Example 1

The embodiment of the application discloses far infrared antibacterial heating cotton and a production and processing flow thereof.

Referring to fig. 1-7, a far infrared antibacterial heating cotton comprises far infrared fiber 1.5D50%, three-dimensional hollow 3D silicon 35% and Huiweisi 4D 15%; nano particles capable of emitting infrared rays are uniformly distributed in the far infrared fibers. Referring to fig. 1-7, the production process flow is that the heating cotton raw material is made into heating cotton finished product through a cotton opener 1, a carding machine 2, a lapping machine 3, a glue sprayer 4, a dryer 5, a dough ironing machine 6, a cutter and a packing machine. Heating cotton raw materials are subjected to cotton opening by a cotton opener 1 and cotton carding by a cotton carding machine 2, then enter a lapping machine 3 for swinging and lapping, enter an integrated glue sprayer 4, a dryer 5 and a dough ironing machine 6 for processing after crimping is completed, are cut by a cutter after crimping is completed, and finally are packaged into products.

Referring to fig. 7, the glue sprayer 4, the dryer 5 and the dough ironing machine 6 are integrally formed, wherein a chain conveyor belt 41 penetrating through a corresponding box body is arranged, a plurality of supporting devices 43 are arranged on the chain conveyor belt 41, and an automatic glue spraying device 42 is arranged in the box body in the glue sprayer 4; a heating resistor 51 is arranged in the box body of the drying mechanism 5; a lifting ironing panel 61 is arranged in the box body of the noodle ironing mechanism 6, and a lifting baffle 62 is arranged among the glue sprayer 4, the dryer 5 and the noodle ironing mechanism 6. The cotton materials in the supporting device 43 are woven through the transmission of the chain conveying belt 41 in the glue sprayer 4, the drying machine 5 and the dough ironing machine 6, glue spraying, drying and dough ironing are respectively carried out, and efficient and rapid production is realized.
