The original box-shaped structure is changed into a solid concave rod between the two connecting rod mounting holes of the auxiliary framework 10, so that the assembling requirements of different basic braking devices can be met, and the self weight of the auxiliary framework can be reduced.

FIG. 7 shows an original sub-frame assembly 10, in which the structure between the connecting rod mounting holes of the U-shaped arm is a box-type casting structure and has no connecting round pin anti-falling mounting seat 15.

Fig. 8 shows a sub-frame assembly 10 of the present invention, wherein the structure of the structural arm 17 between the mounting holes of the connecting rods 11 on the U-shaped arm is a concave solid structure, as shown in fig. 8, the structural arm 17 of the concave solid structure is a solid structural member with a rectangular or other cross-sectional shape, and after mounting, in order to adapt to the mounting of the parts of the foundation brake device 5, the lower surface of the structural arm 17 adopts a concave structure, which not only adapts to the mounting of various foundation brake devices 5, but also meets the requirements of structural strength and can reduce self weight. The structure arm 17 can adapt to a braking device for the parts of the foundation braking device 5 to pass through from a mounting hole of the fish belly of the swing bolster, and the upper part of the mounting hole of the connecting rod 11 is provided with a round pin anti-falling mounting seat 15 of the connecting rod 11.

Fig. 9 shows a conventional swing bolster assembly 4, in which two square holes are formed in the fish belly of the swing bolster, and a side wheel is used for assembling a connecting rod 11 in the radial device 7, so that the structure cannot meet the requirement that parts of a basic braking device pass through the square holes of the fish belly of the swing bolster.

Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a swing bolster assembly 4 of the present invention, which mainly shows the structural types of an assembly hole and a fish belly on the fish belly of the swing bolster, and improves the shape of the assembly hole of a connecting rod 11 in a radial device 7 of an assembly wheel pair by enlarging the assembly hole on a rib plate in an inner cavity of the swing bolster, and the original square hole is changed into a trapezoidal hole, so that the structure can meet the requirement of a brake device that parts of a basic brake device pass through a square hole of the fish belly of the swing bolster, and can also meet the requirement of a brake device that parts of the basic brake device pass through two sides of the fish belly.

Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of the auxiliary frame type radial bogie equipped with a TMX integrated brake device, wherein a brake adjuster and a push rod of the TMX integrated brake device penetrate through the fish belly of the swing bolster 4 and a solid rod in the middle of the auxiliary frame 10, so as to meet the assembly requirement of the TMX integrated brake device.

Fig. 12 and 13 are schematic diagrams of the auxiliary frame type radial bogie assembling push-push type integrated brake device, wherein two push-push type integrated brake devices penetrate through two sides of the fish belly of the swing bolster 4 to meet the assembling of the push-push type integrated brake device.
