6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the template is the same as the thickness of the panel to be processed.

7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a positioning block mounted to the base plate for positioning at a bottom of the edge bonding mechanism.

8. The edge banding mechanism adjustment apparatus of claim 1, wherein said template is connected to said slide member by a connector.

9. An edge banding machine mechanism adjustment method, characterized in that an edge banding machine mechanism adjustment device according to any of claims 1-8 is used, and comprising the steps of:

mounting the edge bonding machine mechanism on a base plate;

simulating the height of a plate to be processed by the edge bonding machine to adjust the mounting position of the support frame so as to adjust the height of the template;

and adjusting the position of a functional component on the edge bonding machine mechanism according to the position of the template.

10. The edge sealer mechanism adjustment method of claim 9, wherein the functional component is a positioning component or an edge banding finishing component.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of edge bonding machines, and particularly relates to an edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting device and an edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting method.

Background

The edge bonding machine is a machine which replaces manual edge bonding procedures, namely conveying, gluing and edge bonding, cutting, trimming in front and back, trimming in upper and lower directions, fine trimming in upper and lower directions, scraping in upper and lower directions and polishing to be highly automated, and mainly comprises a semi-automatic machine and a portable machine. An edge bonding machine is one of woodworking machines.

When the edge bonding machine carries out edge bonding to different plates, the mounting positions of a positioning mechanism, an edge bonding mechanism and the like are different, so that the edge bonding machine needs to be adjusted before use. But because the whole volume of bag sealer is big, a plurality of banding stations all need be adjusted, have increaseed the degree of difficulty of adjusting.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting device.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:

an edge banding machine mechanism adjustment device comprising:

the bottom plate is provided with an edge bonding machine mechanism mounting position;

the supporting frame is adjustably mounted on the bottom plate along a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate;

the sliding component is arranged on the supporting frame and extends along the direction parallel to the bottom plate; and

a template slidably mounted on the slide member.

According to the edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting device, the supporting frame and the sliding part are adopted to support the template, the template can simulate a plate to be processed, so that the mounting position of the edge bonding machine mechanism can be adjusted, the edge bonding machine mechanism can be directly mounted on the edge bonding machine after adjustment is completed, adjustment is not needed again, and the device is offline adjustment, so that the device is more convenient and efficient compared with adjustment on the edge bonding machine; different plates can be adjusted in a matching mode by replacing the template, and the application range is wide.

In one embodiment, the sliding component includes a sliding rail and a sliding block, the sliding rail is mounted on the supporting frame, and the sliding block is connected with the mold plate and is slidably connected with the sliding rail.

The functional component is a positioning component or a sealing edge component, and can also be other components. For example, the edge bonding machine mechanism is an edge scraping mechanism 50, and the functional component is a positioning disc or an edge sealing belt scraper.

For example, the edge scraping mechanism 50 includes a frame, an upper positioning plate 51, a lower positioning plate 52, and a side positioning plate adjustably mounted on the frame, and the lower edge of the upper positioning plate 51 is adjusted to abut against the upper surface of the die plate 40, the upper edge of the lower positioning plate 52 abuts against the lower surface of the die plate 40, and the side portion of the die plate 40 according to the position of the die plate 40. Therefore, the positioning component on the edge scraping mechanism 50 can be adjusted in place, and the edge scraping mechanism 50 can be directly installed on the edge sealing machine without adjustment.

In one embodiment, the side positioning plates include a first side positioning plate 54 and a second side positioning plate 55, a lower portion of the first side positioning plate 54 abuts a side portion of the form 40, and an upper portion of the second side positioning plate 55 abuts a side portion of the form 40.

The upper positioning plate 51, the lower positioning plate 52 and the side positioning plates are adjustably connected with the mechanism frame, such as through a cylinder, a rotating shaft and the like, so as to adjust the positions of the positioning plates. Other functional components are also adjustably connected to the corresponding frame.

With reference to fig. 1, in particular, the bottom plate 10 is provided with a mounting groove 12, and the edge bonding mechanism is movably mounted to the mounting groove 12 along the extending direction of the sliding member 30. In one embodiment, the support frame 20 is adjustably mounted to the base plate 10 by a connecting plate 21.

In one embodiment, the connecting plate 21 is connected to the base plate 10 by screws 22. Specifically, the bottom plate 10 is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the support groove 13, correspondingly, the connecting plate 21 is provided with a threaded hole, the connecting plate 21 and the bottom plate 10 are connected by extending the mounting hole and the threaded hole through the threaded member 22, and the mounting height of the connecting plate 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the threaded member 22, so that the height of the support frame 20 is adjusted, and further the height of the template 40 is adjusted to be consistent with the height of the plate conveying guide rail of the edge bonding machine.

Furthermore, a protrusion is disposed on the bottom plate 10 corresponding to the support groove 13, a groove is disposed at the bottom of the connection plate 21, and the protrusion is correspondingly disposed in the groove to further position the connection plate 21.

Referring to fig. 1, the sliding member 30 includes a sliding rail 31 and a sliding block 32, the sliding rail 31 is mounted on the supporting frame 20, and the sliding block 32 is connected to the mold plate 40 and slidably connected to the sliding rail 31. The template 40 is movable along the slide rails 31 to accommodate different portions of the edger mechanism.

The thickness of the template 40 is the same as the thickness of the panel to be processed. Therefore, the device can simulate the running state of the edge bonding machine to the maximum extent and guarantee the accuracy of adjustment.

In one embodiment, the template 40 is connected to the slide member 30 by a connector. By removing the connector, the template 40 can be replaced to accommodate different types of edgers that machine different types of panels.

The invention also provides an edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting method, which adopts the edge bonding machine mechanism adjusting device 100 and comprises the following steps:

mounting the edge bonding machine mechanism 50 on the base plate 10;

simulating the height of a plate to be processed by the edge bonding machine to adjust the mounting position of the support frame 20 so as to adjust the height of the template 40;

the position of the functional components on the edge banding mechanism 50 are adjusted based on the position of the template 40.

The edge scraping mechanism 50 includes an upper positioning plate 51, a lower positioning plate 52, and a side positioning plate, and adjusts the lower edge of the upper positioning plate 51 to abut against the upper surface of the die plate 40, the upper edge of the lower positioning plate 52 to abut against the lower surface of the die plate 40, and the side positioning plate to abut against the side of the die plate 40 according to the position of the die plate 40. Therefore, functional components on the edge scraping mechanism 50 can be adjusted in place, and the edge scraping mechanism 50 can be directly installed on the edge sealing machine without adjustment.

The functional component is a positioning component or a sealing edge component, and can also be other components. For example, the edge bonding machine mechanism is an edge scraping mechanism 50, and the functional component is a positioning disc or an edge sealing belt scraper.

In one embodiment, the side positioning plates include a first side positioning plate 54 and a second side positioning plate 55, a lower portion of the first side positioning plate 54 abuts a side portion of the form 40, and an upper portion of the second side positioning plate 55 abuts a side portion of the form 40.

The upper positioning plate 51, the lower positioning plate 52 and the side positioning plates are adjustably connected with the mechanism frame, such as through a cylinder, a rotating shaft and the like, so as to adjust the positions of the positioning plates. Other functional components are also adjustably connected to the corresponding frame.
