing hopper 12, and because the material sliding groove 13 is obliquely arranged, the silica raw material sliding into the material sliding groove 13 can be directly discharged, and because the discharge port of the material sliding groove 13 is positioned in the material inlet of the screen cylinder 211 of the cleaning and screening device 2, the silica raw material directly slides into the screen cylinder 211 of the cleaning and screening device 2, wherein the material sliding groove 13 and the material containing hopper 12 are connected together through the elastic shock absorption part 16, the elastic shock absorption part 16 can reduce the impact of the silica raw material on the material sliding groove 13, and the vibration component 15 arranged at the bottom of the material sliding groove 13 can improve the material sliding efficiency of the material sliding groove 13.

Furthermore, in order to improve the working efficiency of the chute 13, an silica raw material amount control member 14 is added, and when the silica raw material is slid into the working range of the silica raw material amount control member 14, the silica raw material amount and the silica raw material speed are controlled by the silica raw material amount control member 14, so that the feeding device can be operated well.

Further, the silica material amount control part 14 includes two fixed components 141 and two rotary material stirring components 142, the lower end portions of the two fixed components 141 are respectively arranged on two sides of the chute 13 in an opposite manner, the rotary material stirring component 142 is arranged between the two fixed components 141, the two end portions of the rotary material stirring component 142 are respectively fixedly connected with the two fixed components 141, and the rotary material stirring component 142 can rotate; the fixed component 141 comprises a fixed plate 1412, a spring pressing plate 1414, a return spring 1413 and a guide rod 1411, wherein the fixed plate 1412 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the chute 13, a mounting groove is formed in the fixed plate 1412, the mounting groove is vertically arranged along the fixed plate 1412, a guide hole is formed in the bottom of the upper end of the mounting groove, the guide rod 1411 is arranged in the mounting groove and passes through the guide hole and extends upwards to the outside of the fixed plate 1412, the return spring 1413 is sleeved on the guide rod 1411, and the end surface of the spring pressing plate 1414 is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the guide rod 1411.

Further, the rotating material shifting assembly 142 includes a connecting end portion 1421 and a material shifting member 1422, the connecting end portion 1421 is disposed in a mounting groove of the fixing plate 1412, the connecting end portion 1421 can slide up and down along the mounting groove, the end portion of the material shifting member 1422 is sleeved on the connecting end portion 1421, the material shifting member 1422 is disposed between the two connecting end portions 1421, the two end portions of the material shifting member 1422 are respectively connected with the connecting end portion 1421, the material shifting member 1422 includes a connecting shaft 14221 and material shifting claws 14222, the two ends of the connecting shaft 14221 are sleeved on the connecting end portion 1421, the material shifting claws 14222 are fixedly sleeved on the connecting shaft 14221 and located in the middle position, and the spring pressing sheets 1414 are disposed above the connecting end portion 1421.

When the silica material quantity control component 14 works, a driving device is connected with one end of the connecting shaft 14221 to drive the connecting shaft 14221 to rotate and drive the material shifting claw 14222 on the connecting shaft 14221, the silica material in the chute 13 is correspondingly processed by the material shifting claw 14222, when the material shifting part 1422 rotates axially, the material shifting part can slide linearly up and down along the mounting groove on the fixing plate 1412, and the contact distance can be automatically adjusted by matching with the return spring 1413 due to the irregular shape and size of the silica material, so that the material shifting can be automatically adjusted.

Referring to fig. 4, the material fingers 14222 have a cross section of an inner cylinder and an outer finger, i.e., the outer finger is disposed on the surface of the inner cylinder, the finger is shaped such that the tip portion is triangular to minimize the contact area of the material fingers 14222 with the silica raw material and prevent seizure, and the base portion is rectangular to maximize the torque at the tip portion during operation.

When silica raw material slips into the screen drum 211 of the cleaning and screening device 2, the motor 2221 drives the chain wheel 2225, the chain 2226 and the transmission shaft 2222, and then the transmission shaft 2222 drives the screen drum 211 to rotate for screening, in order to prevent the screen drum 211 from displacing during rotation, limiting wheels 2223 are arranged at the front and the rear of the screen drum 211 to limit the movement of the screen drum 211, the small-particle silica and sand doped in the silica raw material are screened out of the screen holes through the rotation of the screen drum 211 and slip to the bottom of the screening part 21, and a guide plate 212 is arranged in the screen drum 211 to guide the silica raw material to roll in the screen drum 211 fully, and baffle plates are arranged at the two sides of the screen drum 211 to block impurities splashed out of the screen drum 211.

Further, the screen cylinder 211 comprises a cylindrical pipe 2112, a first reducing pipe 2111 and a second reducing pipe 2114, the end surface with a large caliber of the first reducing pipe 2111 and the end surface with a large caliber of the second reducing pipe 2114 are respectively and fixedly arranged with the end surfaces of two ends of the cylindrical pipe 2112, two ends of the cylindrical pipe 2112 are fixedly provided with support rings 2113, the support rings 2113 are tangent to a driving guide wheel 2227, and the screen cylinder 211 is guided to rotate by the driving guide wheel 2227.

Further, the guide plate 212 includes a first guide plate 2121 and a second guide plate 2122, the first guide plate 2121 is spirally disposed along the inner wall of the cylindrical tube 2112, the first guide plate 2121 is provided with openings, the openings are equidistantly distributed along the guide plate 212, a square hole is further disposed at a joint of the first guide plate 2121 and the inner wall of the cylindrical tube 2112, the square holes are equidistantly and uniformly distributed on the first guide plate 2121, and the second guide plate 2122 is fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the second reducer 2114 and is obliquely disposed.

While the sieve cylinder 211 drives the silica raw material to roll and sieve, the silica raw material moves to the discharge port of the sieve cylinder 211 along with the first guide plate 2121, wherein the square holes on the first guide plate 2121 can directly slide out small-particle silica raw materials and impurities, the silica raw materials meeting the requirements can also directly slide to the outlet of the sieve cylinder 211 from the gaps distributed in a crossing way, and the second guide plate 2122 can assist the sieve cylinder 211 in discharging; the silica raw material is cleaned by the washing unit 23 simultaneously with the sieving in the sieve cylinder 211.

Further, the washing component 23 includes a water spraying pipe 231 and a water diversion member 232, the water spraying pipe 231 is fixedly disposed at the center of the discharge port of the screen cylinder 211, the axis of the water spraying pipe 231 is parallel to the axis of the screen cylinder 211, the water inlet end of the water diversion member 232 is fixedly connected with the water outlet end of the water spraying pipe 231, the water diversion member 232 includes a spraying seat 2321 and a spraying head 2322, the water inlet of the spraying seat 2321 is fixedly connected with the water outlet of the water spraying pipe 231, and the spraying head 2322 is distributed on two sides and right below the spraying seat 2321.

Referring to fig. 7, in order to thoroughly wash away silt and mixed impurities on the surface of the silica raw material, the cross section of the spray seat 2321 is designed to be trapezoidal, a spray head 2322 is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the spray seat 2321, and a spray head 2322 is also arranged on the inclined surface, so that the washing range in the sieve cylinder 211 is increased, the silica raw material is washed more cleanly, and the production efficiency is improved; silt generated in the washing process is discharged from the sieve holes to the silt sliding hopper 31 at the bottom of the sieve cylinder 211, then the silt sliding hopper 31 is concentrated and slides to the sand belt conveyor 34, and finally the silt is separated and filtered by a separating device consisting of a filtering steel brush 33 and the sand belt conveyor 34.

Further, the filtering steel brush 33 comprises a short steel brush 331 and a long steel brush 332, the long steel brush 332 is inserted into the fixing groove 32 on the long side of the bottom of the sediment hopper 31, the short steel brush 331 is inserted into the fixing groove 32 on the short side of the bottom of the sediment hopper 31, the short steel brush 331 is connected with the side of the long steel brush 332, the upper surface of the belt of the sand belt conveyor 34 is tangent to the end face of the brush of the filtering steel brush 33, and the filtering steel brush 33 is not arranged in the discharging direction of the sand belt conveyor 34.

Wherein, the sand belt conveyer 34 is arranged obliquely, when silt falls on the sand belt conveyer 34, sewage flows out from the gap of the filtering steel brush 33 and flows into the sewage collecting part 41 at the bottom, and sand is blocked by the filtering steel brush 33 and is remained on the sand belt conveyer 34, and finally is conveyed to a sand collecting area.

In order to save water resources and realize recycling, the water supply device 4 not only supplies the silica raw material cleaning water, but also can recycle the sewage in the sewage collecting part 41 to the water treatment part 43 by the water recycling part 42 for filtering and purifying.

Further, the sewage is firstly precipitated in the sewage collecting part 41, the sewage on the upper layer in the sewage collecting part 41 is recovered by the water circulating part 42, the sewage is sprayed onto the coarse filter plate 433 in the water treatment part 43 through the bell-mouth sewage spraying head 423 of the water circulating part 42, and is firstly filtered through the coarse filter plate 433, wherein, in order to improve the filtering effect of the coarse filter plate 433, referring to fig. 10, the water outlet of the bell-mouth sewage spraying head 423 is larger than the water inlet and is shaped like a bell, and the sewage after being filtered for one time flows into the coarse filtering area in the filtering tank 431.

Further, the long limit of coarse filter 433 and filtering ponds 431 minor face parallel arrangement, and the short limit of coarse filter 433 and the long limit parallel arrangement of filtering ponds 431, coarse filter 433 includes filter core 4331, crosses filter rack 4332, crosses filter core 4331 and sets up in crossing filter rack 4332, crosses filter rack 4332 minor face fixed being provided with the hinge, and is articulated with filtering ponds 431 inner wall, and coarse filter 433 can follow the hinge and rotate.

Since a large amount of dirt is accumulated on the upper surface of the coarse filter plate 433 due to long-term operation, in order to maintain the operation without affecting the task, the filter element 4331 is designed to be replaceable, and the coarse filter holder 4332 is rotated along the hinge, so that the filter element 4331 can be directly removed from the filter holder 4332.

Further, the upper surface of the filter frame 4332 is provided with a first rectangular hole, the lower surface is provided with a second rectangular hole, the first rectangular hole and the second rectangular hole are uniformly distributed, the sedimentation partition 432 comprises a baffle 4321 and a fine filter plate 4322, the baffle 4321 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the filter tank 431, a clamping groove 4323 is formed in the end part of the baffle 4321, the fine filter plate 4322 is arranged in the clamping groove 4323 of the baffle 4321, and the end surface of the long side of the fine filter plate 4322 is attached to the end surface of the long side of the baffle 4321.

Furthermore, the large rectangular holes on the upper surface of the filter frame 4332 allow the whole sewage to pass through the filter element 4331, and the small rectangular holes on the lower surface of the filter frame 4332 can filter the silt and have enough supporting force for the filter element 4331, thereby preventing the filter element 4331 from being damaged when being impacted by the sewage.

Further, the sewage flowing into the coarse filtering area is precipitated again, when the water level in the coarse filtering area is higher than the baffle 4321, the sewage overflows and is filtered for the second time by the fine filtering plate 4322 and flows into the fine filtering area, the sewage in the fine filtering area is relatively clean at the moment, and when the water level in the fine filtering area is also higher than the baffle 4321 and overflows and flows into the clean water area by the fine filtering plate 4322, the sewage is filtered and purified, the clean water is conveyed to the water spraying pipe 231 and the water dividing piece 232 by the water pump, the silica raw material is cleaned, and the silt and the impurities precipitated in the filtering tank 431 are discharged through the blowoff valve.

Further, the washing screening splitter of silica still includes ejection of compact chute 5 and silica belt conveyer 6, and ejection of compact chute 5 is fixed to be set up in sieve section of thick bamboo 211 below, and ejection of compact chute 5 feed inlet is in sieve section of thick bamboo 211 discharge gate below to tangent setting, and ejection of compact chute 5 feed end is higher than the discharge end, is the slope setting, and silica belt conveyer 6 sets up in filtering ponds 431 below, and silica belt conveyer 6 feed end sets up in ejection of compact chute 5 discharge end below.

Finally, the cleaned and screened silica raw material is discharged from the screen drum 211, and is discharged to the silica belt conveyor 6 through the discharge chute 5, and is conveyed to the silica raw material collecting area.
