Background

Tannin is a polyphenol natural plant extract widely existing in various plants, has no residue, is a feed additive approved by Ministry of agriculture in China, and has strong biological properties and pharmacological activity. The structure and activity are divided into two types: hydrolyzed tannic acid and condensed tannic acid, wherein the hydrolyzed tannic acid has been widely used as a feed additive, and its hydrolysis products gallic acid and glucose have an effect of improving growth performance and intestinal health of animals.

Most common preparations supplied in the current market are powder, are easy to absorb moisture and oxidize, and are bitter and astringent, so that the common preparations are often refused by the poultry and livestock to eat, which causes great inconvenience for use, poor product flowability and inconvenience for further uniform premixing.

The invention provides a tannin coating premixed preparation for livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof, wherein the tannin is one of feed additives approved to be used by the Ministry of agriculture in China, and the polyphenol hydroxyl structure of the tannin determines that the tannin has good functions of astringency, diarrhea resistance, bacteriostasis, oxidation resistance, virus resistance, parasite resistance and the like; in the invention, proper high molecular material is firstly used for preparing primary coating slurry, tannin is primarily coated by adopting a unique bottom boiling guniting coating process to prepare particles, then enteric coating material is prepared into secondary coating slurry, and the formed primary coating particles are further coated by adopting a boiling guniting coating process, so that the bitter taste of the particles is covered, the prepared product has uniform content, good stability and uniform particles, good fluidity and is convenient for premixing and dispersing feed.

7000g of tannic acid, 100g of ethyl cellulose, 400g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose titanate, 2500g of fat powder and 900g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

s1, adding ethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose titanate into 150g of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring (stirring speed is 40 revolutions per minute) to dissolve for 50 minutes, and preparing first spraying slurry;

s2, adding the fat powder into 750g of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring (stirring speed is 40 revolutions per minute) to dissolve for 50 minutes, and preparing second spraying liquid;

7000g of tannic acid, 200g of cellulose acetate, 300g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose titanate, 2200g of fat powder, 300g of polyacrylic resin II and 900g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

s1, adding cellulose acetate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose titanate into 150g of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring (stirring speed is 40 revolutions per minute) to dissolve for 60 minutes, and preparing first slurry spraying liquid;

s2, adding the fat powder and the polyacrylic resin II into 750g of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring (stirring speed is 40 revolutions per minute) to dissolve for 60 minutes, and preparing second spraying liquid;

Comparative example 1

Tannic acid which was not subjected to coating treatment was used as the uncoated group.

The properties of the non-coated tannic acid and the tannic acid (coated) premixed preparation for livestock and poultry prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 were checked by performing a stability acceleration test control.

The specific process is as follows: a sample of the premixed formulation coated with tannic acid for livestock and poultry prepared in examples 1 to 3, which was not coated with the feed additive, was subjected to a simulated commercial package, and was placed in a drug stability test chamber at a temperature of 40 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 75% ± 5% for 6 months, and the properties (appearance and fluidity, fluidity is expressed by angle of repose) were observed at the end of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, and 6 months, respectively, with the results shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1: comparative example 1 the uncoated feed additive was poor in fluidity at 0 month, and the appearance and fluidity changed greatly at the end of one month in the accelerated test, while the tannic acid coated premixed preparation of the present invention still met the product quality requirements in appearance and fluidity after 6 months in the accelerated test, indicating good stability, and convenient for storage and use; good fluidity, and is convenient for downstream feed enterprises and users to disperse and premix.
