The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the slitting device for producing the constant-distance negative pressure adsorption type valve bags is used, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, firstly, an operator pulls the clamping piece 75 to make the clamping piece 75 slide outside the guide slide bar 77, the distance between the clamping pieces 75 is adjusted according to the width of the slitting blade 72, and the clamping pieces 75 are pushed, so that the strong magnet columns 76 at the outer sides of the holding pieces 75 are inserted into the left and right grooves of the slitting blade 72, the strong magnet columns 76 are used for adsorbing and fixing the two sides of the slitting blade 72, installing a corresponding number of slitting blades 72 according to the cutting requirement, then pushing the a vertical supporting frame 7, sliding the a vertical supporting frame 7 on the outer side of the transverse guide rail 6 through the outer rectangular sliding block 73, adjusting the cutting position of the self-sealing bag, enabling the moving position of the vertical support frame (7) to meet the positioning requirement, and inserting a bolt into the outer sides of the vertical support frame (7) and the transverse guide rail (6) to lock and limit;

according to the drawings of fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 7, an operator pulls the clamping force arm 15 according to the thickness of the material, so that the clamping force arm 15 is nested and connected outside the positioning sleeve 16, a bolt is inserted into the threaded hole 17, the clamping force arm 15 and the clamping sheet 75 are positioned, the driving motor 5 drives the belt pulley 10 to rotate, the belt pulley 10 drives and pulls the positioning sleeve ring 12 according to the width of the material, then the positioning sleeve ring 12 slides outside the rectangular chute 13, the driving motor 5 is opened, the driving motor 5 drives the belt pulley 10 to rotate, the belt pulley 10 drives the material roller 11 on one side to rotate in the opposite direction, the material which is correspondingly cut is rotated, the clamping force arm 15 clamps and presses and fixes the acting force of the material, the material is prevented from being deviated in the storage process, and the belt pulley 10 and the material roller 11 are rotated, the material roller 11 loosens the material, so that the material is flatly paved on the upper surface of the device base 1, the electric heating plate 74 is opened, the outer side of the cutting supporting plate 71 is heated by the electric heating plate 74, and the temperature of the surface of the cutting blade 72 is raised;

as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the operator then opens the hydraulic cylinder 18, the hydraulic cylinder 18 drives the slitting support plate 71 and the slitting blade 72 to vertically descend, the slitting blade 72 is used to cut the surface of the material, the operator installs the negative pressure suction cup 84 with the corresponding diameter on the outer side of the suction cup column 83 according to the thickness and the type of the material, inserts the bolt at the joint of the negative pressure suction cup 84 and the suction cup column 83 to avoid the negative pressure suction cup 84 from shifting, separates the belt pulley 10 at the output end of the driving motor 5 from the belt pulley 10 at the other side, and drives the bevel gear 9 to rotate by using the driving motor 5, the bevel gear 9 drives the bevel gear 9 and the ball screw 14 at one side to rotate, the ball screw 14 drives the lifting panel 85 to horizontally move, and moves the positions of the lifting panel 85 and the suction disc 82, and open electric telescopic handle 81, utilize electric telescopic handle 81 to drive sucking disc stand 83 and negative pressure sucking disc 84 and carry out perpendicular decline, negative pressure sucking disc 84 adsorbs the material after having cut for the material after the cutting piles up together, also can rotate the not cracked material of cutting and accomodate through collecting roller 3, thereby accomplishes a series of work.
