Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of glass manufacturing, and particularly relates to a glass feeding channel adjusting device.

Background

The glass material supply channel is formed by supporting a steel structure and building refractory materials, an expansion gap is reserved between the outlet of the material distribution channel and the interface of the material supply channel in a cold state, and the size of the gap is related to the length of the material supply channel and the structure of the material distribution channel.

The glass feed channel needs to be subjected to a slow temperature rise process in the using process, the temperature rise process of the glass melting furnace is generally matched, and the temperature of the feed channel is raised from a normal temperature to more than 1200 ℃ in 5-10 days. In the temperature rise process, along with the thermal expansion of the refractory materials, the gap between the outlet of the distribution material channel and the interface of the feed channel is gradually reduced, and before high-temperature molten glass enters, the interfaces must be accurately aligned (including left and right and high and low) and the gap is closed, so that the leakage of the molten glass during flowing is avoided. However, the above process may cause misalignment of the interface and imprecise gap due to time factors, error factors, etc., resulting in leakage of the molten glass.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a glass feeding channel adjusting device which can realize the adjustment of the feeding channel in the vertical, left-right and front-back directions and ensure that the feeding channel is accurately butted with a distribution material channel in the using process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a glass feed channel adjusting device comprises a bottom shell of a feed channel, and a plurality of height adjusting devices, horizontal adjusting devices and supporting beams which are arranged below the bottom shell;

the supporting beam is arranged along the length direction of the bottom shell, and the height adjusting device and the horizontal adjusting device are arranged between the supporting beam and the bottom shell;

the height adjusting device comprises a fixed frame with a C-shaped or rectangular longitudinal section, a bottom plate of the fixed frame is fixed on the supporting beam, a top plate of the fixed frame is penetrated with a vertical first adjusting bolt, and the first adjusting bolt is sleeved with two first adjusting nuts which are respectively positioned on two sides of the top bottom of the top plate of the fixed frame; a sliding plate with an L-shaped longitudinal section is arranged above the fixed frame and comprises a first transverse plate and a first vertical plate which are mutually and vertically connected, the first transverse plate is positioned at the top of the first adjusting bolt, the first vertical plate is provided with a vertical first long hole, a second adjusting bolt is arranged in the first long hole, and the second adjusting bolt is fixedly connected with the side surface of the fixed frame; the top of the first transverse plate is provided with a roller, and the top of the roller is contacted with the bottom surface of the bottom shell;

Detailed Description

The following description is given by way of example only, and not by way of limitation, of the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a glass feeding channel adjusting device, which comprises a bottom casing 1 of a feeding channel, and a plurality of height adjusting devices 2, horizontal adjusting devices 3, and supporting beams 4 disposed below the bottom casing 1.

The supporting beam 4 is disposed along the length direction of the bottom case 1, and the height adjusting device 2 and the horizontal adjusting device 3 are disposed between the supporting beam 4 and the bottom case 1.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the height adjusting device 2 has a supporting and height adjusting function for the whole material supply channel, and includes a fixing frame 21 with a C-shaped or rectangular longitudinal section, a bottom plate of the fixing frame 21 is fixed on the supporting beam 4, a top plate of the fixing frame 21 is provided with a vertical first adjusting bolt 22 in a penetrating manner, and the first adjusting bolt 22 is sleeved with two first adjusting nuts 23 respectively located at two sides of the top and bottom of the top plate of the fixing frame 21. A sliding plate 24 with an L-shaped longitudinal section is arranged above the fixing frame 21, the sliding plate 24 includes a first transverse plate 241 and a first vertical plate 242 which are connected perpendicularly to each other, the first transverse plate 241 is located at the top of the first adjusting bolt 22, the first vertical plate 242 is provided with a first vertical long hole 243, a second adjusting bolt 25 is arranged in the first long hole 243, and the second adjusting bolt 25 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the fixing frame 21. The top of the first horizontal plate 241 is provided with a roller 26, and the top of the roller 26 contacts with the bottom surface of the bottom case 1, so that the feeding channel can slide back and forth in the thermal expansion process. The height of the sliding plate 24, and thus the height of the bottom case 1, can be adjusted by the first adjusting bolt 22 and the first adjusting nut 23. In this embodiment, the number of the height adjusting devices 2 is four, and the height adjusting devices are symmetrically arranged. The two parallel support beams 4 are connected to the first cross plates 241 of the two corresponding height adjusting devices 2 through connecting plates.

As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the horizontal adjusting device 3 includes an upper fixing plate 31 and a lower fixing plate 32 which are oppositely disposed. The upper fixing plate 31 has an L-shaped longitudinal section, and includes a second horizontal plate 311 and a second vertical plate 312, which are vertically connected to each other, and the second horizontal plate 311 is fixedly connected to the bottom case 1. The second riser 312 is provided with a second long hole 313 in the lateral direction. The lower fixing plate 32 has an L-shaped longitudinal cross section, and includes a third transverse plate 321 and a third vertical plate 322 that are perpendicular to each other, and the third transverse plate 321 is fixedly connected to the support beam 4. The third vertical plate 322 is provided with a vertical third long hole 323. A third adjusting bolt 33 is arranged between the second long hole 313 and the third long hole 323, the third adjusting bolt 33 is sleeved with two second adjusting nuts 34 and two third adjusting nuts 35, the two second adjusting nuts 34 are located on the side surface of the second vertical plate 312, and the two third adjusting nuts 35 are located on the side surface of the third vertical plate 322. The horizontal position of the bottom shell 1 can be adjusted by means of the second elongated hole 313, and the height adjustment of the height adjustment device 2 can be adapted by means of the third elongated hole 323. In this embodiment, the two horizontal adjusting devices 3 are symmetrically arranged, and the directions of the second long holes 313 of the two horizontal adjusting devices 3 are perpendicular to each other, so that the bottom case 1 can move back and forth and left and right. Additionally, stiffening ribs 36 are provided between the second transverse plate 311 and the second vertical plate 312, and between the third transverse plate 321 and the third vertical plate 322.

The bottom of the bottom shell is provided with a first horizontal lead screw and a second horizontal lead screw which are perpendicular to each other, so that the bottom shell can be operated conveniently to move left and right. Specifically, the bottom of the bottom shell is provided with a first sliding block capable of sliding along the length direction of the bottom shell and a second sliding block capable of sliding along the width direction of the bottom shell. The first lead screw penetrates through the first sliding block along the width direction of the bottom shell, and the tail end of the first lead screw is connected to a first support on the side face of the bottom shell. The second lead screw penetrates through the second sliding block along the length direction of the bottom shell, and the tail end of the second lead screw is connected to a second support on the side face of the bottom shell.

According to the glass feed channel adjusting device, the plurality of groups of height adjusting devices and horizontal adjusting devices are arranged at the lower part of the feed channel bottom shell, so that the height and the horizontal position of the feed channel can be adjusted, and the free sliding of the thermal expansion of the feed channel is guaranteed; two groups of screw rods are arranged at the lower part of the bottom shell of the feeding channel, so that the front, back, left and right movement of the feeding channel can be adjusted.

The glass feed channel adjusting device has the main advantages that: 1. the roller at the top of the sliding plate can enable the feeding channel with the weight of tens of tons to slide back and forth in the thermal expansion process; 2. the multiple groups of height adjusting devices are combined for use, so that the horizontal position and the height of the feeding channel can be conveniently adjusted, and the requirements of the flow of glass liquid in the material channel and the liquid level height are met; 3. the horizontal adjusting device is respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the feeding channel, and the feeding channel can be pulled towards the direction of the distribution channel after thermal expansion is finished, so that the reserved expansion gap is completely closed tightly, and glass liquid does not leak. The upper and lower fixing plates are provided with horizontal and vertical long holes, and if the contact surfaces of the feeding channel and the distributing channel are not parallel, the feeding channel and the distributing channel can be corrected by using left and right adjusting bolts.
