(3) packaging the aromatic yarns: soaking the obtained aromatic yarns into the B finishing liquid, processing for 1-3 times on a sizing machine, dehydrating and drying to obtain B-type aromatic yarns; the finishing liquid B is an aqueous polyurethane solution with the concentration of 10-50 g/L;

(4) finishing the aromatic yarns: performing water repellent finishing on the packaged aromatic yarns, configuring a finishing agent with the mass concentration of 10-50 g/L and a cross-linking agent with the mass concentration of 10-20 g/L to obtain C finishing liquid, and finishing the A-type aromatic yarns and the B-type aromatic yarns in the C finishing liquid respectively, wherein the padding mode is one-dipping-one-rolling (the padding rate is 20-50%), the baking temperature is 120-180 ℃, and the baking time is 1-5 min to obtain D-type aromatic yarns and E-type aromatic yarns;

(4) weaving: the A-type aromatic yarns, the B-type aromatic yarns, the D-type aromatic yarns and the E-type aromatic yarns are combined in different proportions and different modes respectively, and the fabric is woven according to the yarn regions in the attached drawings of the specification to obtain the aromatic knitted fabric with lasting fragrance.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the method has the following beneficial effects:

(1) by adopting the preparation scheme, the obtained knitted fabric has a gradient release effect, an ultra-long fragrance-retaining time and water-washing resistance of more than 30 times, which are incomparable with the single fragrance finishing fabric in the prior art; the fragrant substances in the area E are released slowly after 20 times of water washing, and certain fragrance still exists after the area E is washed for more than 30 times;

(2) the preparation method is simple and low in cost, and the prepared knitted fabric is soft and comfortable, has moisture absorption, air permeability and strong functionality, and increases the added value; the aromatic yarn prepared by the method is convenient for assembly line large-scale operation, the process condition in the production process is easy to control, and the production cost is low; the aromatic functional underpants prepared by the invention can be washed by water for many times, also has good fragrance retaining effect and gradient release, and is worthy of popularization.

Example 1

A preparation method of fragrant hydrophobic functional knitted underwear with lasting fragrance comprises the following steps:

(1) preparation of aromatic yarns: perfuming the pretreated yarn on a sizing machine, adding 20g/L of aromatic microcapsules and 30g/L of low-temperature adhesive into a sizing pool to form A finishing liquid, putting the yarn into the A finishing liquid to enable the aromatic finishing liquid to fully soak the yarn, dehydrating the yarn subjected to aromatic impregnation, and drying at low temperature to obtain an A-type aromatic yarn; the aromatic microcapsule is a conventional commodity, and the low-temperature adhesive is a mixture formed by mixing epoxy condensate with active groups, isocyanate and acrylate copolymer according to different proportions;

(2) packaging the aromatic yarns: soaking the obtained aromatic yarn into the finishing liquid B, processing for 2 times on a sizing machine, dehydrating and drying to obtain B-type aromatic yarn; the finishing liquid B is a water-based polyurethane solution with the concentration of 10 g/L;

(3) finishing the aromatic yarns: performing water repellent finishing on the packaged aromatic yarns, wherein the mass concentration of a finishing agent is 10g/L, the mass concentration of a cross-linking agent is 20g/L, preparing C finishing liquid, and finishing the A-type aromatic yarns and the B-type aromatic yarns in the C finishing liquid respectively, wherein the padding mode is one-dipping-one-rolling (the padding rate is 20%), the baking temperature is 130 ℃, and the baking time is 2min, so that D-type aromatic yarns and E-type aromatic yarns are obtained;

(4) weaving: the A-type aromatic yarns, the B-type aromatic yarns, the D-type aromatic yarns and the E-type aromatic yarns are combined in different proportions and different modes respectively, and the fabric is woven according to the yarn regions in the attached drawings of the specification to obtain the aromatic knitted fabric with lasting fragrance.

Example 2

The difference from the embodiment 1 is that: preparing aromatic yarns in the step (1): perfuming the pretreated yarn on a sizing machine, adding 40g/L of aromatic microcapsule and 40g/L of low-temperature adhesive into a sizing pool to form A finishing liquid, putting the yarn into the A finishing liquid to enable the aromatic finishing liquid to fully soak the yarn, dehydrating the yarn subjected to aromatic impregnation, and drying at low temperature to obtain an A-type aromatic yarn; the aromatic microcapsule is a conventional commodity, and the low-temperature adhesive is a mixture formed by mixing epoxy condensate with active groups, isocyanate and acrylate copolymer according to different proportions;

(2) packaging the aromatic yarns: soaking the obtained aromatic yarn into the B finishing liquid, processing for 3 times on a sizing machine, dehydrating and drying to obtain B-type aromatic yarn; the finishing liquid B is an aqueous polyurethane solution with the concentration of 40 g/L;

(3) finishing the aromatic yarns: performing water repellent finishing on the packaged aromatic yarns, preparing C finishing liquid with the mass concentration of the finishing agent being 40g/L and the mass concentration of the cross-linking agent being 15g/L, finishing the A-type aromatic yarns and the B-type aromatic yarns again in the C finishing liquid respectively, wherein the padding mode is one-dipping-one-rolling (the padding rate is 40%), the baking temperature is 150 ℃, and the baking time is 4min, so as to obtain D-type aromatic yarns and E-type aromatic yarns;

(4) weaving: the A-type aromatic yarns, the B-type aromatic yarns, the D-type aromatic yarns and the E-type aromatic yarns are combined in different proportions and different modes respectively, and the fabric is woven according to the yarn regions in the attached drawings of the specification to obtain the aromatic knitted fabric with lasting fragrance.
