Preferably, the upper side and the lower side of the left side of the support rail 10 are both provided with a limit lug 13, and the limit lugs 13 are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the adjacent support legs 6 by screws; the limit bump 13 limits the support frame 9.

As a preferable scheme, further, two limiting blocks 14 are fixed on the front side and the rear side of the left side of the supporting frame 9 from top to bottom by screws, inserting rods 15 are symmetrically fixed on the left side of the limiting blocks 14 from top to bottom by screws, and the inserting rods 15 penetrate through the limiting lugs 13; the inserting rod 15 is inserted in the limiting convex block 13, so that the supporting frame 9 is stable.

the workpiece to be machined is clamped by the clamping blocks 7-5 on the two sides, and chips generated by drilling fall from the adjusting groove 7-1-1 into the collecting frame 8.

As a preferable scheme, furthermore, the bottom of the vice block 7-1 is provided with a clamping groove 7-1-2, the clamping groove 7-1-2 is communicated with the adjusting groove 7-1-1, and the upper end of the collecting frame 8 is arranged in the clamping groove 7-1-2; the clamping groove 7-1-2 enables the upper end of the collecting frame 8 to be arranged in the vice block 7-1, and therefore debris is prevented from splashing out.

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: when the device is used, according to the requirement of drilling, a corresponding drill bit is arranged in a first drill chuck 12-8, a workpiece is placed on a vice block 7-1 of a rack body 1 and is arranged in a vice mechanism 7, a rocking handle 7-3 is shaken to enable a driving screw 7-2 to rotate, driving blocks 7-4 on the left side and the right side are driven to move relatively, and clamping blocks 7-5 on the two sides clamp the workpiece; the movable support block 5 is driven to enable the horizontal support 12-1 to move to the position right above a workpiece, the positions of the front and rear first drilling supports 12-6 are respectively adjusted by taking the middle first drilling support 12-6 as the center according to different distances between drilled holes, the distance between the three first drilling clamps 12-8 is changed, the adjusting motor 12-4 is started to enable the adjusting screw rod 12-3 to rotate, the adjusting blocks 12-5 on the front and rear sides correspondingly move, after the distances between the three first drilling clamps 12-8 are adjusted, the drill bit in the first drilling clamp 12-8 is driven to rotate through the first drilling motor 12-7, and finally, the driving table 3 is driven to move downwards to enable the drill bit to drill the workpiece; the piece that drilling produced drops in collecting frame 8 from the adjustment tank 7-1-1 in the vice mechanism 7, collect frame 8 and concentrate the collection to the piece, collect frame 8 and support through lifting rod 11, when needs are handled the piece in collecting frame 8, lifting rod 11 drives and collects frame 8 and remove downwards, make and collect frame 8 and arrange the downside of frame body 1 in, the support rail 10 of front and back both sides removes the support frame 9 and supports, conveniently remove the support frame 9 and take out, conveniently operate collecting frame 8.

After adopting above-mentioned structure, this embodiment beneficial effect does:

1. the first drilling support 12-6 at the front side and the rear side is moved and adjusted by taking the first drilling support 12-6 in the middle as a center, so that the distance between the three drill bits is changed, the drilling requirements under different conditions are met, and the drilling efficiency can be improved;

referring to fig. 5-7, the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the horizontal drilling mechanism 12 is replaced by a circumferential drilling mechanism 16, and the circumferential drilling mechanism 16 comprises:

the circumferential support 16-1 is fixed at the bottom of the movable support block 5 by screws, and four guide grooves 16-1-1 are distributed at equal angles on the circumference of the bottom of the circumferential support 16-1;

the circumference motor 16-2, the said circumference motor 16-2 is set up in the circumference support 16-1, and the circumference motor 16-2 utilizes the screw fixation to move the bottom of the supporting block 5, the circumference motor 16-2 is connected with external power supply through the power cord, the circumference motor 16-2 uses the model to buy and install and use directly from the market according to the actual use requirement specifically;

the driving bevel gear 16-3 is fixed on the output shaft at the bottom of the circumferential motor 16-2 by screws, and the driving bevel gear 16-3 is fixed on the output shaft at the bottom of the circumferential motor 16-2 by screws;

four rotary screw rods 16-7 are arranged, and the four rotary screw rods 16-7 are respectively fixed at the outer ends of the support shafts 16-5 by screws;

the four rotary threaded pipes 16-8 are respectively screwed on the corresponding rotary screw rods 16-7 through threads, the rotary threaded pipes 16-8 penetrate through the corresponding guide grooves 16-1-1, the peripheral outer walls of the rotary threaded pipes 16-8 are arranged in a rectangular structure, and the outer sides of the rotary threaded pipes 16-8 are arranged in contact with the guide grooves 16-1-1;

four second drilling supports 16-9, wherein the four second drilling supports 16-9 are respectively fixed at the bottom of the outer side of the rotary threaded pipe 16-8 by screws;

the number of the second drilling motors 16-10 is four, the number of the second drilling motors 16-10 is respectively fixed inside the second drilling support 16-9 through screws, the second drilling motors 16-10 are connected with an external power supply through power lines, and the specific use models of the second drilling motors 16-10 are directly purchased, installed and used from the market according to actual use requirements;

the second drill chucks 16-11 are provided with a plurality of second drill chucks 16-11 which are respectively arranged at the output ends of the corresponding second drilling motors 16-10; the other parts and the connection relation are the same as those of the first embodiment;

according to different drilling requirements, when the holes to be drilled are in a circular structure, the horizontal drilling mechanism 12 is replaced by the circumferential drilling mechanism 16, the drill bits are respectively arranged in the corresponding second drill chucks 16-11, according to the different sizes of the holes to be drilled, the second drilling hole brackets 16-9 on the periphery are driven to move simultaneously, thereby adjusting the position of the drill bit, starting the circumferential motor 16-2 to rotate the driving bevel gear 16-3, and simultaneously drives four driven bevel gears 16-4 to rotate by meshing, so that the support shafts 16-5 on the periphery drive the rotating screw rods 16-7 to rotate, therefore, the threaded pipe 16-8 is driven to rotate through the threads to move, the position of the second drilling support 16-9 is changed, and the second drilling motor 16-10 is started, so that the drill bit can drill downwards.
