1. A wheelchair bed comprising:

the bed body comprises a power supply assembly;

2. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the power supply assembly comprises:

the power supply part can move between a first position and a second position, and the charging assembly can drive the power supply part to move to the second position in the process that the wheelchair moves to the charging position;

7. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the locking mechanism further comprises:

the unlocking assembly can drive the locking piece to move towards the direction far away from the locking position, so that the wheelchair is unlocked from the bed body.

8. The wheelchair bed of claim 7 wherein the unlocking assembly comprises:

the pedal piece is pivotally arranged on the bed body;

and one end of the flexible part is connected with the pedal part, the other end of the flexible part is connected with the locking part, and when the pedal part rotates, the flexible part can be driven to pull the locking part to be far away from the locking position.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nursing instruments, in particular to a wheelchair bed.

Background

With the further spread of the aging population, the wheelchair bed is regarded as a nursing apparatus. However, when the wheelchair on the existing wheelchair bed is charged, the independent wiring is needed to supply power to the wheelchair, and meanwhile, when the wheelchair on the existing wheelchair bed is charged, the wheelchair needs to be locked manually, so that the operation is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the wheelchair bed provided by the invention can realize automatic wheelchair locking and charging, and is simple and convenient to operate.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wheelchair bed includes: the bed body comprises a power supply assembly; the wheelchair comprises a charging assembly, the wheelchair is provided with a charging position, and the charging assembly can abut against the power supply assembly when the wheelchair is in the charging position so that the power supply assembly supplies power to the charging assembly; the wheelchair comprises a bed body, a locking mechanism arranged on the bed body and comprising a locking piece and a first elastic piece, wherein the locking piece is provided with a locking position, the locking piece can be driven to be away from the locking position in the process of moving to the charging position, and when the wheelchair is located at the charging position, the first elastic piece can enable the locking piece to reset to the locking position so that the wheelchair and the bed body are locked by the locking piece.

According to the wheelchair bed provided by the embodiment of the invention, the power supply assembly is arranged on the bed body, the charging assembly is arranged on the wheelchair, and the charging assembly is abutted against the power supply assembly for charging, so that the requirement of external wiring is saved, and the convenience of charging is improved; meanwhile, the locking mechanism is arranged, so that the wheelchair can be automatically locked and automatically charged when the wheelchair is charged, the wheelchair can be prevented from moving when being charged, and the safety is improved.

More specifically, the unlocking assembly comprises: the pedal piece is pivotally arranged on the bed body; and one end of the flexible part is connected with the pedal part, the other end of the flexible part is connected with the locking part, and when the pedal part rotates, the flexible part can be driven to pull the locking part to be far away from the locking position.

In some embodiments, the bed body has an access passage, the wheelchair moves to the charging position along the access passage, the power supply assembly is located in the access passage, and the charging assembly is disposed at the rear side of the wheelchair.

In some embodiments, the bed body has an extension seat, the extension seat is located in the access passage and extends along the access direction of the access passage, guide wheels are provided on two opposite sides of the extension seat, the wheelchair has two guide rails spaced apart from each other, the guide rails can be matched with the guide wheels, the power supply assembly is provided on the extension seat, and the charging assembly is provided between the two guide rails.

As shown in fig. 1, a wheelchair bed 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bed 20, a wheelchair 10 and a locking mechanism 30.

The bed body 20 comprises the power supply assembly 23, and it can be understood that the bed body 20 is fixed at a position, the power supply assembly 23 is arranged on the bed body 20, the arrangement of external cables is convenient, and the external cables are arranged at fixed positions, so that the safety is improved. The wheelchair 10 includes a charging assembly 14, the wheelchair 10 has a charging position, and the charging assembly 14 can abut against the power supply assembly 23 when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, so that the power supply assembly 23 supplies power to the charging assembly 14. The wheelchair 10 can be charged by moving to the charging position, thereby eliminating the need for external wiring and improving the convenience of charging.

The locking mechanism 30 is disposed on the bed 20, the locking mechanism 30 includes a locking member 31 and a first elastic member 33, the locking member 31 has a locking position, the locking member 31 can be driven away from the locking position during the movement of the wheelchair 10 to the charging position, and the first elastic member 33 can reset the locking member 31 to the locking position when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, so that the locking member 31 locks the wheelchair 10 and the bed 20. It can be understood that, by providing the first elastic member 33, when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the locking member 31 automatically resets to lock the wheelchair 10 and the bed body 20, that is, when the wheelchair 10 and the bed body 20 are combined, automatic locking can be achieved, and convenience is improved; meanwhile, the locking member 31 is automatically charged when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, and the wheelchair 10 is automatically locked when being combined with the bed body 20, so that the wheelchair 10 is prevented from moving during charging, and the safety is improved.

According to the wheelchair bed 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the power supply assembly 23 is arranged on the bed body 20, the charging assembly 14 is arranged on the wheelchair 10, and the charging assembly 14 abuts against the power supply assembly 23 for charging, so that the requirement of external wiring is omitted, and the convenience of charging is improved; meanwhile, by providing the locking mechanism 30, the wheelchair 10 can be automatically locked and automatically charged when the wheelchair 10 is charged, and the movement of the wheelchair 10 during charging can be avoided, thereby improving safety.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the power supply assembly 23 includes: a power supply member 231 and a second elastic member 232.

The power supply member 231 can move between the first position and the second position, and the charging assembly 14 can drive the power supply member 231 to move to the second position during the movement of the wheelchair 10 to the charging position. The second elastic element 232 can drive the power supply element 231 to return to the first position when the locking mechanism 30 unlocks the wheelchair 10 and the bed 20. It can be understood that when the power supply unit 231 is reset from the second position to the first position, the power supply unit 231 abuts against the charging assembly 14, the power supply unit 231 has a force acting on the charging assembly 14, and the charging assembly 14 transmits the force to the whole wheelchair 10, so that the wheelchair 10 can be automatically pushed out when the wheelchair 10 is unlocked from the bed 20, and the wheelchair 10 can be easily separated from the bed 20.

For example, the second elastic element 232 is a spring, the spring is stopped against the power supply element 231, when the wheelchair 10 reaches the charging position, the locking mechanism 30 locks the wheelchair 10 on the bed 20, the charging assembly 14 is stopped against the power supply element 231, and the spring is in a compressed state and stores elastic potential energy; when the locking mechanism 30 unlocks the wheelchair 10, the spring is unbound, and the spring releases the elastic potential energy to push the wheelchair 10 to move away from the bed body 20, so that the wheelchair 10 can be conveniently moved out.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the power supply assembly 23 further includes: housing member 233, guide 234.

The housing member 233 is disposed on the bed body 20, the housing member 233 has an accommodating chamber 2331 and a through hole (not shown), the power supply member 231 is disposed through the through hole, the second elastic member 232 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 2331 and abuts against the power supply member 231, and by disposing the accommodating chamber 2331 to accommodate a part of the power supply member 231, the connection position of the power supply member 231 and the power supply cable is wrapped, so as to play a role of dust and water prevention, thereby further improving the safety. Guide holder 234 is established in accommodating chamber 2331, and power supply unit 231 is movably established on guide holder 234, improves the stability that power supply unit 231 removed through setting up guide holder 234, guarantees to supply unit 231 and charging assembly 14's being connected, improves user experience.

As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in other embodiments, the charging assembly 14 includes: an insulating member 141, and a charging member 142.

The insulator 141 is provided on the wheelchair 10, and the insulator 141 has a receiving hole 1411. The charging member 142 is disposed in the receiving hole 1411, the power supply assembly 23 includes a power supply member 231, the power supply member 231 is inserted into the receiving hole 1411 and abuts against the charging member 142, and by disposing the charging member 142 in the receiving hole 1411, a user cannot touch the charging member 142, thereby avoiding electric shock hazard and improving safety; by arranging the power supply member 231 to be inserted into the accommodating hole 1411 to abut against the charging member 142 for charging, the connection position of the power supply member 231 and the charging member 142 is located in the accommodating hole 1411, so that the possibility that the conductive part of the power supply member 231 is contacted with the human body is effectively reduced, and the safety is further improved.

As shown in fig. 1, specifically, when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the locking member 31 is locked to the insulating member 141, and by locking the locking member 31 to the insulating member 141, the insulating member 141 serves as both the mounting member for the charging member 142 and the locking member for the locking member 31, thereby reducing the number of parts and simplifying the structure.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, optionally, the locking member 31 is a hook, which is pivotally disposed on the bed 20, and the hook is locked on the charging assembly 14 when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position. The hook can rotate on the bed body 20, and in the process that the wheelchair 10 moves to the charging position, the charging component 14 pushes the hook to turn over when passing through the hook, and when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the first elastic piece 33 resets the hook to enable the hook to be clamped on the charging component 14, and the wheelchair 10 is fixed on the charging position, so that the wheelchair 10 is stably combined with the bed body 20. When the wheelchair 10 needs to be released, the limit on the wheelchair 10 can be removed by only rotating the hook to disengage the connection with the wheelchair 10.

For example, when the wheelchair 10 moves from the forward and backward charging position and engages with the bed 20, and the hook which has been restored by the first elastic member 33 is located on the forward movement path of the wheelchair 10 when the charging assembly 14 is locked by the hook, the wheelchair 10 which is blocked by the hook cannot move forward, so that the wheelchair 10 is locked. When the wheelchair 10 needs to be released, the hooks only need to be rotated, so that the hooks cannot appear on the forward movement path of the wheelchair 10, the wheelchair 10 is not blocked by the hooks, and the wheelchair 10 can move forward and is separated from the bed body 20.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the front side of the hook is provided with a wedge surface 311, and the height of the wedge surface 311 is gradually increased along the direction from front to back. For example, the movement direction of the wheelchair 10 moving out of the charging position is forward, the wedge surface 311 faces forward, and in the process of moving the wheelchair 10 to the charging position, the wheelchair 10 moves backward, the charging assembly 14 slides on the wedge surface 311, the wedge surface 311 decomposes the force into a force pushing the hook to rotate, and the hook rotates to be out of the horizontal state, so that the hook rotates more easily.

In some embodiments, the first elastic member 33 is a torsion spring. One end of the torsion spring is arranged on the hook, the other end of the torsion spring is arranged on the bed body 20, under the acting force of the torsion spring, the hook is always kept in a horizontal state, the hook is in a horizontal state when the wheelchair 10 is locked, in the process that the wheelchair 10 moves to the locking position to move, the wheelchair 10 pushes the hook to be separated from the horizontal state, and when the wheelchair 10 reaches the locking position, the torsion spring pulls the hook to lock the wheelchair 10 again.

In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the locking mechanism 30 further includes: the unlocking assembly 32, the unlocking assembly 32 can drive the locking piece 31 to move towards the direction far away from the locking position, so that the wheelchair 10 is unlocked from the bed body 20, the locking of the wheelchair 10 can be controlled by the unlocking assembly 32, the unlocking is convenient, and the operability and the convenience are improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, more specifically, the unlocking assembly 32 includes: pedal member 321, flexible member 322.

The footboard member 321 is pivotally provided on the bed 20. One end of the flexible member 322 is connected to the pedal member 321 and the other end is connected to the locking member 31, so that when the pedal member 321 rotates, the flexible member 322 is driven to pull the locking member 31 away from the locking position. The provision of the step member 321 and the flexible member 322 to control the position of the locking member 31 saves a lot of time and effort compared to the manual operation by the user, and improves the convenience in using the wheelchair bed 100. When using the wheelchair bed 100, the user steps on the pedal member 321, the pedal member 321 is rotated to pull the flexible member 322, the flexible member 322 pulls the locking member 31 away from the locking position, the constraint of the locking member 31 is lost, and the wheelchair 10 is unlocked and can move freely. Of course, the pedal element 321 can be actuated manually or mechanically, and will not be described in detail here.

In some embodiments, the flexible member 322 is one of a wire rope, a belt, and a chain.

In some more specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the unlocking assembly 32 further includes a sleeve 323, the flexible member 322 is disposed through the sleeve 323, and one end of the flexible member 322 is connected to the pedal member 321 and the other end is connected to the locking member 31. For example, the number of the sleeves 323 is two, one sleeve 323 is arranged on the bed body 20 abutting against the pedal member 321, the other sleeve 323 is arranged on the bed body 20 abutting against the locking member 31, and the rotation of the pedal member 321 can be converted into the rotation of the locking member 31 by arranging the sleeves 323 to provide the guiding sliding for the movement of the flexible member 322, thereby simplifying the structure.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the bed 20 has an access 21, the wheelchair 10 moves to the charging position along the access 21, the power supply module 23 is located in the access 21, the charging module 14 is disposed at the rear side of the wheelchair 10, and by providing the access 21 to provide a space for movement of the wheelchair 10, the wheelchair 10 can move in or out of the access 21, the charging module 14 and the power supply module 23 can be more easily docked, the charging process is simplified, and the efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the bed 20 has an extension seat 24, the extension seat 24 is located in the access passage 21 and extends along the access direction of the access passage 21, guide wheels 241 are provided on two opposite sides of the extension seat 24, the wheelchair 10 has two spaced guide rails (not shown), the guide rails can be engaged with the guide wheels 241, and by providing the guide wheels 241 and the guide rails, the guide wheels 241 are engaged with the guide rails, so that the wheelchair 10 moves more smoothly in the access passage 21, the difficulty of docking the charging assembly 14 with the power supply assembly 23 is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. The power supply assembly 23 is arranged on the extension seat 24, the charging assembly 14 is arranged between the two guide rails, and by arranging the power supply assembly 23 on the extension seat 24 and arranging the charging assembly 14 between the two guide rails, the automatic butt joint of the power supply assembly 23 and the charging assembly 14 is more accurate and the butt joint process is more reliable in the process that the wheelchair 10 moves into the access passage 21, so that the difficulty degree of butt joint of the charging assembly 14 and the power supply assembly 23 is further reduced.

In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wheelchair 10 includes: a seat 12, a backrest 11 and a leg plate 13.

The seat 12 can be used for ambulatory movement and the locking mechanism 30 can lock or release the seat 12. The backrest 11 is provided on the seat 12 so as to be swingable up and down. The leg plates 13 are swingably provided on the seat 12, and the wheelchair 10 has a flattened state. Wherein the seat 12, the backrest 11 and the leg plates 13 are horizontally disposed when the wheelchair 10 is in the flattened state. That is, the wheelchair 10 has two states: the wheelchair 10 is in a flattened state, the seat 12, the backrest 11 and the leg plates 13 are horizontally arranged, the seat 12, the backrest 11 and the leg plates 13 form a plane, the plane can be matched with the access passage 21, and the plane is matched with the bed body 20 to form a larger plane for bearing a user, so that the user experience is improved; when the wheelchair 10 is in the non-unfolded state, a user can sit on the seat 12 and lean back on the backrest 11, the wheelchair 10 can bear the movement of the user to perform the function of the wheelchair 10, and the functions are increased by setting two states of the wheelchair 10. It can be appreciated that the user on the wheelchair bed 100 can use the wheelchair 10 for activities without moving his body, and when the user is in a state of inconvenience, paralysis or unconsciousness, the wheelchair bed 100 is used to facilitate activities of one person and to facilitate the care of others to the user.

An embodiment of the wheelchair bed 100 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.

A wheelchair bed 100 comprising: a bed 20, a wheelchair 10 and a locking mechanism 30.

The bed 20 has an access passage 21 and an extension seat 24, the extension seat 24 is located in the access passage 21 and extends along the access direction of the access passage 21, that is, the front-rear direction, and two opposite sides of the extension seat 24 have guide wheels 241. The bed body 20 includes that power supply unit 23 establishes on extending seat 24, and power supply unit 23 includes: the bed comprises a housing member 233, a guide seat 234, a power supply member 231 and a second elastic member 232, wherein the housing member 233 is arranged on the bed body 20, and the housing member 233 is provided with an accommodating cavity 2331 and a through hole; guide seat 234 is disposed within receiving chamber 2331; the power supply 231 is movably arranged on the guide seat 234, the power supply 231 can move between a first position and a second position, and the power supply 231 is arranged on the through hole in a penetrating way; the second elastic element 232 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 2331 and is stopped against the power supply element 231, and the second elastic element 232 can drive the power supply element 231 to return to the first position.

The wheelchair 10 moves along the access passage 21 to a charging position, and the wheelchair 10 includes: seat 12, back of the chair 11, leg board 13, charging assembly 14, seat 12 can be used to the removal walking. The backrest 11 is provided on the seat 12 so as to be swingable up and down. The leg plate 13 is provided on the seat 12 so as to be swingable up and down. The wheelchair 10 has a flattened condition in which the seat 12, back 11 and leg plates 13 are horizontally disposed when the wheelchair 10 is in the flattened condition. The charging assembly 14 is disposed on the seat 12 and located at the rear side of the wheelchair 10, the charging assembly 14 includes an insulating member 141 and a charging member 142, the insulating member 141 is disposed on the wheelchair 10, the insulating member 141 has a receiving hole 1411, and the receiving hole 1411 can receive the power supply member 231. The charging member 142 is disposed in the receiving hole 1411, and when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the power feeding member 231 is inserted into the receiving hole 1411 and abuts against the charging member 142, so that the power feeding member 231 feeds power to the charging member 142. The charging assembly 14 can drive the power supply 231 to move to the second position during the movement of the wheelchair 10 to the charging position. The wheelchair 10 has two guide rails spaced apart with a distance in the left-right direction, and the charging assembly 14 is provided between the two guide rails, which are engaged with the guide wheels 241.

The locking mechanism 30 is disposed on the bed 20, and the locking mechanism 30 includes: the locking member 31 and the first elastic member 33 unlock the assembly 32. The locking member 31 is a hook which is pivotally disposed on the bed body 20, and when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the hook is locked on the insulating member 141, and at this time, the hook is in the locking position, and when the wheelchair 10 moves to the charging position, the wheelchair 10 drives the hook to rotate away from the locking position. The first elastic member 33 is a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is disposed on the hook, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed on the bed 20, and when the wheelchair 10 is in the charging position, the first elastic member 33 can return the locking member 31 to the locking position, so that the wheelchair 10 and the bed 20 are locked by the locking member 31. The unlocking assembly 32 includes: pedal member 321, flexure 322, and sleeve 323. The footboard member 321 is pivotally provided on the bed 20. The flexible member 322 has one end connected to the pedal member 321 and the other end connected to the locking member 31, and when the pedal member 321 rotates, the flexible member 322 is driven to pull the locking member 31 away from the locking position. Two sleeves 323 are arranged on the bed 20, one sleeve 323 abuts against the pedal member 321, the other sleeve 323 abuts against the locking member 31, and the flexible member 322 passes through the sleeve 323 and is connected to the locking member 31 and the pedal member 321.

Other constructions and operations of the wheelchair bed 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
