6. The paper-faced gypsum board of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the binding starch has a viscosity of from 1000 to 5000 mPa-s;

optionally, the binding starch is a modified corn starch.

The paper-faced gypsum board of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the set retarder is selected from one or more of citric acid, magnesium citrate, magnesium hexametaphosphate, borax, lignosulfonate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, and phosphoric acid and protein-based set retarders;

the protein gypsum retarder is one or two of a bone glue protein retarder and a protein gypsum retarder formed by calcium calcification of degraded polyamide.

8. The gypsum plasterboard of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the emulsion is a styrene-butadiene emulsion; preferably, the emulsion is an 8482 emulsion.

9. The gypsum plasterboard of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the plate type starch has a molecular weight of less than 16000, an alkaline flow of 14 to 20s, a moisture content of < 12 wt.% in the plate type starch, and a pH of 5 to 8.

10. The gypsum plasterboard of claim 9, wherein the board type starch is selected from one or more of pre-gelatinized modified corn starch, pre-gelatinized modified tapioca starch and pre-gelatinized modified potato starch.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to, but is not limited to, building material technology, and particularly relates to, but is not limited to, a gypsum plasterboard and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The paper-surface gypsum board is a board made up by using building gypsum as main raw material, adding proper quantity of additive and fibre as core, using specially-made board paper as protective surface and making them pass through a certain preparation process. The paper-surface gypsum board has the characteristics of light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, strong processability and simple and convenient construction method. The building block has the advantages of light weight, fire resistance, sound insulation, heat preservation, heat insulation, strong processability (capable of being planed, nailed and sawed), convenient construction, good detachability, enlarged use area and the like, thereby being widely used for various industrial buildings and civil buildings, and particularly being used as an inner wall material and a decorative finishing material in high-rise buildings. Such as: the wall-mounted ceiling board is used for non-bearing walls, indoor veneers, suspended ceilings and the like in a cabinet frame structure.

However, the paper-surface gypsum board has poor strength and toughness due to the characteristics of the gypsum raw material, and is difficult to meet all application scenes, so that a new building material product cannot be developed based on the gypsum board. Thus, improving the physical properties of gypsum boards is a hot point of research.

The application provides a gypsum plaster board and preparation and application thereof, in particular to a gypsum plaster board with higher physical properties, the gypsum plaster board has high strength and good toughness, and the gypsum plaster board has simple preparation process and is convenient for large-scale production.

The emulsion is introduced into the paper-surface gypsum board, and the gypsum board obtains higher physical properties through the synergistic effect of the emulsion and other components.

The application provides a thistle board, including board core and mask paper, the raw materials of board core include: gypsum clinker, foaming agent, plate type starch, bonding starch, water reducing agent, retarder, emulsion and glass fiber.

In one embodiment provided herein, the weight ratio of gypsum clinker, foaming agent, board starch, bonding starch, water reducer, retarder, emulsion and glass fiber in the raw materials of the board core is (55 to 60): 0.005 to 0.01): 0.05 to 0.15): 0.3 to 0.4): 0.1 to 0.2): 0.005 to 0.01): 1 to 2): 0.3 to 0.6;

in one embodiment provided herein, the board core raw material further comprises water, and the weight ratio of the gypsum clinker to the water is (55 to 60): (30 to 40).

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application are described in detail below. Example 1

58 parts of gypsum clinker, 0.01 part of foaming agent, 0.09 part of plate type starch, 0.33 part of bonding starch, 0.15 part of water reducing agent, 0.01 part of retarder, 1.46 parts of emulsion and 0.44 part of glass fiber; taking 34 parts by weight of water;

the preparation method of the paper-surface gypsum board comprises the following steps:

the thistle board of this example was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.

Example 4

58 parts of gypsum clinker, 0.01 part of foaming agent, 0.11 part of plate type starch, 0.33 part of bonding starch, 0.15 part of water reducing agent, 0.008 part of retarder, 1.46 parts of emulsion and 0.54 part of glass fiber; taking 34 parts by weight of pulp water;

the thistle board of this example was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.

Example 5

58 parts of gypsum clinker, 0.01 part of foaming agent, 0.10 part of plate type starch, 0.33 part of bonding starch, 0.17 part of water reducing agent, 0.01 part of retarder, 1.53 parts of emulsion and 0.54 part of glass fiber; taking 34 parts by weight of pulp water;

the thistle board of this example was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1, this comparative example differs from example 1 only in that no emulsion is added. The source and amount of other raw materials and the method of making the gypsum plasterboard are the same as in example 1.
