Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of centrifugal pumps, in particular to an anti-blocking centrifugal pump.

Background

Centrifugal pumps operate by causing water to move centrifugally as a result of the rotation of an impeller. Before the water pump is started, the pump shell and the water suction pipe are filled with water, then the motor is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller and the water to rotate at a high speed, the water is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller to be thrown into a water pressure pipeline of the water pump through a flow channel of the volute-shaped pump shell.

When the centrifugal pump is used for carrying the sewage that contains impurity, for avoiding great debris, gravel in the sewage to enter into the pump body inside, need set up the filter screen in centrifugal pump body water inlet department, however when centrifugal pump live time is longer, gravel, debris can block up the filter screen, and then cause the centrifugal pump idle running, and then cause the mechanical seal damage of centrifugal pump, influence the life of centrifugal pump. Based on embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, when the motor 3 drives the impeller shaft 12 to rotate, the lifting screw 27 is driven to rotate by the intermediate shaft 14 and the bottom shaft 15, in this process, when the centrifugal pump is in operation, the lifting screw 27 always rotates, and when the arc-shaped filter screen 24 is not blocked, the lifting screw 27 rotates to increase the load of the motor 3, which causes energy waste, therefore, the mounting cylinders 31 are respectively fixed at the lower end of the filter cylinder 23 and the upper portion of the collecting cover 26, the supporting seat 32 is respectively slidably mounted inside each mounting cylinder 31, the lifting screw 27 is rotatably mounted on the supporting seat 32, the two chucks 33 are arranged at the upper portion of the lifting screw 27, the synchronizing plate 34 is arranged between the two chucks 33, the synchronizing plate 34 is rotatably mounted on the lifting screw 27, the lifting rod 35 is fixed on the synchronizing plate 34, the upper end of the lifting rod 35 penetrates through the collecting cover 26, the upper end of the lifting rod 35 is fixed with the limit plug 36, a compression spring 37 is arranged between the limiting plug 36 and the collecting cover 26.

The inner side wall of the installation cylinder 31 is provided with a guide groove 38 along the axial direction, the supporting seat 32 is provided with an outer convex block 39, and the outer convex block 39 is slidably positioned in the guide groove 38.

When sundries and sand stones in the collecting cover 26 need to be cleaned, the electric push rod 61 extends out to push the closing plate 62 to cover and buckle the upper end of the filter cylinder 23, so that the upper end of the filter cylinder 23 is closed, the sewage discharge bin door 63 at the side part of the collecting cover 26 is opened at the moment, the sundries and the sand stones accumulated in the collecting cover 26 can be discharged, and the external air pressure can be prevented from entering the filter cylinder 23, when the sundries and the sand stones in the filter cylinder 23 are accumulated more, the motor 3 is closed, the sewage discharge bin door 63 at the lower part of the filter cylinder 23 is opened, the lifting screw 27 is rotated in the reverse direction manually, and the lifting screw 27 is used for pushing the sand stones in the filter cylinder 23 to be discharged.
