Technical Field

Background

Urine excreted by human bodies is a valuable fertilizer resource. However, the prior water-flushing toilet pan commonly used in the toilet and the toilet all becomes a pollution source!

The urine is collected, fermented for a period of time, directly mixed with water to be used as fertilizer for crops and greening, and collected and processed to be high-quality biological liquid fertilizer and plant nutrient solution. Biological enzyme can also be extracted from urine as raw material for preparing medicine. However, if the sewage is mixed with excrement and other sewage and discharged, the utilization value of the sewage is completely lost, and a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus contained in the sewage can cause pollution and damage to the water environment!

Therefore, by changing the current urine collection mode between the male toilets, the urine in the male toilets is effectively collected for resource utilization, a large amount of biological and organic water-soluble fertilizer can be provided for agriculture, pharmaceutical raw materials which are urgently needed are provided for pharmaceutical factories, and the method has important significance and value for strengthening the ecological environment protection of China, especially the water environment protection.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a device for collecting urine using a urinal, which can collect urine, effectively adsorb bio-enzymes, and utilize resources.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a device for collecting urine by using a urinal comprises the urinal, a connecting pipe and a urine collecting barrel, wherein the urinal, the connecting pipe and the urine collecting barrel are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, and a resin bag is arranged in the urine collecting barrel.

s12, collecting urine in the urine collection barrel, closing the three-way valve pair connecting pipe, discharging residual urine in the urine collection barrel into a urinal closest to the urine dropping pipe, and enabling the urine to enter the collection barrel through the urine dropping pipe;

and S13, cleaning and recovering the urine collection barrel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the device for collecting urine by using the urinal and the use method thereof can use a facility and an operation method for storing the urine in the urine collection barrel after the urine is received by the urinal, placing the resin bag in the urine collection barrel to adsorb the biological enzyme and then collecting and utilizing the residual urine, thereby not only solving the problems of synchronous urine collection of the urinal and biological enzyme adsorption through the resin bag, but also avoiding the problem of cleaning the urine conveying pipeline of each floor every time, and better realizing the collection and resource utilization of the urine.

As shown in figure 1, the invention provides a device for collecting urine by using a urinal, which comprises the urinal 1, a connecting pipe 2 and a urine collecting barrel 4 with a resin bag 5 arranged inside, wherein the urinal 1, the connecting pipe 2 and the urine collecting barrel are communicated in sequence from top to bottom.

In the invention, the urine collection barrel 4 is provided with a urine collection barrel cover 3.

In the invention, the urine collection barrel cover 3 is connected with the connecting pipe 2 in a sliding way.

In the present invention, the urinal 1 is a suspension type flush-free urinal.

Example two

As shown in fig. 2, the device for collecting urine by using a urinal provided by the present invention further comprises a urine dropping pipe 6 communicated with the connecting pipe 2 through a three-way valve 7, wherein one end of the urine dropping pipe 6 away from the three-way valve 7 is communicated with a collecting barrel 8.

In the first and second embodiments, the connecting tube 2, the urine dropping tube 6, the urine collecting barrel 4, the urine collecting barrel cover 3 and the three-way valve 7 are made of stainless steel or polyethylene.

In the first embodiment, the connecting tube 2, the urine collecting barrel 4 and the urine collecting barrel cover 3 are made of stainless steel or polyethylene.

In the above structure provided by the present invention, the functions of the respective components are as follows:

the urinal 1 is a suspension type flushing-free urinal and is used for receiving urine; because the urinal 1 adopts the nano coating to process the inner cavity of the urinal 1, the urine is not easy to adhere to the inner cavity of the urinal 1 when in use, and in addition, the urinal 1 needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected when the urine is collected every day, so the sanitary use of the water-free urinal 1 can be ensured.

And the connecting pipe 2 is used for connecting and communicating the urinal 1 with the urine collecting barrel 4 so that urine enters the urine collecting barrel 4.

A urine collection barrel cover 3 for sealing the urine collection barrel 4; the connecting pipe 2 passes through the urine collection barrel cover 3, and the urine collection barrel cover 3 can slide up and down on the connecting pipe 2 so as to collect and clean urine in the urine collection barrel 4.

And the urine collecting barrel 4 is used for storing urine received by the urinal 1.

The resin bag 5 is used for adsorbing biological enzymes in urine; when in use, the resin bag is put into the urine collecting barrel 4, and the resin bag 5 absorbs the biological enzyme in the soaking process of urine; meanwhile, by observing the state that the resin bag 5 is soaked in the urine collection barrel 4, the real condition of the urine collection amount of each urinal can be easily judged, and the resin bag which does not adsorb or adsorbs too little biological enzyme is prevented from being processed inefficiently in the follow-up process.

A urine dropping pipe 6 for conveying the urine received by each urinal 1 and stored in the urine collecting barrel 4 to the collecting barrel 8.

The three-way valve 7 is used for controlling urine to flow into the urine collecting barrel 4 or the urine dropping pipe 6; the three-way valve 7 only needs to be arranged on the connecting pipe 2 of the urinal 1 closest to the urine dropping pipe 6; when receiving urine, the three-way valve 7 is opened to the urine collecting barrel 4, and the urine enters the urine collecting barrel 4; when the resin bag 5 is collected and then the urine is centrally discharged, the three-way valve 7 is opened to the urine dropping pipe 6, and the urine received by each urinal in the male toilet and stored in the urine collecting barrel can be manually or mechanically discharged into the collecting barrel 8 outside the toilet through the urinal.

And the collecting barrel 8 is used for collecting all urine received by the urinal in the male toilet in the toilet.

The invention also provides a use method of the first embodiment, which comprises the following steps:

s1, collecting the resin bag, sliding the urine collection barrel cover 3 upwards and opening, moving out the urine collection barrel 4, taking out the resin bag from the urine collection barrel, and putting the resin bag into a resin bag collection box;

s11, collecting the resin bag, sliding the urine collection barrel cover 3 upwards and opening, moving out the urine collection barrel 4, taking out the resin bag from the urine collection barrel, and putting the resin bag into a resin bag collection box;

s12, collecting the residual urine in the urine collection barrel 4; residual urine in the urine collecting barrel is discharged into the urinal closest to the urine dropping pipe 6 through manual dumping or a mechanical pump, and the urine enters the collecting barrel 8 through the urine dropping pipe;

the operation method is suitable for toilets in teaching buildings and office buildings on multiple floors or high floors. If the urine is collected in the flat toilet, the operation is not needed, and the residual urine in the urine collection barrel is directly drained into the urine collection barrel through manual pouring or mechanical pumping;

s13, cleaning and recovering the urine collection barrel 4, and cleaning the urinal, the connecting pipe and the urine collection barrel 4. The urinal 1, the connecting pipe 2 and the urinal barrel 4 are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by adopting special cleaning agent;

and recovering the urine collecting barrel. The urine collection barrel 4 is moved back to the position below the urinal 1 and the connecting pipe 2, and the urine collection barrel cover 3 is slid down and the urine collection barrel 4 is tightly covered.

Preferably, the method also comprises S14, collecting bucket urine clearing, wherein the urine enters the collecting bucket 8 installed on the outdoor ground or underground through a urine dropping pipe to be collected, and after the collecting bucket 8 is full, the whole bucket can be replaced and cleared or is discharged into a vehicle-mounted collecting bucket by a mechanical pump to pull the urine away;

processing the resin bag, namely processing the biological enzyme adsorbed by the resin bag 5 into a pharmaceutical raw material;

processing urine, namely processing the urine into a biological liquid fertilizer and a plant nutrient solution for fertilizing various crops.

The second use method is particularly suitable for indoor operation of collecting resin bags and urine in men's toilets in buildings.

The invention replaces and reforms the existing flushing urinal or urinal trough with the flushing-free urinal; a connecting pipe 2 with the diameter of 5 cm is arranged at a urine outlet of the urinal 1; opening a hole in the middle of the urine collection barrel cover 3 according to the size and the diameter of the connecting pipe 2, wherein the hole is 5 cm; after penetrating the urine collection barrel cover 3 through the connecting pipe 2, the urine collection barrel cover is placed in an upward sliding mode; a certain amount of resin bags 5 corresponding to the urine collecting amount of the urinal are placed in a urine collecting barrel 4; placing the urine collection barrel 4 below the connecting pipe 2 to be aligned, sliding the urine collection barrel cover 3 downwards and then tightly covering the urine collection barrel 4; when a person urinates in a male toilet, the urine is received by the urinal 1; urine enters the urine collection barrel 4 through the connecting pipe 2 and then is soaked in the resin bag 5; within 24 hours of the day, the urine collection barrel cover 3 is opened and slides upwards, then the urine collection barrel 4 is moved out, and the resin bag 5 is taken out and then is put into a resin bag collection box; the residual urine is poured manually or pumped by a mechanical pump to the urinal 1 nearest to the urine dropping pipe 6; before pouring or sucking, the three-way valve 7 needs to be confirmed to open the urine dropping pipe 6 and close the connecting pipe 2; urine enters a urine falling pipe 6 through a three-way valve 7 by the urinal 1 and finally enters a collecting barrel 8; the urine in the urine collecting barrel 4 is poured or sucked clean; after each urinal is sequentially operated in this way, the urinal 1, the connecting pipe 2 and the urine collecting barrel 4 are cleaned, each urine collecting barrel 4 is reset and placed below the urinal 1 after being cleaned, the urine collecting barrel cover 4 slides downwards and the urine collecting barrel 4 is tightly covered; the three-way valve 7 is closed to the urine dropping pipe 6 and opened to the connecting pipe 2.

After the urine in the collecting barrel 8 is fully collected, the whole barrel can be hoisted and transported, and the urine can also be pumped and transported by a mechanical pump. So far, the operation of collecting urine by applying the urinal and facilities thereof is completely finished.
