Background

The cable is mainly used for electrical connection among large-scale electric equipment and is also the most basic electrical connecting piece; generally, because the length of the cable is limited, two or even a plurality of cables are required to be fixedly connected with each other in a long-distance connection; the existing cable connection modes comprise welding, bolting and connection through a concentrator, and although the connection modes can also meet the existing power utilization requirements, the cable connection positions are loosened due to long-term use of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold, so that poor contact or power loss occurs, and the power utilization safety is difficult to ensure; therefore, in order to solve these problems, we have designed an anti-drop fixing connector for cable installation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anti-falling fixed connecting piece for cable installation, which solves the problems that the existing conventional cable connecting mode is easy to loosen and has poor contact and electric loss.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention relates to an anti-drop fixed connecting piece for cable installation, which comprises an installation box sleeve, a fixed connecting bolt and a connecting guide plate, wherein the installation box sleeve is of a double-groove pipe structure, and two opposite ends of the installation box sleeve are clamped with the fixed connecting bolt; the two fixed connecting bolts are connected through two connecting guide plates, and the connecting guide plates are bolted and fixed with the mounting box sleeve; the fixed connecting bolt comprises a connecting guide rod and a fixing cap, and two opposite end faces of the connecting guide rod are welded with the fixing cap; the openings of the clamping hook plates at the two opposite ends face opposite directions, and the connecting guide rod and the connecting guide plate are both electric conductors; the middle section of the connecting guide rod is provided with a mounting hole; when the cable is connected and installed, the cable can be wound or inserted at the installation hole, and then the two sections of conducting wires connected through the fixed connecting piece are electrically connected with each other by utilizing the contact of the connecting guide plate and the connecting guide rod;

mounting grooves are formed in the two opposite end faces of the mounting box sleeve; a fixed clamping groove is formed in the inner side surface of the mounting groove, a clamping plate is connected to the inner surface of the fixed clamping groove in a shaft coupling mode, and a clamping spring is welded between the clamping plate and the fixed clamping groove; the two clamping plates are mutually contacted; the connecting guide rod is clamped with the mounting groove through the clamping plate, and the two fixing caps are arranged outside the mounting box sleeve; clamping hook plates are adhered to two opposite end faces of the connecting guide plate and are clamped and contacted with the connecting guide rod; the connecting guide rod is clamped with the mounting groove through the clamping plates, and the connecting guide rod can be fastened and clamped by utilizing a structure that the two clamping plates are mutually meshed and contacted, so that the fixed connecting bolt is prevented from falling off; meanwhile, the two clamping hook plates with opposite opening directions of the connecting guide plate limit and fix the two connecting guide rods.

In order to further firmly fix the cable and each internal component, the clamping hook plate is arranged between the fixing cap and the mounting box sleeve, and an insulating bolt is bolted between the connecting guide plate and the mounting box sleeve.

In order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the fixed connecting bolt, a plurality of limiting grooves are formed in the two opposite side surfaces of the installation box sleeve, limiting plates are welded on the two opposite side surfaces of the fixed cap, and the limiting plates are of an L-shaped plate structure; the limiting plate is clamped with the limiting groove in a sliding mode.

A partition plate is adhered to the inner surface of the mounting box sleeve, a fastening pressing block is nested in the mounting box sleeve, and a fastening pressure spring is welded between the fastening pressing block and the partition plate; the fastening pressing block is contacted with the connecting guide rod; the clamping plate can be matched with the fixed connecting bolt to further clamp and fix the fixed connecting bolt through the elastic action of the fastening pressure spring;

in order to further facilitate the installation of each internal component, a plurality of sliding grooves are formed in the inner side surface of the installation box sleeve, and the fastening pressing block is clamped with the sliding grooves in a sliding mode through the sliding blocks.

In order to ensure the safety performance of the integral fixed connecting piece, the mounting box sleeve, the clamping plate, the fixing cap, the fastening pressing block and the partition plate are all insulators, and meanwhile, in actual work, a layer of insulating material needs to be coated outside the integral fixed connecting piece, and the fixed connecting piece comprises structures such as but not limited to an insulating tape, a rubber insulating sleeve and a sealed insulating box.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the cable fixing device, the cable is wound on the connecting guide rod of the fixed connecting bolt through the fixed connecting bolt and the connecting guide plate and then is connected through the connecting guide plate, and on one hand, the fixed connecting bolt is prevented from rotating and loosening by utilizing the limiting clamping relation between the fixing cap and the mounting box sleeve; on the other hand, the two connecting guide rods are clamped and connected by utilizing the clamping hook plates at the two ends of the connecting guide plate, so that the fixed connecting bolts can be prevented from being separated from each other; simultaneously, the clamping plate with the elastic function is arranged at the mounting groove of the mounting box sleeve, so that the position of the fixed connecting bolt can be further limited, and looseness and falling off are prevented.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
