The coupling 6 is elastically connected with a pump shaft 14 through an elastic adapter shaft 7; one end of the transfer shaft 7 is directly connected with a pump shaft 14 of the tested lubricating oil pump 9, and the other end of the transfer shaft is connected with the motor shaft 3 through a coupler 6; the transfer shaft 7 is connected with the pump shaft 14 through an external spline or an internal spline.

The end face of the adapter 8 on the installation side of the lubricating oil pump is provided with an axial oil supply port 86 and an axial oil return port 83 which are matched with an oil port of the tested lubricating oil pump 9 and are correspondingly communicated with an oil supply channel and an oil return channel in the radial direction in the adapter 8, when the tested lubricating oil pump 9 is installed, an oil suction port of the adapter is communicated with the axial oil supply port 86 of the adapter, and the oil return port of the adapter is communicated with the axial oil return port 83 of the adapter.

An oil supply connector 88 and an oil return connector 81 are respectively arranged at an oil supply passage port and an oil return passage port on the side wall of the adapter 8, and are respectively communicated with an oil supply hose and an oil suction hose of test equipment during a test, an oil supply pressure measuring port 87 and an oil return pressure measuring port 82 are further designed on the end surface of the adapter 8 and are respectively communicated with the oil supply passage and the oil return passage inside the adapter 8, and the pressure measuring port is used for collecting the pressure of the oil suction port and the oil return port of the tested lubricating oil pump 9 during the test.

The transfer shaft 7 is directly connected with a pump shaft 14 of the tested lubricating oil pump 9, the transfer shaft 7 is of an external spline or an internal spline structure according to the form of the pump shaft 14, and the matched transfer shaft 7 is installed according to different tested lubricating oil pumps 9 during testing.

One end of the switching shaft 7 is connected with a pump shaft 14 of the tested lubricating oil pump 9, the other end of the switching shaft is connected with a motor shaft 3 of the driving motor 10 through the coupler 6, and the switching shaft 7 is connected with the coupler 6 in a tensioning sleeve mode, so that the stability of high-speed operation of the tested lubricating oil pump 9 is guaranteed, and the switching shaft 7 is easy to disassemble and replace.

The speed measuring fluted disc 5 is arranged on the coupler 6 and close to one side end face of the motor shaft 3, threaded holes are processed on the end face of the coupler 6, the speed measuring fluted disc 5 and the coupler 6 are fastened by fastening screws, and the speed measuring fluted disc 5 and the coupler 6 rotate synchronously.
