1. A waterproof slide fastener for tooth paste, comprising:

teeth fixed on the cloth belt;

a carrier fixed on the tooth surface by a suture;

a first adhesive layer adhered to the carrier and covering the suture line;

the second adhesive layer is adhered to the first adhesive layer;

and the waterproof film is adhered to the second adhesive layer.

2. The waterproof zipper for tooth paste according to claim 1, wherein the carrier is a cloth strip; the total width of the carrier is the same as the tooth width.

3. The waterproof zipper for tooth paste according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 4 to 6 μm; the thickness of the second adhesive layer is 4-6 μm.

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

1 to 5 weight percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

1-5 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

4-14 wt% of water;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of thickening agent;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of wetting agent;

0.6 wt% -1 wt% of defoaming agent.

6. The waterproof zipper with tooth paste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second adhesive layer is formed by mixing a second layer of glue with water and then curing the glue; the curing process specifically comprises the following steps:

baking at 120-140 deg.C for 4-6 min, cooling and forming film.

7. The waterproof zipper of claim 6, wherein the second layer of glue comprises the following components:

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

2-9 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

2-9 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

0.1 to 5 weight percent of water-based isocyanate;

4-15 wt% of water;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of thickening agent;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of wetting agent.

8. The waterproof slide fastener for tooth paste according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof film is a leather-like waterproof film or a cloth-like waterproof film; the total width of the waterproof film is the same as the tooth width.

9. A method for manufacturing the waterproof zipper for tooth paste of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to a waterproof zipper with tooth paste and a preparation method thereof.

Background

A conventional slide fastener has a pair of tapes, one side of each tape has a corresponding tooth (or tooth), the tooth is sewn to the tape by a sewing thread, and a slider is provided on the tooth, and the tooth can be opened and closed by the slider (see fig. 3, in which 1 is a tape, 2 is a tooth, 6 is a sewing thread, and 7 is a slider).

The waterproof zippers appearing in the market are generally provided with a cloth belt surface coated with glue and/or pasted with a waterproof film to achieve the function of preventing water splashing, but teeth on the tooth surface are exposed and cannot be waterproof, and water can permeate into a central line from tooth gaps to form accumulated water. In the market, the method of glue filling in the teeth is also adopted, and waterproof is realized by filling tooth gaps through glue filling treatment, such as patent CN 202010742304.0; however, the teeth subjected to the glue filling treatment are mainly used for a reverse zipper, and the effect of the forward zipper (the teeth are exposed on the front surface) is not good, and the appearance is not attractive. In addition, still appear in the market in the technical scheme (TW107205705) of the little cloth of nylon tooth surface seam, can block the gap of tooth, the function of preventing splashing is slightly better than individual tooth suture, but the main objective is to play the purpose such as hiding the sprocket, protecting the suture, change the zip fastener colour, change the zip fastener molding, the cloth still can not be waterproof, even the cloth is through waterproof soaking treatment, the pinhole time of stylolite also can seep water, it is still far from not enough to waterproof the effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a waterproof zipper for tooth paste and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the waterproof zipper for tooth paste has both waterproof function and surface effect.

The invention provides a waterproof zipper with tooth paste, which comprises:

teeth fixed on the cloth belt;

a carrier fixed on the tooth surface by a suture;

a first adhesive layer adhered to the carrier and covering the suture line;

the second adhesive layer is adhered to the first adhesive layer;

and the waterproof film is adhered to the second adhesive layer.

Preferably, the carrier is a cloth strip; the total width of the carrier is the same as the tooth width.

Preferably, the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 4-6 μm; the thickness of the second adhesive layer is 4-6 μm.

Preferably, the first glue layer is formed by mixing and gluing a first layer of glue and water and then curing the glue; the curing process specifically comprises the following steps:

baking for 50-70 s at 55-65 ℃, 50-70 s at 75-85 ℃, 50-70 s at 95-105 ℃, cooling and forming a film.

Preferably, the first layer of glue comprises the following components:

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

1 to 5 weight percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

1-5 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

4-14 wt% of water;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of thickening agent;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of wetting agent;

0.6 wt% -1 wt% of defoaming agent.

Preferably, the second glue layer is formed by mixing and gluing a second layer of glue and water and then curing the glue; the curing process specifically comprises the following steps:

baking at 120-140 deg.C for 4-6 min, cooling and forming film.

Preferably, the second layer of glue comprises the following components:

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

2-9 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

2-9 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

0.1 to 5 weight percent of water-based isocyanate;

Preferably, the waterproof membrane is a leather-feeling waterproof membrane or a cloth-feeling waterproof membrane; the total width of the waterproof film is the same as the tooth width.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the tooth paste waterproof zipper in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a waterproof zipper with tooth paste, which comprises:

teeth fixed on the cloth belt;

a carrier fixed on the tooth surface by a suture;

a first adhesive layer adhered to the carrier and covering the suture line;

the second adhesive layer is adhered to the first adhesive layer;

and the waterproof film is adhered to the second adhesive layer.

Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a waterproof zipper with tooth paste according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a cloth tape, 2 is teeth, 3 is a carrier, 4 is a first adhesive layer, 5 is a second adhesive layer, 6 is a waterproof film, and 7 is a sewing thread; fig. 2 is a schematic front view of a waterproof slide fastener with teeth attached, according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein 1 is a cloth tape, 5 is a waterproof film, and 7 is a slider.

The present invention does not particularly limit the teeth fixed to the tape, which can reduce the feeling of cold when the teeth contact the skin, by using conventional raw materials for a general nylon tooth zipper well known to those skilled in the art.

In the invention, the carrier is preferably cloth strips, on one hand, the raw materials are easy to obtain and the cost is low, on the other hand, the glue penetration effect of the cloth strips is good, after the glue coating is good, the bonding fastness with the waterproof film is good, but the problem that the surface is slightly uneven needs to be solved. In the present invention, the total width of the carrier is preferably the same as the tooth width.

In the invention, the first glue layer is a primer layer, and the thickness of the primer layer is preferably 4-6 μm, and more preferably 5-5.5 μm; the second adhesive layer is a surface adhesive layer, and the thickness of the second adhesive layer is preferably 4-6 μm, and more preferably 5-5.5 μm.

In the invention, the first glue layer is preferably formed by mixing and gluing the first glue layer and water and then curing. In the invention, the mass ratio of the first layer of glue to water is preferably 1: (0.2 to 0.6), more preferably 1: 0.4.

in the present invention, the curing process is preferably specifically:

baking for 50-70 s at 55-65 ℃, 50-70 s at 75-85 ℃, 50-70 s at 95-105 ℃, cooling and forming a film;

more preferably:

sequentially baking at 60 deg.C for 60s, 80 deg.C for 60s, and 100 deg.C for 60s, cooling, and forming film.

In the present invention, the first layer of glue preferably comprises the following components:

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

1 to 5 weight percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

1-5 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

4-14 wt% of water;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of thickening agent;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of wetting agent;

0.6 wt% -1 wt% of defoaming agent.

In the invention, the second glue layer is preferably formed by mixing and gluing a second layer of glue and water and then curing the glue. In the invention, the mass ratio of the second layer of glue to water is preferably 1: (0.2 to 0.6), more preferably 1: 0.4.

in the present invention, the curing process is preferably specifically:

baking at 120-140 deg.C for 4-6 min, cooling, and forming film;

more preferably:

baking at 130 deg.C for 5min, cooling, and forming film.

In the process of curing to form the second adhesive layer, the waterproof film is pasted on the adhesive tape, and the waterproof film is directly pasted on the second adhesive layer.

In the present invention, the second layer of glue preferably comprises the following components:

65 wt% -85 wt% of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane;

2-9 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether;

2-9 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;

0.1 to 5 weight percent of water-based isocyanate;

4-15 wt% of water;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of thickening agent;

0.5 wt% -1 wt% of wetting agent.

The surface of the carrier (preferably cloth strips) is coated with the primer once, the specific content of components of the primer enables the fluidity of the carrier to be better than that of the surface adhesive, pinholes at two ends of a suture line can be quickly filled, after the primer is cured, the surface adhesive is coated on the surface of the first adhesive layer, the uniform spreading can be realized, and meanwhile, two adhesive layers are completely uniform, so that the firm sticking of the waterproof film is facilitated, the integral structure is prevented from being splashed with water, and the waterproof structure further has excellent waterproof performance in water.

In the present invention, the waterproof film is preferably a leather-like waterproof film or a cloth-like waterproof film, more preferably a leather-like waterproof film; thereby the product has soft and comfortable hand feeling. In the present invention, the total width of the waterproof film is preferably the same as the tooth width.

In addition, the waterproof membrane also can be waterproof membrane or the night light waterproof membrane that possesses reflection of light function to realize that the product plays safety warning effect (reflection of light waterproof membrane) when light shines at night to and hold the light after, can continuously give out light (night light waterproof membrane) at night.

The tooth-adhered waterproof zipper provided by the invention adopts a specific structure and a connection relation, two carriers are sewn on the surfaces of teeth, the carrier material can be cloth strips or other materials, the width of the two materials is approximately equal to the width of the teeth, glue is coated on the surfaces of the carriers, then a waterproof layer is adhered, finally, a blade is used for cutting the middle seam to form a tooth adhering film, and a water splashing prevention structure is formed on the surfaces of the teeth; the tooth paste waterproof zipper provided by the invention has both a waterproof function and a surface effect.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the tooth paste waterproof zipper in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

and fixing the teeth fixed on the cloth belt and the carrier through a suture line, then sequentially arranging a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer and a waterproof film, and finally cutting along the center seam of the zipper to obtain the tooth-attached waterproof zipper.

In the invention, the combination of the teeth fixed on the cloth belt and the carrier is sewed by a sewing line; and then arranging a first glue layer.

In the present invention, before the first adhesive layer is disposed, it is preferable that:

and rolling the tooth surface of the fixed carrier to make the carrier suture line on the tooth surface tightly attached to the carrier to obtain a flat surface.

In the invention, because of the existence of the suture, a plurality of suture holes exist on the surface of the carrier, if the waterproof film is directly pasted, the bonding area is reduced, and the waterproof film is layered and the bonding force is reduced; on the basis, before the waterproof membrane is adhered, glue is firstly coated on the surface of the carrier to form a glue layer and is coated in two layers, the first layer is coated by high-fluidity glue to fill the seam holes, and the second layer of glue can be directly and uniformly paved on the upper surface of the carrier (with a thin glue layer therebetween), so that the waterproof membrane can be better combined on the carrier through a glue medium.

The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, mild condition, easiness in control and wide application prospect.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a waterproof zipper with tooth paste according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a cloth tape, 2 is teeth, 3 is a cloth strip, 4 is a first adhesive layer, 5 is a second adhesive layer, 6 is a waterproof film, and 7 is a sewing thread; fig. 2 is a schematic front view of a waterproof slide fastener with teeth attached, according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein 1 is a cloth tape, 5 is a waterproof film, and 7 is a slider.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

firstly, sewing nylon teeth and cloth strips in a sewing manner, and then rolling the tooth surfaces sewed with the cloth strips to enable cloth strip sewing lines on the surfaces of the teeth to be more tightly attached to the cloth strips, so that the surface is smooth, and the surface is convenient to glue; then coating a first layer of glue, and specifically comprising the following steps:

according to the mass ratio of the first layer of glue to water of 1: 0.4 mixing, gluing, scraping to a thickness of 5.1 μm, sequentially baking at 60 deg.C for 60s, 80 deg.C for 60s, 100 deg.C for 60s, cooling, and forming a first adhesive layer;

and then coating a second layer of glue on the first glue layer and pasting a waterproof film, and the specific steps are as follows:

In the above preparation method, the width of the two cloth strips on the tooth surface is equal to the tooth width and equal to the width of the waterproof film.

The first layer of glue is base glue and consists of the following components:

80 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

2 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

2 weight percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

13.4 percent by weight of water,

0.8 wt% of thickening agent,

0.8 wt% of a wetting agent,

1 wt% of defoaming agent;

the raw materials are put into a stirrer in a non-sequential order according to the proportion, and are uniformly dispersed and stirred at a high speed to obtain a first layer of glue.

The second layer of glue is surface glue and consists of the following components:

80 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

4 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

4wt percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

5 percent by weight of water-based isocyanate,

5.4 percent by weight of water,

0.8 wt% of thickening agent,

0.8 wt% of wetting agent;

and putting the raw materials into a stirrer in a non-sequential order according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring the raw materials at a high speed to obtain the second layer of glue.

Example 2

The preparation method provided by the embodiment 1 is adopted to obtain the waterproof zipper with the tooth paste and the same structure; the difference lies in that:

the first layer of glue consists of the following components:

75 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

5 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

5wt percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

12.8 percent by weight of water,

0.6 wt% of thickening agent,

0.6 wt% of a wetting agent,

1 wt% of defoaming agent;

the second layer of glue consists of the following components:

75 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

4 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

4wt percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

0.1 percent by weight of water-based isocyanate,

15 wt% of water,

1 wt% of a thickening agent,

1 wt% of wetting agent.

Example 3

The preparation method provided by the embodiment 1 is adopted to obtain the waterproof zipper with the tooth paste and the same structure; the difference lies in that:

the first layer of glue consists of the following components:

85 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

2 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

2 weight percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

9 wt% of water,

0.5 wt% of a thickener,

0.5 wt% of a wetting agent,

1 wt% of defoaming agent;

the second layer of glue consists of the following components:

85 wt% of carboxylic acid type aqueous polyurethane,

2 wt% of ethylene glycol butyl ether,

2 weight percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate,

3 weight percent of water-based isocyanate,

7 wt% of water,

0.5 wt% of a thickener,

0.5 wt% of wetting agent.

Waterproof tests were performed on the waterproof zippers for tooth attachment provided in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention in water, and the test conditions and results are shown in the following table.

According to the tooth paste waterproof zipper, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer both use water as a solvent, butanone and DMF (dimethyl formamide) organic solvents are replaced by water, and the requirement of environmental-friendly OEKO is met; the speed of volatilization under heating is accelerated, and the components interact, so that the adhesive effect of the glue can be improved, and the whole body has an excellent waterproof function.
