Background

In order to improve the overall maneuverability, passability and concealment of the shield mechanism, the occupied space of the shield needs to be reduced when needed. The existing shield is a fixed structure which can not be automatically folded and unfolded, and can only be installed and disassembled by external personnel, so that the shield can be erected and folded, and in a dangerous environment, safety problems can be brought to the personnel in the process of assembling and disassembling the shield. In addition, the existing shield is basically assembled and disassembled manually, and the workload of manual assembly and disassembly is acceptable for small shields, and the labor and time are consumed for large shields. Therefore, how to realize the automatic retraction and expansion of the shield becomes a problem to be solved urgently in the field.

The telescopic extension of the push rod of the angle adjusting driving piece 6 can realize the angle adjustment of the shield, and the shield can be completely turned and overlapped on the upper surface of the shield base 4.
