According to some embodiments of the invention, the rail is provided with a first slideway, the length direction of the first slideway is the same as the length direction of the rail, the belt wheel is slidably connected to the first slideway through a first rotating shaft, and the rail is further provided with a first adjusting piece connected with the first rotating shaft, and the first adjusting piece is used for adjusting the position of the belt wheel along the length direction of the first slideway.

The present embodiment will be further described below in terms of the structure of one of the conveyor lines 10.

Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that the conveyor line 10 includes a frame structure formed by welding a plurality of steel materials, a conveyor belt 200, a conveyor chain 600 and a driving member 300, the frame structure is formed by welding a plurality of steel materials, a rail 110 is disposed on the top of the frame structure 100, generally, the rail 110 is also of a steel material structure, and the rail 110 is horizontally arranged to enable a profile (such as an aluminum profile 500) to be stably placed, a driving wheel 120 is mounted at the left end of the rail 110 through a bearing, a sprocket 140 and a pulley 130 are sequentially mounted at the right end of the rail 110 in a direction away from the driving wheel 120, the conveyor belt 200 may be a belt, the conveyor belt 200 is wound around the driving wheel 120 and the pulley 130, the conveyor belt 200 is driven to rotate by virtue of friction between the driving wheel 120 and the conveyor belt 200, the conveyor chain 600 is wound around the driving wheel 120 and the sprocket 140, i.e. the conveyor chain 600 is engaged with the sprocket 140, the driving wheel 120 drives the conveyor chain 600 to rotate, the conveyor chain 600 is located in a winding range of the conveyor belt 200, that is, the conveyor chain 600 is located inside the conveyor belt 200, and when a profile is conveyed, the profile is placed on the conveyor belt 200, and the conveyor belt 200 can be brought into contact with the conveyor chain 600 by the downward pressure of the profile, so that a frictional force exists between the conveyor chain 600 and the conveyor belt 200.

Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that the driving member 300 may include a driving motor 310 and a reducer 320, an output shaft of the driving motor 310 is connected to the reducer 320, and the reducer 320 is connected to the driving wheel 120, so as to drive the driving wheel 120 to rotate, and at the same time, to control the rotation speed of the driving wheel 120, i.e., to control the profile conveying speed, the structure is simple and easy to implement.

When the sectional material is conveyed, two ends of the sectional material are respectively placed on the conveying belts 200 of the two conveying lines 10, the sectional material is perpendicular to the conveying belts 200, the conveying chains 600 are arranged on the inner sides of the conveying belts 200, when the driving motor 310 drives the driving wheel 120 to rotate through the speed reducer 320, the driving wheel 120 drives the conveying belts 200 and the conveying chains 600 to rotate, under the action of the downward pressure of the sectional material, the conveying chains 600 provide friction force pointing to the conveying direction for the conveying belts 200, the driving force for the conveying belts 200 is increased, the conveying chains 600 and the conveying belts 200 are enabled to synchronously rotate, slipping between the conveying belts 200 and the driving wheels 120 or belt wheels 130 is avoided, accordingly, conveying speeds at two ends of the sectional material are kept equal, the sectional material is prevented from deviating or falling from the conveying lines 10, conveying stability is guaranteed, meanwhile, manual conveying can be replaced, labor intensity of workers is effectively relieved, and packaging efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 4, it can be understood that the plurality of sprockets 121 are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the driving wheel 120, the plurality of sprockets 121 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the driving wheel 120, the conveying chain 600 is engaged with the sprockets 121, the sprockets 121 are located in the middle of the driving wheel 120, and the outer surfaces of the driving wheel 120 on the two sides of the sprockets 121 are attached to the conveying belt 200, so that the driving wheel 120 can simultaneously drive the conveying belt 200 and the conveying chain 600 to rotate, and the conveying belt is compact in structure, simple in structure, and easy to implement.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, it can be understood that the rail 110 is provided with a first slideway 111, a length direction of the first slideway 111 is the same as a length direction of the rail 110, the pulley 130 is slidably connected to the first slideway 111 through a first rotating shaft 131, the first slideway 111 is configured as an elongated hole, and the first rotating shaft 131 penetrates through the first slideway 111. The track 110 is further provided with a first adjusting member 112 connected with the first rotating shaft 131, and the first adjusting member 112 is used for adjusting the position of the belt wheel 130 along the length direction of the first slideway 111, so that the tightness of the conveying belt 200 can be adjusted by the first adjusting member 112, the conveying belt 200 is always kept in a tensioned state, the conveying capacity of the conveying belt 200 is ensured, and the reliability of the section material conveying device is improved.

Referring to fig. 3, it can be understood that the first adjusting member 112 includes a first screw 1121 and a first nut 1122 engaged with the first screw 1121, the rail 110 is provided with a first positioning plate 113, the first positioning plate 113 is a plate structure protruding in the vertical conveying direction, the first positioning plate 113 is provided with a first hole 1131, the first screw 1121 is inserted through the first hole 1131 and abuts against the first rotating shaft 131, a first recess 1311 is provided on a side wall of the first rotating shaft 131, and an end of the first screw 1121 is inserted into the first recess 1311 to ensure that the first screw 1121 cannot be detached from the first rotating shaft 131, thereby further improving reliability. The first nut 1122 abuts against one side of the first positioning plate 113 close to the first rotating shaft 131, and by rotating the first nut 1122, the extension length of the first screw 1121 toward the first screw 1121 relative to the first positioning plate 113 can be adjusted, that is, the position of the pulley 130, that is, the tension of the conveyor belt 200 can be adjusted, so that the conveyor belt 200 is always kept in a tensioned state, the conveying capacity of the conveyor belt 200 is ensured, and the reliability of the profile conveying device is improved.

The track 110 is further provided with a second adjusting member 115 connected with the second rotating shaft 141, the second adjusting member 115 is used for adjusting the position of the chain wheel 140 along the length direction of the second slideway 114, so that the tightness of the conveying chain 600 can be adjusted through the second adjusting member 115, the conveying chain 600 is always kept in a tensioned state, when the section bar is conveyed, the conveying belt 200 can be ensured to be abutted against the conveying chain 600, the driving force to the conveying belt 200 is increased, the sliding of the conveying belt 200 is avoided, the conveying stability is ensured, and the reliability of the section bar conveying device is improved.

Referring to fig. 3, it can be understood that the second adjusting member 115 includes a second screw 1151 and a second nut 1152 engaged with the second screw 1151, the rail 110 is provided with a second positioning plate 116, the second positioning plate 116 is a plate structure protruding in the vertical conveying direction, the second positioning plate 116 is provided with a second hole 1161, the second screw 1151 is inserted through the second hole 1161 and abuts against the second rotating shaft 141, a side wall of the second rotating shaft 141 is provided with a second recess 1411, and an end of the second screw 1151 is inserted into the second recess 1411, so as to ensure that the second screw 1151 does not separate from the second rotating shaft 141, thereby further improving reliability.
