slag holes 24 have all been seted up to the left and right sides of diapire in the intercommunication groove 17, and row's cinder hole 25 has been seted up to the inner diapire of cartridge filter 14, and the impurity that shakes off on the arc filter screen 21 can discharge plunger 16 through slag holes 24, then discharges to the external world through row's cinder hole 25.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:

high-temperature automobile exhaust discharged by an automobile is introduced through a connecting pipe 2 and sprayed on a stop block 3 and a heat conducting block 4, wherein the heat conducting block 4 can absorb heat and heat a resistance wire 6 through a heat conducting rod 5, and the introduced automobile exhaust flows leftwards from the upper side and the lower side of the stop block 3 and enters a combustion chamber;

the automobile exhaust is subjected to heat transfer between the heat conducting block 4, the heat conducting rod 5 and the resistance wire 6, so that the temperature of the resistance wire 6 is gradually increased, when the temperature of the resistance wire 6 reaches the ignition point of the automobile exhaust, the automobile exhaust in a combustion chamber can be ignited, the automobile exhaust is subjected to secondary combustion, harmful substances in the automobile exhaust are effectively eliminated, and an excellent purification treatment effect is achieved;

the oxygen content in the automobile exhaust is low, so that the hydrocarbon and the hydrocarbon are difficult to be fully combusted, at the moment, new air can be supplemented through the air pump 9, the air pump 9 can exhaust air through the air supply pipe 10, the distribution pipe 11 and the nozzle 12, and the exhausted air is mixed with the automobile exhaust, so that the oxygen content in the automobile exhaust can be increased, and the automobile exhaust can be fully combusted secondarily;

because the distribution pipe 11 is spirally coiled and the nozzles 12 are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the distribution pipe 11, the distribution pipe 11 can supplement air in a multi-point dispersion manner, so that the tail gas and the air are mixed more uniformly and sufficiently;

the arrangement of the splitter cone 13 can change the direction of the mixed gas of the tail gas and the air when the mixed gas flows, so that the mixing uniformity can be further improved;

the automobile exhaust after secondary combustion is discharged through the air outlet pipe 8, enters the filter cylinder 14, is discharged to the outside from the exhaust pipe 15 after passing through the communicating groove 17 of the plunger 16, and the arc-shaped filter screen 21 and the filter element 23 in the communicating groove 17 can filter the automobile exhaust again to further remove harmful substances in the automobile exhaust;

automobile exhaust in the combustion chamber can increase in volume during secondary combustion, the automobile exhaust with the increased volume can push the plunger 16 to move downwards in the filter cartridge 14 and compress the spring 20, because the bottom end of the arc-shaped filter screen 21 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the guide rod 18, and the top end of the arc-shaped filter screen is fixedly arranged on the inner top wall of the communicating groove 17, the plunger 16 can push the arc-shaped filter screen 21 when moving downwards, so that the arc-shaped filter screen 21 is bent, the bent arc-shaped filter screen 21 can also effectively filter the automobile exhaust, and impurities adhered to the arc-shaped filter screen 21 can be fallen off in the change of the circulating form from the original form to the bent form, thereby achieving the effect of automatically cleaning the arc-shaped filter screen 21;

moreover, when two arc filter screens 21 all inwards buckle, two arc filter screens 21 still can extrude centre gripping net 22 simultaneously, and centre gripping net 22 is extruded and makes filter core 23 in it produce and roll and remove to change filter core 23's position, avoid producing filter core 23 and adsorb the saturated condition to automobile exhaust with a face always, very big extension filter core 23's life.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
