Currently, tobacco plays a great role in treating diseases, but the tobacco used for treatment needs to be specially developed, for example, when the tobacco rod making machine is used for making the tobacco rods, the tobacco rods with over-long made rods are all cut into proper sizes by the cutting device on the tobacco rod making machine, however, most of the existing cutting devices for the tobacco rod making machine have single functions and can only cut one group of tobacco rods with good made rods, so that the working time of workers is greatly increased and the working efficiency is reduced when more tobacco rods with good made rods are cut, meanwhile, most of the prior fixing mechanisms used on the cutting device of the strip making machine are complex and inconvenient to overhaul, when a fixing mechanism for a cutting device of a rod making machine is damaged, the quality of tobacco which is cut out by the cutting device of the rod making machine and is made into rods is greatly reduced, and the later use is influenced.

We have therefore proposed a tobacco processing rod maker cutting device and method of use thereof in order to address the problems set out above.

s2, when the cut tobacco is conveyed to a position where cutting can be performed, the electric telescopic rod is started to drive the pressing plate to move, and then the conveyed cut tobacco is fixed through the pressing plate;

s3, when the stripped tobacco is fixed, starting the first motor at the same time, wherein the first motor drives the slicing piece to rotate through the matching of the T-shaped cylindrical block and the fixing nut;

As shown in fig. 1, 3-5, 7 and 8, a rectangular hole 28 is formed at the top of the working platform 1 close to the edge, two L-shaped blocks 29 are respectively installed at the bottom of the working platform 1 close to the edges of two sides, the two L-shaped blocks 29 are one side, the length sizes of the two L-shaped blocks 29 are different, a baffle 38 is fixedly installed between the same sides of each group of L-shaped blocks 29, a filter screen 30 is fixedly installed between the opposite sides of the two baffles 38, second connecting blocks 31 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the working platform 1 close to the edges of two sides, the opposite sides of the two second connecting blocks 31 are rotatably connected with first cylindrical blocks 32 through second bearings, a concave block 33 is fixedly installed between the opposite sides of the two first cylindrical blocks 32, third connecting blocks 34 are fixedly installed at the same sides of the two second connecting blocks 31, and a bolt rod 35 is threaded through the opposite sides of the two third connecting blocks 34, opposite ends of the two bolt rods 35 are respectively embedded on two sides of the concave block 33 in a threaded manner, a first through hole 36 is formed in the other side of the inner wall of the concave block 33, and a T-shaped plug 37 is sleeved in the first through hole 36 in an interactive manner.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: after a plurality of groups of stripped tobaccos are cut by the cutting piece 12, a plurality of strips of cut tobaccos with the same quality can directly fall onto the filter screen 30 from the rectangular hole 28, at the moment, under the action of the filter screen 30, tobacco powder and the tobaccos with the same quality can be screened and separated, the screened strips of tobaccos with the same quality can be directly guided into a collecting box placed by an external worker, the tobacco powder filtered by the filter screen 30 can directly fall into the concave block 33, when too much tobacco powder is collected in the concave block 33 and needs to be cleaned, the bolt rod 35 is firstly unscrewed, the bolt rod 35 is directly taken down from the third connecting block 34, meanwhile, the T-shaped plug 37 is also directly taken out from the inside of the first through hole 36, and then the T-shaped plug is matched with the first cylindrical block 32, the second through hole 36 and the second connecting block 31, the concave block 33 is rotated, and finally, the tobacco powder directly flows out from the through hole of the first through hole 36, so that the tobacco powder is cleaned.

A method of using a cutting device of a tobacco processing rod making machine, comprising the steps of:

step one, one end of the prepared tobacco is placed on a roller 19, then a second motor 23 drives one roller 19 to rotate and a conveyor belt 22 to cooperate, and the prepared tobacco is conveyed in groups through a second flow guide block 27;

step two, when the tobacco strips are conveyed to a position where the tobacco strips can be cut, the electric telescopic rod 15 is started to drive the pressing plate 16 to move, and then the conveyed tobacco strips are fixed through the pressing plate 16;

step three, when the well-made tobacco is well fixed, simultaneously starting the first motor 10, and driving the slicing piece 12 to rotate by the first motor 10 through the matching of the T-shaped cylindrical block 11 and the fixing nut 13;

step four, simultaneously starting the two hydraulic rods 6, driving the slices 12 to move by the two hydraulic rods 6 through the first U-shaped block 8 and the connecting plate 9, and cutting the tobacco strips;

step five, the cut tobacco strips fall onto a filter screen 30 from the rectangular holes 28;

step six, then the filter 30 will separate the tobacco powder from the tobacco rod;

seventhly, the separated tobacco powder directly falls into the concave block 33, and the tobacco rod is directly guided into an external collection box;

step eight, when the concave block 33 is fully collected, directly taking down the bolt rod 35, and then driving the concave block 33 to rotate through the first cylindrical block 32, the second connecting block 31 and the second bearing, and pouring out the tobacco powder.

The first motor 10, the second motor 23, the electric telescopic rod 15 and the hydraulic rod 6 are all in the prior art, and will not be explained in detail here.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
