2. A hard sail apparatus adapted for use in accelerating a large vessel, according to claim 1, wherein: the hard vertical sail is made of a professional damp-proof canvas material, and the structure of the hard vertical sail is shown in figure 2, and the hard vertical sail comprises a central bone (5), a sail surface (6), side bones (7) and a base (2); a motor (8), a brake (9), a rotating shaft (10), a bearing (11), a reducer (12), a stopper (13) and the like are arranged in the base; the brake is an electromagnetic single-plate brake device, and the active torque force is transmitted to the passive central bone structure (5) through the connector; when the angle adjustment with higher precision is needed, the limiting device on the rotating shaft can automatically bounce off to lock the rotating position and accurately position the angle.

3. A hard sail apparatus adapted for use in accelerating a large vessel, according to claim 1, wherein: the sail consists of a central bone and side bones (7) for providing dispersed tension, and when the central bone rotates due to the direction adjustment, the side bones drive the wing surfaces to rotate in the direction.

4. A hard sail apparatus adapted for use in accelerating a large vessel, according to claim 1, wherein: the vertical sail device needs to be matched with a sea surface wind direction and wind speed measuring and calculating system for use, and is particularly represented as a high-frequency marine radar device, and sea condition parameters are extracted through sea surface echo signals generated by the interaction between emitted high-frequency radio waves and a sea surface wind wave field, so that the sea surface wind direction and the sea surface wind speed are accurately forecasted; the wind speed and wind direction data are output to the data transmission module through the acquisition module, and the data content comprises acquisition time, longitude and latitude, sea surface wind speed, sea surface wind direction, ship navigation state and the like; and the data transmission module transmits data to the ship tower control center through a short wave communication technology.

5. A hard sail apparatus adapted for use in accelerating a large vessel, according to claim 1, wherein: after the sails are arranged in a row sequence, optimal angle adjustment can be simultaneously realized according to the wind direction, and wind direction data acquired by the control center are distributed to the brake control systems of the sails through the information processing system.

Technical Field

The invention discloses a hard vertical sail device suitable for accelerating speed of a large-scale navigation ship, and relates to a novel sail device for optimizing the navigation speed of a ship.

Background

The over-slow speed is always the weak point of the shipping mode, and the cost control is also the necessary means for many shipping logistics enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition. The existing ship energy efficiency management system mainly aims at propelling a ship by diesel oil to improve the overall operation efficiency of the ship, an optimal oil-saving scheme is found, and the operation cost of the ship is further reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a novel small-sized electric sail system for a ship, which is based on various economic, environmental and industrial problems caused by the existing ship speed improvement, and can improve the ship speed and optimize the energy form as much as possible and reduce the fuel cost by utilizing sea surface wind energy resources in the ship sailing process.

The sail system comprises a ship-borne sea state detection device, a data collection and processing system, a sail control system and the like.
