As shown in fig. 14, the chopstick auxiliary device of the present embodiment further comprises a first sleeve rod and a second sleeve rod; the first loop bar and the second loop bar are both provided with mounting holes for mounting chopsticks, the first loop bar is fixedly connected with the connecting block, and the second loop bar is hinged with the elastic piece.

The first loop bar and the second loop bar are both square bars and are both made of stainless steel; the mounting hole is a round hole matched with the chopstick body for mounting, the first loop bar is fixed with the connecting block through welding, and the second loop bar is rotatably connected with the elastic part through a rotating shaft.

During assembly, the two chopstick bodies of the chopsticks are inserted into the mounting holes of the first loop bar and the second loop bar respectively, the diameters of the ends, inserted into the first loop bar and the second loop bar, of the chopsticks are the same as the diameters of the mounting holes, and the two ends are in tight fit connection.

Or the through holes of the first loop bar and the second loop bar are communicated with the mounting holes, and the chopsticks are fixed by the inserted pins after being inserted.

The embodiment is not described in the first embodiment.

EXAMPLE six

As shown in fig. 15-16, in this embodiment, the elastic piece is a V-shaped elastic piece, one end of the V-shaped elastic piece is fixed in the cavity, the locking block is disposed at the other end of the V-shaped elastic piece, and the locking block is disposed corresponding to the limiting hole; the bending section of the V-shaped elastic sheet is arranged towards the connecting block; the outer side surface of the locking block is a convex arc surface.

The V-shaped elastic piece of this embodiment includes two sections of straight flaky elastic pieces and one section of arc flaky elastic piece that are parallel to each other, and the both ends of arc flaky elastic piece are connected with the one end of two sections of straight flaky elastic iron pieces respectively, and one section of straight flaky elastic piece that is equipped with the latch segment is shorter than another section of straight flaky elastic piece.

In the embodiment, one end of the V-shaped elastic sheet is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the through hole of the shell, when the shell is hinged with the chopsticks, the rotating shaft is inserted into the shell and simultaneously passes through the connecting hole to limit the V-shaped elastic sheet to move in the cavity of the shell; the locking block faces the limiting hole, when the shell extends out of the sliding groove, the convex block pushes against the limiting sheet, the locking block pops out of the limiting hole, and one side of the locking block pushes against the end plane of the connecting block; when the shell is inserted into the sliding groove, the shell is pushed, and the end part of the connecting block sliding groove is matched with external force to extrude to push the locking block back to the containing cavity because the outer side surface of the locking block is a convex arc-shaped surface. The lateral surface of the latch segment of this embodiment is 30 degrees with the outer wall contained angle of shell, and is comparatively gentle, easily pushes it back to hold the chamber, accomplishes the elastic component and inserts.

The embodiment is not mentioned in the second embodiment.

EXAMPLE seven

As shown in fig. 17, in the present embodiment, the elastic member includes a housing, a second spring, and a semi-sphere; one end of the shell is connected with the sliding chute in a sliding way, and the other end of the shell is hinged with the chopsticks through a rotating shaft; the shell is hollow to form a containing cavity, one end of the shell is provided with a limiting hole communicated with the containing cavity, one end of the second spring is fixed in the containing cavity, the other end of the second spring is connected with the plane of the semi-sphere, and the outer side of the shell is provided with a lug; when the connecting block is in a use state, the shell extends out of the sliding groove, the bump pushes against the limiting piece, the semi-sphere pops out of the limiting hole, and the arc-shaped surface of the semi-sphere pushes against the connecting block.

During the assembly, be fixed in the lateral wall that holds the chamber with the one end of spring earlier on, spacing hole site is in the another lateral wall that holds the chamber, the other end and the hemisphere fixed connection of spring, and hemisphere's arcwall face corresponds spacing hole setting, and hemisphere's diameter is greater than spacing hole diameter. When the elastic piece inserts the spout, the diameter promotes the elastic piece, and thrust cooperation connecting block extrudees the hemisphere back to holding the chamber, accomplishes the elastic piece and inserts.

The embodiment is not described in the first embodiment.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
