Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a dust collecting mechanism 7 is disposed on the box 11, the dust collecting mechanism 7 includes a dust collecting ring 71 coaxially sleeved on one end of the motor of the vortex fan 12 far away from the mounting wheel 51, an annular groove 711 is coaxially disposed in the dust collecting ring 71, a connecting pipe 73 is fixedly mounted on a lower end side wall of the dust collecting ring 71, the connecting pipe 73 is fixedly mounted on the box 11 and is communicated with the annular groove 711, and one end of the connecting pipe 73 far away from the dust collecting ring 71 is fixedly connected with a top wall of the mounting box 81 and is communicated with an inner cavity of the mounting box 81. An annular air inlet 712 is coaxially formed in an end surface of the dust collecting ring 71, the air inlet 712 penetrates the dust collecting ring 71, and the air inlet 712 is communicated with the annular groove 711. The two parts of the dust ring 71 are fixedly connected by a connecting rod 72 at one end face facing away from the mounting wheel 51.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a cleaning plate 74 is slidably mounted in the annular groove 711, a push rod 741 is fixedly mounted on the cleaning plate 74, one end of the push rod 741 passes through the air inlet 712 and extends toward the mounting wheel 51, a positioning plate 742 parallel to the end surface of the dust collecting ring 71 is also fixedly mounted on the push rod 741, a positioning bolt is threadedly mounted on the positioning plate 742, and one end of the positioning bolt passes through the positioning plate 742 and abuts against the end surface of the dust collecting ring 71 to position the positioning plate 742 and the cleaning plate 74.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the thickness of the cleaning plate 74 is smaller than the inner diameter of the connection pipe 73, and the vertical projection of the cleaning plate 74 in the initial state is located at the middle of the connection pipe 73, so that the cleaning plate 74 is not liable to interfere with the dust suction effect of the dust collecting ring 71.

The implementation principle of the continuous granulator with the cleaning mechanism is as follows: the shavings generated by the shaking particles are sucked away by the exhaust fan 13 through the dust suction head 21 when floating to the motor of the vortex fan 12, and the blades 52 on the mounting wheel 51 rotating synchronously with the cooling fan of the motor of the vortex fan 12 blow towards the motor, so that the shavings adhered to the side wall of the motor of the vortex fan 12 are blown off by the motor.
