Although the existing electric locomotive body piping proposed above adopts a modular installation mode, the installation mode has the problem of no sealing, and at the position where the body piping and the cable pass through the floor beam, a large gap is formed between the floor beam and the floor, dust can enter the lower part of the floor through the gap after the locomotive is used, and the surfaces of the pipeline and the cable can be stained with dust and oil stains, so that the technical problems that a large amount of manpower is required to be invested for disassembly, cleaning and detection during locomotive maintenance are solved, and a sealing structure and a sealing method of the electric locomotive body piping are provided. The invention mainly prevents dust from entering the locomotive during operation by installing the piping in the sealing structure, can be simply cleaned during locomotive maintenance without disassembling and complex cleaning, can be cleaned and checked without getting off the locomotive, and saves manpower and material resources.

The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:

a sealing structure of an electric locomotive body pipe adopts a sealing type wire groove structure enclosed by aluminum alloy sections, and is sealed by a floor support arranged at the top of the sealing type wire groove structure and end plates arranged at two sides of the sealing type wire groove structure; the wire casing structure comprises a body and a plurality of wire casings, wherein the wire casings are sequentially and mutually connected in a sealing manner, an accommodating cavity is arranged in each wire casing, a first support and a second support are arranged at the bottom end in the accommodating cavity, two partition plates which are vertically spaced are arranged in the accommodating cavity through bolts, and pipe clamps for installing pipelines are respectively arranged on the first support, the second support and the partition plates;

the wire casing structure is arranged on the underframe, the underframe body is in a U-shaped structure, gaps are arranged between the two inner sides of the underframe and the two outer sides of the wire casing structure, U-shaped side wire casings with upward openings are arranged in the gaps on the two sides, and the inner sides of the two side wire casings are respectively welded and connected with the outer walls of the two sides of the wire casing structure;

The invention also provides a sealing method of the sealing structure of the electric locomotive body piping, which comprises the following steps:

firstly fixing a first support and a second support on each wire casing through screws, then installing a partition plate and a connecting plate on each wire casing through bolts, then sequentially connecting each wire casing through a flange by using the bolts, fixing a pipe clamp, installing a dustproof sealing ring on the wire casing, then installing a pipeline and fixing the pipeline on the pipe clamp, then installing end plates on two sides, sleeving the dustproof sealing ring at the round hole of the pipeline inlet and outlet end plate, installing a side wire casing, and finally installing a floor support. And after the assembly is finished, the vehicle can be hoisted.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. according to the sealing structure and the sealing method for the electric locomotive body piping provided by the invention, the piping is arranged in the sealing structure, so that dust is prevented from entering the electric locomotive during operation, the electric locomotive can be simply cleaned during maintenance, disassembly and complex cleaning are not needed, cleaning and inspection can be carried out without getting off the electric locomotive, and manpower and material resources are saved.

2. The sealing structure and the sealing method for the electric locomotive body pipe reduce the number of assembly tools, the workload of daily maintenance and the workload of detection and overhaul during high-grade repair of the locomotive.

3. According to the sealing structure and the sealing method for the electric locomotive body pipe, the precision of pipeline assembly can be improved, and the technical level of manufacturing and assembly can be improved.

In conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention can solve the problems that although the existing electric locomotive body piping adopts a modularized installation mode, the installation mode has the problem of no sealing, large gaps exist between the floor beam and the floor at the positions where the body piping and the cables penetrate through the floor beam, dust can enter the lower part of the floor through the gaps after the locomotive is used, and the surfaces of the pipelines and the cables are polluted by dust and oil stain, so that a large amount of manpower is required to disassemble, clean and detect during locomotive maintenance.

Under the condition of not changing the structure and the position of the pipeline, the pipeline installation adopts a linear groove type sealing structure, the structure adopts the dustproof sealing ring 2 for sealing, and the connecting plate 16 is arranged for installing the floor support 8.
