Newly building a scrap heating wire, adding the scrap heated to the temperature of more than 700 ℃ into a mixer from an iron receiving port of the mixer for mixing; or directly adding the scrap steel heated to the temperature of over 700 ℃ into a hot metal ladle, uniformly blowing argon through an LF furnace, and then adding the molten steel into a converter to become the first choice of a steel mill.

By adopting the molten iron pretreatment technology, the steel-making burden of a steel-making furnace can be reduced, the steel-making process can be optimized, and the quality of steel products is improved. The technology of improving molten iron quality and improving desulfurization efficiency by supplying gas into a molten iron tank through the gas permeable bricks is widely adopted by many steel mills during molten iron pretreatment, and becomes a basic technology during molten iron pretreatment. During molten iron pretreatment, molten iron contained in the molten iron tank is inclined towards the slag removing machine (namely inclined towards the opposite side of the ladle-turning pile) so as to facilitate slag removal, and the air brick of the molten iron tank is arranged on the side of the ladle-turning pile, so that the molten iron slag rushes towards the side of the slag removing machine by blowing in gas, and the effect of rapidly removing the slag is achieved.

Research shows that argon is blown into molten steel to play a role in refining the molten steel: can effectively remove non-metallic inclusions, remove dissolved gas and strengthen decarburization. The above effects can be obtained by blowing argon gas into molten iron by using the air brick of the molten iron tank.

Patent CN201310580577.X discloses a preparation method of a slit-type air brick, which relates to a preparation method of an air brick for ladle refining, and comprises the steps of pouring and forming air brick pouring materials in a pouring mold, preparing air brick green bodies, curing and demolding the air brick green bodies, drying and firing the demolded air brick green bodies at high temperature, and finally preparing finished products, wherein the slit-type air brick is only used for the air brick for ladle refining. It is not the same as the present invention that can be used for both the hot metal ladle and the ladle.

Patent CN201010209254.6 discloses a slag removing method for molten steel, which controls the clearance of the upper part of a molten steel tank to be more than 300mm when a converter taps steel. When the molten steel tank is tilted to a slag removing angle, firstly removing the solidified slag shell; adding lime particles into the molten steel tank according to the ratio of lime to slag of 1: 3-6, and uniformly spreading; after the lime and the steel slag fully react, the residual steel slag in the molten steel tank is taken out. The method needs to add lime particles into the ladle and spread the lime particles evenly, and the process is complex. According to the invention, the air brick is arranged on the side wall of the steel ladle for argon blowing, so that the steel ladle slag moves towards the slag removing machine, thereby improving the slag removing efficiency and reducing the inclusion in the molten steel.

The above patent is no matter to blowing argon and stirring the molten iron evenly to adding into hot metal bottle scrap steel, and the side-blown argon plays the quick slag-off effect when the molten iron is preliminary treatment, and no matter is ladle bottom blowing argon refining molten steel or ladle side blowing argon improves the slag-off efficiency, and an air brick that has above-mentioned function simultaneously just in time has come into play.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the bottom-blowing or side-blowing multipurpose ventilating device for refining the hot metal ladle or the steel ladle, which has the advantages of good bottom-blowing effect, reduction of the consumption of refractory materials and reduction of the cost of the refractory materials.

2. the air brick of the invention adopts the air slit, can produce the fine argon bubble with the diameter of 5mm or less when blowing argon, play the role of a 'small vacuum chamber', the dissolved gas (H, N, O) in the molten iron will be continuously transmitted into the fine argon bubble, and then float upwards and discharge, thus reducing the gas content in the molten iron and improving the quality of steel. The same bottom blowing effect can be obtained by using smaller air bricks, so that the using amount of refractory materials is reduced, and the cost of the refractory materials is reduced;

3. the invention can be used for hot metal ladles and steel ladles, has wide application, and the air brick can be simultaneously used for bottom blowing and side blowing, thereby improving the quality of molten iron and molten steel, having good bottom blowing and side blowing effects and being beneficial to shortening the iron preparation time; the steel yield is improved, the scrap steel ratio is improved, the steel making cost is reduced, and the steel making management cost is reduced.
