The equipment applied to the field of non-ferrous metal recovery in the market at present generally uses an eddy current separator, and materials to be separated are conveyed to a high-speed magnetic roller end through a conveying belt, and a high-speed changing magnetic field is formed by utilizing a permanent magnet when rotating at a high speed, so that eddy current is generated on the surface of metal when the metal with good conductivity passes through the magnetic field, the magnetic field generated by the eddy current is opposite to the background magnetic field, repulsion force is formed, and the metal is separated from the materials and enters a material separating box. While the remaining tailings fall into the sand outlet (as shown in figure 1).

Preferably, two ends of the rotating shaft of the sweeper (3) are respectively provided with a vertical type bearing (2) with a seat, and the vertical type bearings (2) with the seat are arranged on the transverse plate (13) of the adjusting device (1) on the same side.

Preferably, the sweeper (3) is a sweeping roller, a scraping strip or an adhesive tape.

Preferably, the material of the sweeper (3) is nylon, cellosilk or rubber.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention provides a belt cleaning device for an eddy current separator, which is connected with a cleaner in a belt transmission mode by taking a belt driving motor or a motor of a magnetic roller of the eddy current separator as a power source without adding an additional power device, so that the belt of the eddy current separator can be actively cleaned, the technical defects in the prior art are overcome, the cleanness of the belt is improved, electric energy is saved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Meanwhile, the position of the cleaning roller can be adjusted, so that the replacement period of the cleaning roller is prolonged.

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A belt cleaning apparatus for a vortex separator of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, includes: the cleaner 3, the bearing 2 (can choose UCP series vertical type bearing with seat), the drive unit, the adjusting device 1, the tension device 5; the cleaner 3 cleans the belt by using the power generated by a driving roller motor or a magnetic roller motor of the eddy current separator; the transmission device is used for transmitting the power generated by the driving roller motor or the magnetic roller motor to the cleaner 3.

Since the sweeper 3 can be arranged at any position for sweeping the conveyor belt 4, the installation position of the sweeper 3 is not limited to the position shown in fig. 1, and the sweeper 3 can be arranged at any position of the eddy current separator as long as the sweeper can sweep the conveyor belt 4 of the separator by adjusting the transmission device.

In the invention, the mode of the sweeper 3 can be different, for example, the sweeper can be a sweeping roller, a scraping strip or a rubber strip; the material may be different, for example, nylon, fiber, rubber, etc.

The transmission device adopts a belt transmission mode for transmission, as shown in figure 2, at any end of the sweeper 3, the small belt wheel 6 is installed at the end part of a rotating shaft of the sweeper 3, the large belt wheel 7 is installed on a driving roller shaft, the end part of a roller or a magnetic roller shaft, and the small belt wheel 6 and the large belt wheel 7 are connected together by a belt 8. The cleaner 3 is thereby driven to rotate, and the conveyor belt 4 can be cleaned.

Meanwhile, chain transmission can also be adopted, the specific mode is that the large belt pulley 7 and the small belt pulley 6 are respectively and correspondingly replaced by a large chain pulley and a small chain pulley, and the belt 8 is replaced by a chain.

The invention also provides a tensioning device 5 for the transmission device, which is fixed on the corresponding position of the platform of the vortex sorting machine according to the position of the belt 8 or the chain, and adjusts the tightness of the belt 8 or the chain by adjusting the tensioning wheel 52 back and forth.

As shown in fig. 4, the tensioning device 5 includes a base 51, a tensioning wheel 52, a slide bar 53, a nut 54, and a push rod 55; the base 51 is provided with a strip-shaped counter bore along the width direction, and the middle part of the counter bore is provided with a strip-shaped through hole; the slide bar 53 is embedded in the counter bore, the nut 54 passes through the strip-shaped through hole and is fixed on the slide bar 53, and the slide bar 53 can slide in the strip-shaped counter bore and cannot fall out of the counter bore; one end of the sliding strip 53 is fixedly connected with the tension wheel 52, and the other end is fixedly connected with the ejector rod 55; when the transmission device uses a belt, the tension pulley 52 is a belt pulley, and when a chain is used, the tension pulley 52 is a sprocket. The ejector rod 55 is pushed to drive the slide bar 53 to slide back and forth in the strip-shaped counter bore, so that the tension wheel 52 is driven to move back and forth, and finally the tightness of the belt 8 or the chain can be adjusted.

The invention also arranges a regulating device 1 on each side of the cleaner 3, the end of the rotating shaft of the cleaner 3 is arranged on the regulating device 1, and the height of the cleaner 3 can be adjusted by synchronously regulating the two regulating devices 1, namely the distance between the cleaner 3 and the transmission belt 4 can be regulated. As shown in fig. 3, the adjusting device 1 includes a vertical plate 11, a vertical column 12, a horizontal plate 13, a triangular plate 14, a screw assembly 15, a bolt 16, and a fixing plate 17.

The upright post 12 is fixed on one side of the vertical plate 11, and the vertical plate 11 is fixedly connected on a platform of the turbo separator; the transverse plate 13 is fixedly connected with one side of the upright post 12, and a triangular plate 14 is fixed between the transverse plate 13 and the upright post 12 for improving the strength; a strip-shaped hole is formed in the upright post 12 along the length direction, a screw of the screw assembly 15 penetrates through the strip-shaped hole to be screwed on the upright plate 11, and a nut is clamped on the outer side of the strip-shaped hole; the upper part of one side of the upright post 12, which is connected with the upright plate 11, is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 17, and the fixing plate 17 is provided with a threaded hole; the bolt 16 is screwed into the threaded hole and is propped against the upper end of the vertical plate 11; the bolts 16 are parallel to the strip-shaped holes.

Two ends of the rotating shaft of the cleaner 3 are respectively provided with a vertical type bearing with a seat 2, and the vertical type bearing with a seat 2 is arranged on a transverse plate 13 of the adjusting device 1 and is fastened by screws. When the height of the sweeper 3 is adjusted, the screw assembly 15 is firstly unscrewed, the upright post 12 is loosened, the bolt 16 is rotated, and the bottom of the bolt 16 is abutted against the vertical plate 11, so that the upright post 12 and the transverse plate 13 thereon move upwards or downwards, and the sweeper 3 also moves upwards and downwards.

The sweeper 3 can throw out substances stuck in the brush hair of the sweeper 3 by rotating, prevents the accumulation of the materials to form knot-shaped substances to influence the sweeping effect of a belt or scrape the conveying belt, and simultaneously prolongs the replacement period of the sweeper 3.

The rotation of the sweeper 3 can be realized by a driving roller motor of the eddy current separator through a transmission device without additionally increasing a power source (motor), the electric energy is not additionally consumed, the speed difference generated between the sweeper 3 and the transmission belt 4 is increased, and the cleanliness of the transmission belt 4 is further improved.

After the bristles of the sweeper 3 are worn, the bristles can be adjusted through the adjusting device of the sweeper 3, and the bristles can still be used for sweeping the transmission belt.
