In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:

one aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a trim panel clamping assembly. The decorative plate clamping assembly comprises an installation keel and a clamping piece. The installation fossil fragments include first connecting plate and mounting panel. The first connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface. The mounting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and is connected with the first connecting plate into an integral structure. The mounting panel is used for with first decorative board fixed connection. The joint spare joint is on first connecting plate to be used for with second decorative board fixed connection, with concatenation first decorative board and second decorative board.

Therefore, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate which are spliced together are required to be installed on the wall surface through the mutually matched decorative plate clamping components. This kind of mode of installation decorative board can be close to the back of wall with installation fossil fragments and joint spare fixed connection on the decorative board, need not set up the recess on the side of decorative board perpendicular to wall, so reduced the processing degree of difficulty of decorative board. In addition, the decorative plate is made of a material with high strength so as to ensure the structural strength of the groove wall, so that the requirement of the decorative plate on the material is reduced, and the cost of the decorative plate is also reduced.

Optionally, the mounting keel further comprises a clamping cantilever. The stiff end of joint cantilever is connected with first connecting plate, and the free end of joint cantilever is towards keeping away from the one side perk of first connecting plate. And one part of the clamping piece is clamped between the clamping cantilever and the first connecting plate. Thus, a clamping space for clamping the clamping piece is formed between the clamping cantilever and the first connecting plate. When the joint spare and the cooperation of installation fossil fragments, only need with the joint spare insert in this joint space can, very convenient.

Optionally, the clamping member includes a second connecting plate and a clamping plate. The second connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate. The clamping and connecting plate is perpendicular to the second connecting plate and is connected with the second connecting plate into an integral structure. The free end of joint cantilever has the trip, and the trip is protruding towards the direction of first connecting plate to with the joint board butt, the side and the first connecting plate butt that the trip was kept away from to the joint board. So, trip and first connecting plate can be with the clamping plate centre gripping of joint spare tighter for joint spare is more firm after installing with the installation fossil fragments.

Optionally, the joint spare still includes the hunch-up structure, and the structure as an organic whole is connected with the joint board to the hunch-up structure, and sets up in the one side that the first connecting plate was kept away from to the joint board, and the hunch-up structure stretches into between joint cantilever and the first connecting plate. The clamping cantilever is arched back to the first connecting plate corresponding to the arch structure to form a clamping groove, the clamping groove is in clamping fit with the arch structure, and the clamping hook is located between the arch structure and the second connecting plate. Therefore, after the clamping piece is clamped on the installation keel, the arched structure on the clamping plate is clamped into the clamping groove, so that the clamping piece and the installation keel can be locked relatively, and the stability of the clamping piece when the clamping piece is installed on the installation keel is further improved.

Optionally, a stamping hole is formed in the first connecting plate, and the fixed end of the clamping cantilever is connected with the edge of the stamping hole and is of an integrated structure with the first connecting plate. So, the joint cantilever can be by behind a punching press hole of punching press on first connecting plate, and the first connecting plate of part that corresponds the punching press hole forms, and the joint cantilever forms by the partly of first connecting plate in other words, need not consume the material preparation joint cantilever specially again, has reduced the consumptive material that this decorative board clamped the subassembly.

Optionally, a clamping fixing hole is formed in the fixing end of the clamping cantilever and used for penetrating through the clamping connecting piece, and the clamping connecting piece is fixedly connected with the clamping cantilever and the first connecting plate. So, the joint cantilever is made alone, then through joint connecting piece fixed mounting on first connecting plate. Compare in installation fossil fragments, the size of joint cantilever is less, and the degree of difficulty of processing preparation is lower, can reduce the cost of manufacture of this decoration integrated circuit board dress subassembly.

Optionally, under the condition that the clamping piece is clamped on the mounting keel, the side surface of the mounting plate, back to the first connecting plate, is coplanar with the side surface of the second connecting plate, back to the clamping plate. Thus, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate can be coplanar after being spliced.

Optionally, a first decorative plate fixing hole is formed in the mounting plate and used for penetrating through a first decorative plate connecting piece, and the first decorative plate connecting piece is fixedly connected with the mounting plate and the first decorative plate. The mode of fixing the mounting keel on the first decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.

In order to realize the splicing and installation of any pair of first decorative plates and second decorative plates spliced together. As shown in fig. 1, the decoration board assembly 1 further includes a decoration board assembly 14 corresponding to any pair of the first decoration board and the second decoration board which are spliced together, and the decoration board assembly 14 is used for splicing the first decoration board and the second decoration board together and fixing the first decoration board and the second decoration board on the wall surface 2.

Specifically, the decorative board clamping assembly 14 corresponding to the first spliced decorative board 11 and the second spliced decorative board 12 which are spliced together is a first decorative board clamping assembly, and the decorative board clamping assembly 14 corresponding to the second spliced decorative board 12 and the third spliced decorative board 13 which are spliced together is a second decorative board clamping assembly.

The structure of the decorative board mounting assembly 14 will be explained below. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the trim panel mounting assembly 14 includes a mounting keel 141 and a snap-fit member 142. Wherein the mounting keel 141 includes a first connection plate 1411 and a mounting plate 1412. The first connecting plate 1411 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface 2. The mounting plate 1412 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1411, and the mounting plate 1412 is connected with the first connection plate 1411 as an integral structure.

The mounting keel 141 is elongated as a whole, and the length of the mounting keel 141 extends in the vertical direction (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 2). The mounting keel 141 has an L-shaped cross-section taken by a plane perpendicular to the length direction thereof. The mounting plate 1412 is used for fixedly connecting with the first decorative plate. The clamping piece 142 is clamped on the first connecting plate 1411 and is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate to splice the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate. Two clamping pieces 142 are correspondingly configured on one installation keel 141, and the two clamping pieces 142 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the installation keel 141.

After the first connecting plate 1411 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2, the first connecting plate 1411 is perpendicular to the wall surface 2, and the mounting plate 1412 is parallel to the wall surface 2. Wherein the wall surface 2 extends in the X-direction and the Y-direction.

The above description is given by taking an example in which two engaging members 142 are disposed on one mounting keel 141. The present application is not limited to the configuration of several clips 142 on one mounting keel 141. In other embodiments, one, three, four or more clamping members 142 may be disposed on one mounting keel 141, and all the clamping members can be used as long as the stability of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate after mounting is ensured to meet the requirement.

In addition, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate that are spliced together are arranged in the X direction, and the length of the corresponding mounting keel 141 extends in the Y direction. In other embodiments, the first and second trim panels that are joined together may also be arranged in the Y-direction, with the length of the corresponding mounting runner 141 extending in the X-direction (as shown in fig. 3).

It should be noted that the cross section of the mounting keel 141 taken perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof is L-shaped. However, the shape of the cross section of the mounting keel 141 taken perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof is not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, the mounting keel 141 may also be T-shaped in cross-section taken perpendicular to its lengthwise plane, as shown in fig. 4. Specifically, the first connecting plate 1411 is connected to a middle region of the mounting plate 1412, and the same may be used. In a word, after the first connecting plate 1411 is fixedly connected with the wall surface 2, the mounting plate 1412 is far away from the wall surface 2, so that the first decorative plate is conveniently and fixedly connected.

In addition, to the material of installation fossil fragments 141 and joint piece 142, this application does not do the restriction, can choose for use metal material, plastics or wood-plastic material, all can use.

Based on this, when the decorative plate assembly 1 is installed, the installation keel 141 is first fixedly installed on the back surface of the first decorative plate facing the wall surface 2 (the surface facing the wall surface 2 is defined as the back surface, the surface facing away from the wall surface 2 is defined as the front surface, and the rest surfaces are defined as the side surfaces), and the clip member 142 is fixedly installed on the back surface of the second decorative plate facing the wall surface 2. Then be close to wall 2 with first decorative board and be fixed in on wall 2 with the installation fossil fragments 141 that correspond to realize that first decorative board installs on wall 2. Next, be close to wall 2 with the second decorative board to make joint 142 joint on the installation fossil fragments 141 on first decorative board, thereby realize that the second decorative board is installed on wall 2, realize the concatenation of first decorative board and second decorative board simultaneously.

The decorative plate assembly 1 is installed in the above mode, and installation of the decorative plate can be completed without arranging a groove on the side face of the decorative plate. The processing difficulty of the decorative plate is reduced, and the decorative plate is made of a material with higher strength without needing to select the material with higher strength for ensuring the strength of the groove wall of the groove, so that the manufacturing cost of the decorative plate can be reduced.

It should be noted that, when the decoration plate assembly 1 can be understood as including a plurality of pairs of first decoration plates and second decoration plates, corresponding installation keels 141 may be installed on all the first decoration plates, corresponding clamping pieces 142 are installed on all the second decoration plates, and then the first decoration plates and the second decoration plates are installed close to the wall surface 2, which may also be used.

It should be noted that, for the decorative boards (such as the first splicing decorative board 11 and the third splicing decorative board 13 in fig. 1) located at the edges in the decorative board assembly 1, except that the decorative board close to the middle (such as the second splicing decorative board 12 in fig. 1) is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2 through the decorative board clamping assembly 14, at one end of the decorative board far from the middle, the decorative board can be fixed to the wall surface 2 in other ways, and the implementation ways are more.

It should be noted that the trim panel assembly 1 shown in fig. 1 includes three trim panels, namely, a first trim panel 11, a second trim panel 12, and a third trim panel 13. However, the number of the decorative boards in the decorative board assembly 1 is not limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the decorative board assembly 1 may further include more than three decorative boards, in which case, any three decorative boards spliced together in sequence may form the first spliced decorative board 11, the second spliced decorative board 12, and the third spliced decorative board 13 spliced in sequence.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, the decorative plate assembly 1 includes five decorative plates, namely a first decorative plate 01, a second decorative plate 02, a third decorative plate 03, a fourth decorative plate 04 and a fifth decorative plate 05 which are sequentially spliced together. Then: it is understood that the first decorative plate 01 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the second decorative plate 02 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the third decorative plate 03 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the second decorative plate 02 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the third decorative plate 03 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the fourth decorative plate 04 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the third decorative plate 03 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the fourth decorative plate 04 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the fifth decorative plate 05 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. In the case where the trim panel assembly 1 includes more trim panels, it is also understood in accordance with the above-described rules.

How the clamping member 142 is clamped on the mounting keel 141 will be described. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the mounting keel 141 further includes a snap-in cantilever 1413, the snap-in cantilever 1413 being a plate-like structure. Fixed ends 14131 of the snap cantilevers 1413 are connected to the first connection plate 1411, and free ends 14132 of the snap cantilevers 1413 are tilted away from the first connection plate 1411. A portion of the clip 142 is clipped between the clip cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411.

Based on this, as shown in fig. 7, a clamping space 14133 into which a part of the clamping member 142 is inserted and clamped is formed between the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411. And, a bayonet 14134 for inserting the snap member 142 into the snap space 14133 is formed between the free end 14132 of the snap cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411. The bayonet 14134 is provided on a side of the chucking space 14133 near the mounting plate 1412 in the Z direction. Wherein the Z direction is perpendicular to both the X direction and the Y direction.

When the decorative plate clamping assembly 14 is used, a part of the clamping piece 142 extends into the clamping space 14133 through the clamping opening 14134 and is clamped by the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411, so that the clamping piece 142 is matched with the mounting keel 141 in a clamping mode, and the decorative plate clamping assembly is very convenient.

The structure of the chucking member 142 will be explained. As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the clip 142 includes a second connecting plate 1421 and a clip plate 1422. The second connecting plate 1421 is used to be fixedly connected to a second decorative panel. The clamping plate 1422 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 1421, and is connected to the second connecting plate 1421 as an integral structure. The second connecting plate 1421 and the clamping plate 1422 form an L-shaped structure together. In use, the clamping plate 1422 extends into the clamping space 14133 and is clamped by the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411.

To increase the clamping force of the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connector plate 1411 against the clamping plate 1422. As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the free end 14132 of the snap cantilever 1413 has a snap 14135, and the snap 14135 protrudes toward the first connector 1411. As shown in fig. 9, a portion of the hook 14135 protruding toward the first connecting plate 1411 abuts against the first connecting plate 1422, and a side of the first connecting plate 1422 away from the hook 14135 abuts against the first connecting plate 1411, so that the first connecting plate 1411 is clamped between the clamping cantilever 1413 and the clamping cantilever 1412. Moreover, due to the arrangement of the hooks 14135, the acting force of the clamping cantilever 1413 on the clamping plate 1422 is larger, and the clamping force between the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411 on the clamping plate 1422 is further increased.

In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the hook 14135 is formed such that the free end 14132 of the clamping cantilever 1413 is bent away from the first connecting plate 1411, which makes the bayonet 14134 larger, thereby facilitating the insertion of the clamping plate 1422 into the clamping space 14133.

In order to improve the stability of the clamping piece 142 after being clamped on the mounting keel 141. As shown in FIG. 8, in some embodiments, clip 142 also includes an arch structure 1423. The arching structure 1423 is connected to the clamping plate 1422 as a unitary structure. As shown in fig. 9, the arching structure 1423 is disposed on a side of the clamping arm 1422 away from the first connecting plate 1411, and the arching structure 1423 extends between the clamping arm 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411. As shown in fig. 7, snap cantilever 1413 is bowed away from first web 1411 in correspondence with a bowed structure 1423 to form a snap channel 14136, the snap channel 14136 being shaped and sized to fit the bowed structure 1423. As shown in fig. 9, after the engaging member 142 engages the mounting keel 141, the engaging groove 14136 engages the arching structure 1423. Also, the snap 14135 is located between the arching structure 1423 and the second connecting plate 1421.

It should be noted that the raised structure 1423 can be regarded as an elongated protrusion formed on the clamping plate 1422 and protruding in the X direction, and the raised structure 1423 protrudes in the X direction close to the second connecting plate 1421. Additionally, the length of the raised structure 1423 extends in the Y-direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the raised structure 1423 may be other than an elongated protrusion, and may be other shapes of protrusions, such as a hemispherical protrusion, and the like.

Based on this, as shown in fig. 9, after the clip 142 is clipped on the mounting keel 141, the clip cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411 clamp the clip plate 1422, so as to prevent the clip 142 from moving in the X direction relative to the mounting keel 141. Meanwhile, under the action of friction force between the clamping plate 1422 and the first connecting plate 1411 and the clamping cantilever 1413, the clamping member 142 can be prevented from moving in the Y direction (not shown in the figure, the Y direction is perpendicular to both the X direction and the Z direction) relative to the mounting keel 141. In addition, under the snap fit of the raised structure 1423 with the catch 14136, the snap member 142 is prevented from moving in the Z-direction relative to the mounting keel 141.

To further increase the clamping force of the snap cantilever 1413 and the first connector plate 1411 against the snap plate 1422. As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, after the snap-in member 142 is snapped onto the mounting keel 141, the free end 14132 of the snap-in cantilever 1413 abuts against the second connecting plate 1421 of the snap-in member 142 in the Z-direction. In this way, the second connecting plate 1421 provides a pressure to the free end 14132 of the clamping cantilever 1413, and the pressure promotes the deformation of the protruding portion of the clamping hook 14135 toward the first connecting plate 1411, so that the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411 clamp the clamping plate 1422 more firmly.

The following describes how the engagement cantilever 1413 is engaged with the first connection plate 1411. As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, a fixed end 14131 of the clamping cantilever 1413 is provided with a clamping fixing hole 14137, a clamping fixing hole 14137 is used for passing through the clamping connector 3, and the clamping connector 3 is fixedly connected with the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411. The first connecting plate 1411 is provided with a clamping threaded hole 14111 corresponding to the clamping connector 3.

For example, the clamping connector 3 may be a screw, and in use, the fixed end 14131 of the clamping cantilever 1413 is attached to the proper position of the first connecting plate 1411, and then the clamping connector 3 is screwed into the clamping threaded hole 14111 after passing through the clamping fixing hole 14137, and the clamping cantilever 1413 is pressed against the first connecting plate 1411, so that the clamping cantilever 1413 is mounted.

The above description is made by taking the snap connector 3 as a screw. In other embodiments, the clamping connector 3 may also be a bolt and a nut, and at this time, the clamping threaded hole 14111 is set to penetrate through the unthreaded hole of the first connecting plate 1411, so that the bolt may pass through the clamping fixing hole 14137 and the unthreaded hole and then the nut may be screwed to fix the clamping cantilever 1413, and the clamping connector may also be used.

In addition, as shown in fig. 11, in some other embodiments, a punched hole 14112 is formed in the first connecting plate 1411, and the fixed end 14131 of the catching cantilever 1413 is connected to an edge of the punched hole 14112 and is integrated with the first connecting plate 1411. That is, a punched hole 14112 is punched in the first connecting plate 1411, and a portion of the punched first connecting plate 1411 is configured to form the catching cantilever 1413. Moreover, one end of the punched-out part of the structure of the first connecting plate 1411, which is far away from the mounting plate 1412 in the Z direction, is not disconnected from other structures of the first connecting plate 1411, that is, the clamping cantilever 1413 and the first connecting plate 1411 are of an integral structure. After the snap cantilevers 1413 are stamped out, the snap cantilevers 1413 are machined to a desired shape.

Thus, snap-in cantilever 1413 is mounted to first connector 1411 via snap connector 3 without having to separately make snap-in cantilever 1413. The consumables of the installation keel 141 are saved.

It should be noted that, in the above solution of forming the snap cantilever 1413 by stamping, the size of the snap plate 1422 of the snap member 142 in the Y direction should be larger than the size of the stamping hole 14112 in the Y direction, so as to prevent the snap plate 1422 from protruding into the stamping hole 14112.

So that the front face of the first trim panel and the front face of the second trim panel are coplanar. As shown in fig. 9, in the state that the clip 142 is clipped on the mounting keel 141, the side of the mounting plate 1412 facing away from the first connecting plate 1411 is coplanar with the side of the second connecting plate 1421 facing away from the clip plate 1422. In this manner, the front surface of the first trim panel and the front surface of the second trim panel are coplanar when the first trim panel is mounted to the mounting plate 1412 and the second trim panel is mounted to the second connecting plate 1421.

The fixed connection of the mounting plate 1412 to the first trim panel is described below. As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments, the mounting plate 1412 is provided with a first trim panel securing hole 14121, and the first trim panel securing hole 14121 is configured to receive a first trim panel connector (not shown) that is fixedly coupled to the mounting plate 1412 and the first trim panel.

Specifically, first decorative board connecting piece can be the screw, during the use, laminates the setting position at the first decorative board back with mounting panel 1412 of installation fossil fragments 141, then passes first decorative board fixing hole 14121 back screw in first decorative board with first decorative board connecting piece to compress tightly mounting panel 1412 at the back of first decorative board, thereby realize the fixed connection of installation fossil fragments 141 and first decorative board.

The above description is given by taking as an example the fixed connection between the mounting keel 141 and the first decorative plate by the first decorative plate connector. However, the form of the fixed connection between the mounting keel 141 and the first decorative plate is not limited in the present application. In some other embodiments, the mounting keel 141 may also be fixed to the back surface of the first decorative plate by an adhesive, specifically, it may be: glue is applied between the opposite surfaces of the mounting plate 1412 and the first decorative plate to achieve adhesive fixation of the mounting plate 1412 and the first decorative plate, and in this case, the first decorative plate fixing hole 14121 is not required to be formed in the mounting plate 1412.

The fixed connection between the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate will be described below. As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, a second decorative plate fixing hole 14211 is formed on the second connecting plate 1421, and the second decorative plate fixing hole 14211 is used to pass through a second decorative plate connector (not shown), which is fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate.

Specifically, the second decorative board connecting piece can be the screw, during the use, laminates the second connecting plate 1421 of joint piece 142 in the settlement position at the second decorative board back, then passes second decorative board fixed orifices 14211 back screw in second decorative board with the second decorative board connecting piece in to compress tightly the back at the second decorative board with second connecting plate 1421, thereby realize the fixed connection of joint piece 142 and second decorative board.

The above description is made by taking an example of the fixed connection between the clip member 142 and the second decorative plate by the second decorative plate connecting member. However, the form of the fixed connection between the clip 142 and the second decorative plate is not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, the clip 142 may also be fixed to the back surface of the second decorative plate by adhesion, specifically, the clip may include: glue is applied between the opposite surfaces of the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate, so as to achieve the adhesive fixation of the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate, which can also be used, in which case, the second connecting plate 1421 does not need to be provided with the second decorative plate fixing hole 14211.

The following describes how the mounting keel 141 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. As shown in fig. 14, in some embodiments, the trim card assembly 14 further includes a fixing member 143, and the fixing member 143 includes a third connecting plate 1431 and a fourth connecting plate 1432. The third connecting plate 1431 is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1411. The fourth connection plate 1432 is perpendicular to the third connection plate 1431, and the fourth connection plate 1432 and the third connection plate 1431 are connected as an integrated structure. Fourth connecting plate 1432 is used for laminating and fixed connection with wall 2. Wherein the third connection plate 1431 and the fourth connection plate 1432 together form an L-shaped structure.

Based on this, the installation fossil fragments 141 can realize the fixed connection with wall 2 through mounting 143, need not set up the structure that directly is used for with wall 2 is fixed on the installation fossil fragments 141, has reduced the structural complexity of installation fossil fragments 141. The size of the fixing member 143 can be set smaller than that of the mounting keel 141, and it is easy to process.

The following describes how the fixing member 143 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, a wall mount hole 14321 is provided on the fourth connecting plate 1432. As shown in fig. 14, the wall fixing hole 14321 is used to pass through the wall connecting member 4, and the wall connecting member 4 is fixedly connected to the fourth connecting plate 1432 and the wall 2.

The wall attachment 4 is illustratively an expansion bolt. During the use, fourth connecting plate 1432 is on a parallel with wall 2 and with the laminating of wall 2, and expansion bolts is fixed in on the wall 2 with fourth connecting plate 1432 after passing wall fixed orifices 14321 on fourth connecting plate 1432. In this case, the third connection plate 1431 is perpendicular to the wall surface 2. In addition, as shown in fig. 14, for one mounting keel 141, two fixing members 143 are provided, and the two fixing members 143 are arranged at intervals in the Y direction.

The above description is given by taking as an example the fixing member 143 fixed to the wall surface 2 by the wall surface connecting member 4. The application is not limited to how the fixing member 143 is fixed to the wall surface 2. In other embodiments, the fixing elements 143 may also be embedded directly into the wall surface 2 when the wall surface 2 is formed by casting, and may also be used.

In addition, the above description is given by taking an example in which two fixing members 143 are provided corresponding to one mounting keel 141. The present application is not limited to the provision of several fasteners 143 for a mounting keel 141. In other embodiments, three, four or more fasteners 143 may be provided on a single mounting keel 141, and the same may be used.

A description will now be given of how the third connecting plate 1431 of the fixing member 143 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141. As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments, the first connection plate 1411 is provided with a keel connection hole 14113 and the third connection plate 1431 is provided with a fixing connection hole 14311. The trim panel mounting assembly 14 further includes a threaded connector 144, the threaded connector 144 passing through the keel connection opening 14113 and the mounting connection opening 14311 to secure the mounting keel 141 and the fastener 143.

Illustratively, the threaded connection 144 is a screw, and the keel connection opening 14113 has internal threads configured to mate with the screw. After the fixing member 143 is fixed to the wall surface 2, the first connection plate 1411 of the installation keel 141 is attached to the third connection plate 1431 of the fixing member 143, and the keel connection hole 14113 of the first connection plate 1411 and the fixing connection hole 14311 of the third connection plate 1431 are aligned. A screw is then threaded through the attachment connection 14311 and into the keel connection 14113 to fixedly attach the fastener 143 to the mounting keel 141.

The above description is given by taking the screw 144 as an example. The present application is not limited to the configuration of the threaded connection 144. In other embodiments, the threaded connector 144 may include a mating bolt and a mating nut, and in use, the mating bolt may be threaded through the fastening connection 14311 and the keel connection 14113 in order to screw the mating nut, so as to fixedly connect the fastening member 143 to the mounting keel 141, which may also be used. In this case, internal threads need not be provided in the keel attachment holes 14113.

The state of the decorative plate is adjusted in order to adjust the distance between the mounting plate 1412 of the mounting keel 141 and the wall surface 2. As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments, the opening in which the fixing connection hole 14311 is provided is elongated in shape, and the opening of the fixing connection hole 14311 extends in a direction perpendicular to the fourth connection plate 1432 (i.e., the Z direction in fig. 15).

Based on this, the distance of the mounting plate 1412 from the wall surface 2 in the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2 (i.e., the Z direction in fig. 15) can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the threaded connection 144 in the fixing connection hole 14311. In this way, even if the wall surface 2 has poor flatness, the mounting plates 1412 corresponding to the mounting keels 141 of all the decorative panels can be adjusted to be coplanar. Furthermore, after the decoration board is mounted on the wall surface 2 through the mounting keel 141 and the clip 142, all the decoration boards can be coplanar. And, can also be according to actual demand, the distance of adjustment decorative board apart from wall 2.

Alternatively, in other embodiments, the openings of the spine attachment openings 14113 may be elongated in shape, with the openings of the spine attachment openings 14113 extending in a direction perpendicular to the mounting plate 1412 (i.e., the Z-direction in fig. 15). It is also possible to adjust the distance of the mounting plate 1412 from the wall surface 2 in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2, in which case the shape of the opening of the fixing attachment hole 14311 does not need to be configured as a long strip.

As shown in fig. 9, after the clip 142 is clipped on the mounting keel 141, the clip plate 1422 of the clip 142 is attached to the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141. Based on this, in order to make the opposite sides of the first decorative board and the second decorative board jointed together, in some embodiments, in the X direction, the side of the first connecting plate 1411 far from the mounting plate 1412 is coplanar with the side of the first decorative board, and the side of the clamping plate 1422 far from the second connecting plate 1421 is coplanar with the side of the second decorative board, so that after the clamping piece 142 is clamped on the mounting keel 141, the opposite sides of the first decorative board and the second decorative board are jointed with each other, so that the decorative board installed on the wall surface 2 has better continuity and looks more beautiful.

As shown in fig. 16, the first trim panel 11 and the second trim panel 12 will be described as an example. The first splice decorative panel 11 is located on the right side of the second splice decorative panel 12, defined in the X direction. After the mounting studs 141 are mounted on the first trim panel 11, the left side of the first connecting plate 1411 is coplanar with the left side of the first trim panel 11. After the clamping member 142 is installed on the second splice decorative panel 12, the right side of the clamping plate 1422 is coplanar with the right side of the second splice decorative panel 12. In this way, after the clamping member 142 is clamped on the mounting keel 141, the side surface of the left side of the first splice decorative plate 11 is attached to the side surface of the right side of the second splice decorative plate 12.

It should be noted that, the first decorative board, the second decorative board, the first splicing decorative board 11, the second splicing decorative board 12, the third splicing decorative board 13, the first decorative board 01, the second decorative board 02, the third decorative board 03, the fourth decorative board 04, the fifth decorative board 05, etc. described in this application can all be collectively referred to as a decorative board, and in some places in this application, when it is not necessary to distinguish which kind of decorative board specifically, only the general term "decorative board" is used as a representative for explanation.

The application also provides another kind of decorative board subassembly, and this decorative board subassembly includes first decorative board, second decorative board and decorates integrated circuit board dress subassembly, and this decorates the integrated circuit board dress subassembly and is the same with the structure and the application method of the decorative integrated circuit board dress subassembly 14 in each embodiment of above-mentioned decorative board subassembly 1, and this place is no longer repeated. Wherein first decorative board and the installation fossil fragments fixed connection in the decoration integrated circuit board dress subassembly, joint spare fixed connection in second decorative board and the decoration integrated circuit board dress subassembly.

The application also provides a decorative board clamping assembly, which has the same structure as the decorative board clamping assembly 14 in each embodiment of the decorative board assembly 1, and the structure is not repeated herein.

The present application also provides a method for installing the above-described decorative panel assembly 1, which includes S101, S102, S103, and S104 shown in fig. 17:

and S101, fixing the mounting keel 141 on the first decorative plate.

S102, fixing the clamping piece 142 on the second decorative plate.

And S103, fixing the mounting keel 141 on the first decorative plate on the wall surface 2.

S104, clamping the clamping piece 142 on the second decorative plate on the mounting keel 141 on the first decorative plate.

For example, when the above steps S101 and S102 are performed, all the decorative boards that can be understood as the first decorative boards may be mounted with the mounting keels 141, and all the decorative boards that can be understood as the second decorative boards may be mounted with the fasteners 142. Then can be used for installing the initial position installation first decorative board of decorative board on wall 2, then install the second decorative board, go on in proper order, until accomplishing the installation of decorative board subassembly 1.

The order of step S101 and step S102 may be changed, and this is not limited in the present application.

In this regard, to make the individual trim panels in the trim panel assembly 1 coplanar. In the case where the side of the mounting plate 1412 facing away from the first connecting plate 1411 is coplanar with the side of the second connecting plate 1421 facing away from the snap plate 1422, the above step S103 includes S1031 and S1032 as shown in fig. 18:

and S1031, adjusting the distance between the mounting plate 1412 of the mounting keel 141 and the wall surface 2.

S1032, the first connection plate 1411 on which the keel 141 is mounted is fixed to the wall 2.

In step S1031, the distance L between the mounting plate 1412 and the light emitted from the laser level in the Z direction can be measured by using a laser level. When the L values measured at various positions on the same mounting keel 141 are within the tolerance range and the L values measured by the mounting keels 141 are within the tolerance range, the coplanarity of the mounting plates 1412 of the mounting keels 141 can be determined. Therefore, after the decorative plate assembly 1 is installed, the decorative plates can be coplanar, and the attractiveness of the wall surface 2 can be improved.

In order to facilitate adjustment of the coplanarity of the mounting plates 1412 of the respective mounting keels 141, in the case where the trim panel clamping assembly 14 includes the fixing member 143 and the threaded connection member 144, the above step S1031 includes S10311 and S10312 as shown in fig. 19:

and S10311, fixing the fourth connecting plate 1432 of the fixing piece 143 with the wall surface 2.

S10312, fixing the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141 and the third connecting plate 1431 of the fixing piece 143 through the threaded connecting piece 144; in the case where the opening of the fixing connection hole 14311 has an elongated shape, the mounting plates 1412 of the respective mounting keels 141 are adjusted to be coplanar by adjusting the positions of the screw connectors 144 within the fixing connection hole 14311. In the case where the opening of the keel connecting hole 14113 is elongated in shape, the mounting plates 1412 of the respective mounting keels 141 are adjusted to be coplanar by adjusting the positions of the screw connectors 144 within the keel connecting holes 14113.

In step S10312, the shape of the opening of the fixing connection hole 14311 is long, and the shape of the opening of the keel connection hole 14113 is long, which may be selected according to actual conditions.

In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
