selecting 80 pieces of ultrafine Modai and 20D DuPont spandex in Australian blue as raw materials, respectively soaking the two raw materials into a treatment solution, then placing the two raw materials into an electrolytic bath for ionization infiltration treatment, controlling the voltage to be 170V and the current to be 1.5A, wherein the total treatment time is 1.5h, taking out the raw materials after the treatment, placing the raw materials into a vacuum drying oven for low-temperature vacuum drying treatment, controlling the vacuum degree to be 2.5Pa and the drying temperature to be 50 ℃, and comprising the following components in the treatment solution in percentage by weight: 1.5% of ethylenediamine, 0.7% of alpha-bisabolol, 3% of ammonia water, 2.5% of silver chloride and the balance of pure water;

(2) spinning:

placing 80 pieces of ultrafine Molar and 20D Dupont spandex of the austria lannerine after drying treatment in the step (1) in a spinning machine according to the weight percentage of 91:9 for spinning treatment;

(3) post-stretching:

performing high-power stretching in a plasticizing bath;

(4) dyeing treatment:

immersing the yarn obtained after post-stretching in the step (3) into a dyeing agent for dyeing treatment, and filtering and drying for later use after the dyeing treatment is finished;

(5) spooling and warping processes:

an automatic winder and a metal groove drum are adopted, an electric cleaning and air splicer is arranged to realize knotless yarn, the warping is done, the tension is uniform, the warp beam is flat, and the drums are changed collectively;

(6) sizing:

sizing treatment is carried out on the warped yarns by using the sizing agent, and the sizing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of modified starch, 1.5 parts of antistatic agent and 2.5 parts of smoothing agent;

(7) weaving:

weaving by using the yarn in the step (6);

(8) and (3) antibacterial treatment:

and (3) performing antibacterial treatment on the cloth woven in the step (7) by using a Senecio Doctoria Dow (SILVADUR)930 antibacterial agent.

In order to compare the technical effects of the application, the modal fabrics prepared by the methods of the embodiments 1 to 7 are respectively prepared correspondingly, and then the modal fabrics prepared correspondingly by the methods are subjected to a mildew-proof and antibacterial property test experiment, wherein the specific method comprises the following steps: respectively putting the prepared fibers into test boxes, controlling the temperature in the test boxes to be 20 ℃, the normal pressure and the relative humidity to be 80%, inoculating aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus, monascus purpureus and penicillium into the test boxes, counting the total time length when the infected area by the mold is 10%, and expressing the total time length by using the mildew-proof time length to measure the mildew-proof and antibacterial effects, wherein the specific test comparison data are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from table 1 above, the application provides a traceless antibacterial austria blue superfine modal, two fibers, namely 80 austria blue superfine modal and 20D U.S. dupont spandex, are selected for spinning, and technologies such as ionization infiltration, ultraviolet, ultrasonic waves and the like are combined, so that the mildew-proof antibacterial property of the fabric is remarkably improved on the basis of improving the processing property of the fabric.

In order to further compare the technical effects of the present application, the quality inspection is performed on the cotton fabric correspondingly prepared by the method in example 2 of the present application, and corresponding quality inspection reports (as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2) are obtained, and the performance indexes after the quality inspection are shown in table 2 below:

As can be seen from the figure 1 and the table 2, the cotton fabric prepared by the method has excellent comprehensive performance, and the water color fastness, the rubbing color fastness, the perspiration color fastness, the formaldehyde content, the pH value, the decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine fuel and the peculiar smell all accord with the national standard.
