the water inlet end of the water guide joint is provided with a plurality of water guide cavities, the water outlet end of the water guide joint is provided with a plurality of water guide grooves, and the water guide grooves are communicated with the water guide cavities;

the water outlet end of one water guide joint is inserted into the upper horizontal channel, the water guide groove corresponds to the upper water guide hole, and the water outlet end of the other water guide joint is inserted into the lower horizontal channel, and the water guide groove is opposite to the lower water guide hole.

A shower apparatus as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the valve body comprises a water inlet interface, a valve core cavity, a first water outlet channel and a second water outlet channel which are communicated with the valve core cavity, and an axial water guide hole which is arranged on a partition plate between the water inlet interface and the valve core cavity;

the valve core assembly is a rotary valve core assembly and is arranged in the valve core cavity; and a valve rod of the valve core assembly passes through the valve rod hole and the counter bore to be connected with the operating device.

The present invention relates to a shower apparatus.

Background

In the prior art, a shower device comprises a vertical pipe, a top horizontal water outlet pipe, a shunt valve arranged on the vertical pipe, an ascending inner water pipe and a descending inner water pipe, wherein the shunt valve comprises a valve body, a valve core assembly and an operating device, the shunt valve is arranged on the vertical pipe, and the shunt valve is communicated with the ascending inner water pipe and the descending inner water pipe. There are problems in that: the structure is complex and the maintenance is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the shower device has the characteristics of simple structure and convenience in assembly.

the water diversion seat is arranged in the vertical pipe and sealed, a valve rod hole is opposite to the rear mounting hole, a counter bore is opposite to the front mounting hole, an upper angular water inlet channel is opposite to the upper clearance hole, a lower angular water inlet channel is opposite to the lower clearance hole, a screw penetrates through a seat fixing hole and a connecting hole to be screwed with a screw hole or the water diversion seat is welded with the vertical pipe and is in liquid seal, and the vertical pipe, the water diversion seat and the valve body are connected together; the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are respectively communicated with the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel and the lower angle-shaped water inlet channel; the vertical pipe at the upper part of the water diversion seat is an ascending water pipe, and the vertical pipe at the lower part of the water diversion seat is a descending water pipe.

The shower device is characterized in that: the water guide joint and the sealing ring are also included;

the sealing ring is sleeved on the water guide joint, one end of the water guide joint is inserted into the first water outlet channel, the other end of the water guide joint penetrates through the upper clearance hole and is inserted into the upper angular water inlet channel, one end of the other water guide joint is inserted into the second water outlet channel, and the other end of the water guide joint penetrates through the lower clearance hole and is inserted into the lower angular water inlet channel.

The shower device is characterized in that: the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel comprises an upper horizontal channel part and an upper water channel part which is communicated with the upper end of the water diversion seat,

the lower angular water inlet channel comprises a lower horizontal channel part and a downlink water channel part which is communicated with the lower end of the water diversion seat.

the operating device is a button, and the button is connected with a valve rod of the valve core assembly.

The shower device is characterized in that: also comprises a decorative cover which comprises a body part with a front opening and an annular decorative plate surrounding the front opening end of the body part,

the body part penetrates through the front mounting hole and is inserted into the counter bore of the water distribution seat and fixed.

The shower device is characterized in that: the valve body comprises a water inlet interface, a valve core cavity, a first water outlet channel and a second water outlet channel which are communicated with the valve core cavity, and an axial water guide hole which is arranged on a partition plate between the water inlet interface and the valve core cavity;

the valve core assembly is a rotary valve core assembly and is arranged in the valve core cavity; and a valve rod of the valve core assembly passes through the valve rod hole and the counter bore to be connected with the operating device.

The shower device has the advantages that the vertical pipe is square, the water diversion seat is arranged in the vertical pipe and is fixedly connected with the water diversion valve, the vertical pipe at the upper part and the lower part of the water diversion seat respectively form the ascending water channel and the descending water channel, the structure is simple, and the assembly is convenient.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a shower device comprises a vertical pipe 1, a top horizontal outlet pipe 2 and a shunt valve 3 arranged on the vertical pipe, wherein the shunt valve 3 comprises a valve body 31, a valve core assembly 32 and an operating device 33,

the vertical pipe 1 and the top horizontal water outlet pipe 2 are square, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a front wall plate of the vertical pipe 1 is provided with a front mounting hole 11, a rear wall plate is provided with a rear mounting hole 12, a connecting hole 13 surrounding the rear mounting hole, an upper clearance hole 141 arranged at the upper part of the rear mounting hole and a lower clearance hole 142 arranged at the lower part, and the area of the front mounting hole 11 is larger than that of the rear mounting hole 12; the front mounting hole 11 is square, the diameter of the inscribed circle is larger than that of the rear mounting hole 12, and the rear mounting hole 12 is circular; the attachment holes 13 are visible from the front mounting holes 11;

or the front wall plate of the vertical pipe 1 is provided with a front mounting hole 11, the rear wall plate is provided with a rear mounting hole 12, an upper clearance hole 141 arranged at the upper part of the rear mounting hole and a lower clearance hole 142 arranged at the lower part;

the valve body 31 comprises a first water outlet channel 311, a second water outlet channel 312 and a screw hole 313 arranged at the front end;

the water distribution seat 4 comprises a valve rod hole 41, a counter bore 42 arranged at the front end of the valve rod hole, a seat fixing hole (not marked) arranged on a counter bore bottom plate, an upper angle-shaped water inlet channel 43 arranged at the upper part and a lower angle-shaped water inlet channel 44 arranged at the lower part; the diameter of the counter bore 42 is adapted to the front mounting hole 11; the diameter of the inscribed circle of the front mounting hole 11 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the counter bore 42;

the water diversion seat 4 is arranged in the vertical pipe 1 and sealed, a valve rod hole 41 is opposite to the rear mounting hole 12, a counter bore 42 is opposite to the front mounting hole 11, an upper-angle water inlet channel 43 is opposite to the upper clearance hole 141, a lower-angle water inlet channel 44 is opposite to the lower clearance hole 142, and screws penetrate through a seat fixing hole and the connecting holes 13 to be screwed with screw holes 313; or the water distribution seat 4 is welded with the vertical pipe 1; the vertical pipe 1, the water distribution seat 2 and the valve body 41 are connected together; the first water outlet channel 311 and the second water outlet channel 312 are respectively communicated with the upper angular water inlet channel 43 and the lower angular water inlet channel 44; the vertical pipe at the upper part of the water distribution seat 4 is an ascending pipe 1A, the vertical pipe at the lower part is a descending pipe 1B, the ascending pipe 1A is communicated with the top horizontal water outlet pipe 2, and the descending pipe 1B is communicated with the handheld shower head.

As a further improvement of the invention: the device also comprises a water guide joint 5 and a sealing ring 6;

the sealing ring 6 is sleeved on the water guide joint 5, one end of a water guide joint is inserted into the first water outlet channel 311, the other end of the water guide joint penetrates through the upper clearance hole 141 and is inserted into the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel 43, and the sealing ring 6 is embedded with the upper clearance hole 141; one end of the other water guide joint 5 is inserted into the second water outlet channel 312, the other end thereof passes through the lower clearance hole 142 and is inserted into the lower angular water inlet channel 44, and the sealing ring 6 is embedded with the lower clearance hole.

The upper angular water inlet passage 43 includes an upper horizontal passage portion 431 and an upper water passage portion 432 penetrating the upper end of the water dividing base,

the lower angular water inlet channel 44 comprises a lower horizontal channel part 441 and a lower water channel part (not marked) which penetrates through the lower end of the water distribution seat; the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel 43 and the lower angle-shaped water inlet channel 44 have the same structure, only one is arranged at the upper part and the other is arranged at the lower part, and after the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel and the lower angle-shaped water inlet channel are rotated by 180 degrees, the upper angle-shaped water inlet channel and the lower angle-shaped water inlet channel are exchanged. But are artificially divided according to the installation position. During assembly, identification is not needed, and the vertical pipe 1 can be directly assembled.

As a further improvement of the invention: the ascending water channel part 431 is composed of a plurality of upper water guide holes, and the descending water channel part is composed of a plurality of lower water guide holes;

As shown in fig. 4, the valve body 31 includes a water inlet interface 314, a water inlet cavity 315, a first water outlet cavity 316, a second water outlet cavity 317, an upper horizontal plane 318 and a lower horizontal plane 319, which are disposed on a partition board between the water inlet interface and the water inlet cavity, and the water inlet interface 314 is communicated with the water inlet cavity 315 through a plurality of axial water guide holes; the upper horizontal plane 318 is vertical to the axis of the water outlet of the first water outlet cavity part 316; the lower horizontal plane 319 is perpendicular to the axis of the water outlet hole of the second water outlet chamber 317, and the upper horizontal plane 318 and the lower horizontal plane 319 are parallel and on a same diameter line;

the valve body 31 is further provided with an upper water guide shell 71 with a lower opening and a lower water guide shell 72 with an upper opening, the upper water guide shell 71 is attached to the upper horizontal plane 318 to form the first water outlet channel 311, and the lower water guide shell 72 is attached to the lower horizontal plane 319 and sealed to form the second water outlet channel 312;

the valve core assembly 32 is a press-type valve core assembly, and the valve core assembly 32 is provided with a water inlet portion 321, a body water outlet chamber portion 322 and an end water outlet portion 323;

the water inlet part 321 is positioned in the water inlet cavity part 315, the body water outlet cavity part 322 is positioned in the second water outlet cavity part 317, and the end water outlet part 323 is communicated with the first water outlet cavity part 316;

the operating device 33 is a button that is connected to the valve stem of the valve core assembly 32. The operation device 33 is pressed to realize the switching of water output of the first water outlet cavity part 316 and the second water outlet cavity part 317.

As a further improvement of the present embodiment: and further comprises a decorative cover 8, the decorative cover 7 comprises a body 81 with a front opening and a ring-shaped decorative plate 82 surrounding the front opening end of the body,

the body 81 is inserted into the counter bore 42 of the water diversion seat 4 through the front mounting hole 11 and fixed; the annular trim panel 82 abuts the front wall panel of the riser 1.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the valve body 31 includes a water inlet interface 314, a valve core cavity 31A, a first water outlet channel 311 and a second water outlet channel 312 which are communicated with the valve core cavity, and an axial water guide hole which is arranged on a partition plate between the water inlet interface 314 and the valve core cavity 31A; the axial water guide hole communicates the water inlet interface 314 with the valve core cavity 31A;

the valve core assembly 32 is a rotary valve core assembly, and the valve core assembly 32 is arranged in the valve core cavity 31A; the valve stem of the valve core assembly 32 is connected to the operator 33 through the valve stem bore 41 and the counterbore 42. The area of the operating device 33 is larger than the area of the front mounting hole 11 in the riser 1. That is to say: the operating device 33 covers the front mounting hole 11 and the counterbore 42.
