S3, the material 7 passes through the spraying component 4 under the transmission of the conveying component 3; the spray member 25 uniformly sprays the treatment liquid in the treatment liquid tank 23 to the upper and lower surfaces of the material 7.

S4, after the sprayed materials 7 reach the drying component 5, the drying machine 27 dries the materials 7, the exhaust fan 29 works in the drying process, and the processing liquid gas volatilized in the heat preservation cover 28 is exhausted out of the rack 1; the exhaust gas reaches the purifier 31 through the exhaust duct 30, and the purifier 31 purifies the exhaust gas.

S5, the dried material 7 reaches the discharging assembly 6, the pretreatment is completed, and the subsequent direct-injection printing is carried out.
