Therefore, a rapid reset device and a reset method for a dual clutch flywheel are urgently needed, and the damage risk of a dual mass flywheel disc can be avoided; and the maintenance efficiency can be improved, so that the maintenance cost of a consumer is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a double-clutch flywheel quick reset device and a double-clutch flywheel reset method, which can avoid the damage risk of a double-mass flywheel disc; and the maintenance efficiency can be improved, so that the maintenance cost of a consumer is reduced.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dual clutch flywheel fast reset device, comprising:

the reset device comprises a reset base, a reset rotating disc and a rotating shaft, wherein the reset rotating disc is rotatably connected with the reset base through the rotating shaft, and the reset base is provided with fixed supports in pairs for jacking and contacting primary mass flywheel discs; the reset rotary disc comprises a rotary disc body, and a first extension plate, a second extension plate, a third extension plate and a fourth extension plate which are sequentially arranged in a staggered manner along the circumferential direction of the rotary disc body, wherein the ends of the first extension plate and the third extension plate, which are far away from the rotary shaft, are respectively provided with a compression structure, the compression structures are used for jacking and pressing the damping elastic sheet, and a reset pushing structure is arranged adjacent to the first extension plate or the third extension plate and is used for pushing the corresponding extension plate; and the second extension plate and the fourth extension plate are far away from the rotary shaft end and are respectively provided with a jaw which is used for clamping the root part of the butt gear of the gearbox.

s2, adjusting the positions of the fixed supports on the reset base until the fixed supports symmetrically arranged on the reset base all push against the inner edge of the primary mass flywheel disc, and ensuring that the fixed supports stably push against the primary mass flywheel disc;

s3: adjusting the hold-down structure so that the hold-down structure is in sufficient contact with the gear of the primary flywheel disc;

s6: then rapidly and reversely adjusting the resetting pushing structure again, releasing the pushing of the resetting pushing structure on the first extending plate or the third extending plate, and returning the resetting rotating disc to the initial position;

s7: then rapidly and reversely adjusting the pressing structure to release the contact between the pressing structure and the gear of the primary flywheel disc;

s8: and adjusting the position of the fixed support on the reset base, releasing the stable jacking support of the fixed support on the primary mass flywheel disc, and taking away the double-clutch flywheel quick reset device.

s5: then adjusting the pressing structure again until the damping elastic sheet is pressed to be more than 2mm below the primary flywheel disc;

s6: then rapidly and reversely adjusting the resetting pushing structure again, releasing the pushing of the resetting pushing structure on the first extending plate or the third extending plate, and returning the resetting rotating disc to the initial position;

s7: then rapidly and reversely adjusting the pressing structure to release the contact between the pressing structure and the gear of the primary flywheel disc;

s8: and adjusting the position of the fixed support on the reset base, releasing the stable jacking support of the fixed support on the primary mass flywheel disc, and taking away the double-clutch flywheel quick reset device.
