the fixing rod 4 is of a hollow structure, a sliding block 9 is arranged inside the fixing rod 4 in a sliding mode, the upper side of the sliding block 9 is fixedly connected with the inside of the fixing rod 4 through a first spring 10, strip-shaped openings are formed in the left side and the right side of the fixing rod 4, and the end portions of the two L-shaped connecting rods 6 respectively extend to the inside of the fixing rod 4 and are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the sliding block 9.

The steps for refining the industrial naphthalene are as follows:

b1: preparing a raw material a solution, putting the raw material a into the sample tank 8, adding a reagent into the sample tank 8, and stirring the raw material a and the reagent in the sample tank 8 by a stirring mechanism;

b2: the detection process comprises the steps that the cylinder 3 is opened to work, the cylinder 3 extends out to drive the detection probe 5 on the fixing rod 4 to move downwards and extend into the sample tank 8, meanwhile, the cover plate 7 can also be in contact with the opening of the sample tank 8 and seal the opening of the sample tank 8, the detection probe 5 can continuously move downwards and extend into the sample tank 8 to detect the naphthalene content at the moment, then, external detection equipment records the naphthalene content, in the moving process, the sliding block 9 in the fixing rod 4 can extrude the first spring 10, so that the cover plate 7 can be in contact with the opening of the sample tank 8 and seal the opening of the sample tank 8 all the time, and the phenomenon that a solution of the raw material splashes in the detection process is avoided;

c: and finally, carrying out flash evaporation treatment on the raw material a meeting the design requirement through a naphthalene distillation tower.

the fixing rod 4 is of a hollow structure, a sliding block 9 is arranged inside the fixing rod 4 in a sliding mode, the upper side of the sliding block 9 is fixedly connected with the inside of the fixing rod 4 through a first spring 10, strip-shaped openings are formed in the left side and the right side of the fixing rod 4, and the end portions of the two L-shaped connecting rods 6 respectively extend to the inside of the fixing rod 4 and are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the sliding block 9.

The stirring mechanism comprises a second motor 21, a second stirring shaft 22 and a second stirring blade 23, the second motor 21 is fixedly installed on the left side of the upper surface of the cover plate 7, the second stirring shaft 22 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the second motor 21, and the second stirring blade 23 is fixedly installed on the shaft wall of the second stirring shaft 22, so that the second stirring shaft 22 and the second stirring blade 23 can be arranged on the cover plate 7, and the second stirring shaft 22 and the second stirring blade 23 can be lifted and cleaned conveniently.

The detection probe 5 is electrically connected with external detection equipment.

Referring to fig. 8, the method for refining industrial naphthalene from coal tar comprises an online detection device, wherein the online detection device comprises a base 1, an L-shaped support plate 2 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 1, an air cylinder 3 is fixedly arranged at the top of the L-shaped support plate 2, a fixed rod 4 is fixedly arranged at the tail end of a piston rod of the air cylinder 3, a detection probe 5 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the fixed rod 4, two L-shaped connecting rods 6 are slidably arranged on the rod wall of the fixed rod 4, a cover plate 7 is fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the two L-shaped connecting rods 6, an insertion hole for the detection probe 5 to penetrate through is formed in the upper surface of the cover plate 7, a sample tank 8 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 1 and below the detection probe 5, and a stirring mechanism is arranged inside the sample tank 8;

the fixing rod 4 is of a hollow structure, a sliding block 9 is arranged inside the fixing rod 4 in a sliding mode, the upper side of the sliding block 9 is fixedly connected with the inside of the fixing rod 4 through a first spring 10, strip-shaped openings are formed in the left side and the right side of the fixing rod 4, and the end portions of the two L-shaped connecting rods 6 respectively extend to the inside of the fixing rod 4 and are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the sliding block 9.

c: and finally, carrying out flash evaporation treatment on the raw material a meeting the design requirement through a naphthalene distillation tower.

The stirring mechanism further comprises a third motor 24, a third stirring shaft 25 and a third stirring blade 26, the third motor 24 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the cover plate 7, the third stirring shaft 25 is bilaterally symmetrical and is rotatably arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate 7, the third stirring blade 26 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the third stirring shaft 25, a belt pulley 27 is fixedly arranged on the shaft wall of each of the two third stirring shafts 25, the two belt pulleys 27 are in transmission connection through a belt 28, the mixing uniformity of the coal tar solution is improved, and the third stirring shaft 25 and the third stirring blade 26 are conveniently lifted and cleaned.

The detection probe 5 is electrically connected with external detection equipment.
