The upper portion of the second base 41 extends upwards to be provided with a first annular rib 411, a plurality of pressure-sensitive sensors 7 are arranged in the first annular rib 411, the lower portion of the central column 422 is provided with a limiting cover 421, the limiting cover 421 is sleeved on the outer side of the first annular rib 411, the upper portion of each pressure-sensitive sensor 7 abuts against the inner upper surface of the corresponding limiting cover 421, specifically, a weight parameter can be set for each pressure-sensitive sensor 7, when the pressure-sensitive sensor 7 is paid off along with the yarn barrel 4, the weight of the inner core 43 is gradually reduced, the pressure applied to the pressure-sensitive sensor 7 is reduced, when the pressure sensed by the pressure-sensitive sensor 7 is smaller than the set weight parameter, the yarn in the inner core 43 is about to be paid off, at the moment, the pressure-sensitive sensor 7 triggers the yarn barrel 4 to send an alarm, and an operator is reminded of timely replacing the inner core 43.

Through setting up pressure sensitive inductor 7 and infrared inductor 8, monitor the yarn volume on the inner core 43 to remind the operation personnel in time to change inner core 43, prevent to shut down, improved production efficiency effectively, simple structure is reasonable, and is intelligent good, and through dual response, has improved the effect of response greatly.

The upper portion of the second bottom plate 41 extends upwards to form a second annular rib 412 corresponding to the pressure-sensitive inductor 7, the pressure-sensitive inductor 7 is located in the second annular rib 412, the pressure-sensitive inductor 7 can be limited by the arrangement of the second annular rib 412, the pressure-sensitive inductor 7 is prevented from moving, and the induction precision is improved.

Center post 422 upper portion upwards extends and is equipped with double-screw bolt 423, double-screw bolt 423 outside threaded connection has stop collar 44, stop collar 44 lower part butt center post 422 upper portion when needing to be changed inner core 43, only need unscrew stop collar 44 and can take out inner core 43, through setting up stop collar 44, not only can carry on spacingly to inner core 43, the change of the inner core 43 of still being convenient for greatly, simple structure is reasonable, and the practicality is good, the simple operation.

The upper part of the limiting cover 421 extends upwards to form a limiting column 426, the upper part of the limiting column 426 is provided with an annular supporting rib 427, the bottom of a wire column 431 positioned at the lower part of the central column 422 is provided with a second limiting groove 434, the limiting column 426 is inserted into the second limiting groove 434, and the upper part of the supporting rib 427 is abutted against the upper surface inside the second limiting groove 434.

The inside upper surface of spacing lid 421 is equipped with the recess 424 that corresponds with pressure-sensitive inductor 7, pressure-sensitive inductor 7 upper portion inserts in the recess 424, the inside upper surface of spacing lid 421 is located the inboard department of annular and is equipped with ring channel 425, can carry on spacingly to pressure-sensitive inductor 7 through setting up recess 424, through setting up ring channel 425, is favorable to the deformation of spacing lid 421 upper surface, improves pressure-sensitive inductor 7's response precision.
