moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed bedplate to enable the tape measure to be aligned to the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the rolling mill guide ruler, wherein the extended horizontal height of the tape measure is flush with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out a scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;

2) measuring the transmission side;

placing a fixed bedplate in a measuring device between mill inlet memorial archways and mill outlet memorial archways at two ends of a transmission side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic base, and fixing two ends of the fixed bedplate inside the mill inlet memorial archways and the mill outlet memorial archways in an adsorbing manner; and the longitudinal central line of the fixed bedplate is parallel to the rolling central line of the rolling mill;

moving the guide ruler of the rolling mill into the rolling mill and enabling the guide ruler to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the guide ruler by using a safety pin;

moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed bedplate to enable the tape measure to be aligned to the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the rolling mill guide ruler, wherein the extended horizontal height of the tape measure is flush with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out a scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;

3) and determining the deviation between the center line of the guide plate of the rolling mill and the rolling center line according to the work measurement data and the transmission side measurement data.

Background

The centering and correcting of the guide ruler is an important item for ensuring the precision of the rolling mill and carrying out daily maintenance on the rolling mill, and is used for preventing the guide ruler from deviating; the guide ruler centering measurement comprises the steps of centering measurement on a guide ruler of a counterweight frame when an accident occurs, periodic guide ruler centering measurement according to the overhaul period and the production requirement and the like. When the thin material is rolled, the deviation of the guide ruler can cause the accidents of drift, steel blocking and the like, under the condition, the guide ruler needs to be centered and measured, and the correction is carried out on the basis. Therefore, the guide ruler centering measurement has important significance for preventing the guide ruler from deviating in the running process of the rolling mill, guiding maintenance, ensuring the safe production of the rolling mill and realizing the scientific management of the steel rolling production.

The hot rolling line has various production specifications, and the lateral bending caused by variety change seriously damages the structure of the guide ruler; particularly, the guide ruler has long machine time and large local part abrasion, and the frequency of centering measurement of the guide ruler also needs to be correspondingly increased. In the production of hot rolled strip steel, a guide ruler is key equipment for realizing the centering rolling of the strip steel with different widths, each finish rolling mill is provided with the guide ruler, and the guide ruler of any rolling mill has a defect in centering, so that the strip steel is directly deviated in the rolling process, and the tail flicking accident and even the rolling breakage accident are caused.

The precision of guide ruler centering measurement is also an important factor for guaranteeing rolling stability and realizing smooth production, in general, the guide ruler centering measurement is carried out by a tape measure by workers, more than two persons are required for matching operation, and in the measurement process, the condition that the guide ruler centering measurement has deviation due to human factors is occasionally generated; in addition, when the rolling mill is overhauled, the time for centering and measuring the guide ruler is short, so that a device and a method for quickly, simply and accurately measuring the centering property of the guide ruler are urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a centering measuring device and a centering measuring method for a guide ruler of a rolling mill, which have the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high measuring precision and strong reliability, can quickly measure the centering deviation of the guide ruler of the rolling mill, is beneficial to monitoring the quality of a steel rolling process, overhauling and maintaining equipment, and ensures stable production.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a rolling mill guide ruler centering measuring device comprises a fixed bedplate, a measuring sliding frame, a measuring tape and a switch type magnetic base; the two ends of the fixed bedplate are respectively provided with a switch type magnetic base; the measuring carriage is connected with the fixed bedplate in a sliding mode and can slide along the longitudinal direction of the fixed bedplate; the measuring tape is fixed on the measuring sliding frame; during measurement, two ends of the fixed bedplate are respectively and fixedly connected with the mill inlet housing and the mill outlet housing through corresponding switch type magnetic seats; the scale moving direction of the measuring tape is perpendicular to the rolling direction of the rolling mill.

The two sides of the fixed bedplate are respectively provided with a slideway; the measuring sliding frame consists of a door-shaped frame and a tape fixing seat, two ends of the door-shaped frame are respectively matched with the slide way through rollers to slide, and the tape fixing seat is arranged in the middle of the door-shaped frame; the top of the tape fixing base is provided with a scale telescopic guide groove.

The tape measure fixing seat is provided with a bolt hole, and the tape measure is detachably connected with the tape measure fixing seat through the bolt.

A rolling mill guide ruler centering measurement method comprises the following steps:

1) measuring the working side;

placing a fixed bedplate in a measuring device between mill inlet memorial archways and mill outlet memorial archways at two ends of a working side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic base, and adsorbing and fixing two ends of the fixed bedplate on the inner side walls of the mill inlet memorial archways and the mill outlet memorial archways; and the longitudinal central line of the fixed bedplate is parallel to the rolling central line of the rolling mill;

moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed bedplate to enable the tape measure to be aligned to the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the rolling mill guide ruler, wherein the extended horizontal height of the tape measure is flush with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out a scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;

2) measuring the transmission side;

placing a fixed bedplate in a measuring device between mill inlet memorial archways and mill outlet memorial archways at two ends of a transmission side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic base, and fixing two ends of the fixed bedplate inside the mill inlet memorial archways and the mill outlet memorial archways in an adsorbing manner; and the longitudinal central line of the fixed bedplate is parallel to the rolling central line of the rolling mill;

moving the guide ruler of the rolling mill into the rolling mill and enabling the guide ruler to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the guide ruler by using a safety pin;

moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed bedplate to enable the tape measure to be aligned to the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the rolling mill guide ruler, wherein the extended horizontal height of the tape measure is flush with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out a scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;

3) and determining the deviation between the center line of the guide plate of the rolling mill and the rolling center line according to the work measurement data and the transmission side measurement data.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high measurement precision, strong reliability, contribution to quality monitoring of the steel rolling process, equipment maintenance and guarantee of stable production, and can quickly measure the centering deviation of the guide ruler of the rolling mill.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the rolling mill guide centering measuring device according to the present invention includes a fixed platen 11, a measuring carriage 12, a measuring tape 6 and a switch type magnetic base 14; two ends of the fixed bedplate 11 are respectively provided with a switch type magnetic base 14; the measuring carriage 12 is connected with the fixed platen 11 in a sliding manner and can slide along the longitudinal direction of the fixed platen 11; the measuring tape 6 is fixed on the measuring carriage 12; during measurement, two ends of the fixed bedplate 11 are respectively and fixedly connected with the mill inlet housing 2 and the mill outlet housing 3 through corresponding switch type magnetic seats 14; the scale moving direction of the measuring tape 6 is perpendicular to the rolling direction of the rolling mill.

The two sides of the fixed bedplate 11 are respectively provided with a slideway 15; as shown in fig. 3, the measuring carriage 12 is composed of a door-shaped frame and a tape fixing seat 13, two ends of the door-shaped frame are respectively matched with the slide ways 15 through rollers 18 to slide, and the tape fixing seat 13 is arranged in the middle of the door-shaped frame; the top of the tape fixing base 13 is provided with a scale telescopic guide groove 16.

A rolling mill guide ruler centering measurement method comprises the following steps:

1) work side measurements (as shown in fig. 4);

firstly, a fixed bedplate 11 in a measuring device 1 is placed between a rolling mill inlet housing 2 and a rolling mill outlet housing 3 at two ends of a working side, a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic base 14 is started, and two ends of the fixed bedplate 11 are fixed on the inner side walls of the rolling mill inlet housing 2 and the rolling mill outlet housing 3 in an adsorption manner; and the longitudinal central line of the fixed bedplate 11 is parallel to the rolling central line of the rolling mill;

step two, drawing out a working roll of the rolling mill, moving a guide ruler of the rolling mill into the rolling mill and enabling the guide ruler to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the guide ruler by a safety pin;

step three, moving the measuring carriage 12 longitudinally along the fixed bedplate 11 to enable the tape measure 6 to be aligned with the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the mill guide ruler, and enabling the extended horizontal height of the tape measure 6 to be flush with the top of the side guide plate; the ruler of the measuring tape 6 is pulled out from the ruler telescopic guide groove 16, and the distance from the ruler to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate is measured;

2) drive side measurements (as shown in FIG. 5);

firstly, a fixed bedplate 11 in a measuring device 1 is placed between a rolling mill inlet housing 2 and a rolling mill outlet housing 3 at two ends of a transmission side, a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic base 14 is started, and two ends of the fixed bedplate 11 are fixed on the inner sides of the rolling mill inlet housing 2 and the rolling mill outlet housing 3 in an adsorption manner; and the longitudinal central line of the fixed bedplate 11 is parallel to the rolling central line of the rolling mill;

moving the guide ruler of the rolling mill into the rolling mill and enabling the guide ruler to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the guide ruler by using a safety pin;

step three, moving the measuring carriage 12 longitudinally along the fixed bedplate 11 to enable the tape measure 6 to be aligned with the end part of the side guide plate on the corresponding side of the mill guide ruler, and enabling the extended horizontal height of the tape measure 6 to be flush with the top of the side guide plate; the ruler of the measuring tape 6 is pulled out from the ruler telescopic guide groove 16, and the distance from the ruler to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate is measured;

3) and determining the deviation between the center line of the guide plate of the rolling mill and the rolling center line according to the work measurement data and the transmission side measurement data.

The following examples are carried out on the premise of the technical scheme of the invention, and detailed embodiments and specific operation processes are given, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the following examples.

The rolling mill guide ruler is of an integral structure, a first side guide plate 4 and a second side guide plate 5 are arranged on two sides of the rolling mill guide ruler respectively, the first side guide plate 4 is correspondingly arranged on the working side, and the second side guide plate 5 is correspondingly arranged on the transmission side. When the centering value of the rolling mill guide ruler is measured, two-step measurement is carried out, the centering size of the first side guide plate 4 is measured firstly for the first time, the centering size of the second side guide plate 5 is measured for the second time, the two-time measurement method is the same, and finally the deviation between the central line of the rolling mill guide ruler and the rolling central line is calculated.

Before the measurement is started, according to the regulation of safety regulations, the working roll of the measured frame is drawn out, the guide ruler of the rolling mill is moved into the rolling mill to be in a working position during rolling, and then the guide ruler is locked by a safety pin.

Fixing a measuring tape 6 on a measuring tape fixing seat 13, fixing a fixing bedplate 11 on the inner side walls of an inlet housing 2 and an outlet housing 3 of a rolling mill on the working side through a switch type magnetic seat 14, and enabling the horizontal height of the measuring tape 6 after being drawn out to be flush with the top of a first side guide plate; and moving the measuring carriage 12 to align the ruler of the measuring tape 6 with the inner end of the first side guide plate 4, drawing out the ruler in the measuring tape 6 through the ruler telescopic guide groove 16, horizontally stretching the first side guide plate 4, and measuring the linear distance from the ruler to the inner side surface of the first side guide plate 4.

And after the measuring process is finished, closing the magnetic switch of the switch type magnetic base, taking down the measuring device 1, moving the measuring device 1 to the transmission side, measuring the centering size of the side guide plate II 5, and enabling the measuring process to be the same as that of the working side.
