A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the non-washing hand sanitizer comprises 0.1-0.5% of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 0.05-0.3% of double-chain compound quaternary ammonium salt compound, 1.5-2.5% of hyaluronic acid, 0.1-1% of emollient, 15-20% of thickening agent, 3-5% of natural plant extract, 0.1-0.4% of aromatic, 0.7-1.5% of pH regulator and the balance of deionized water.

3. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the double-chain compound quaternary ammonium salt compound comprises one or more of dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dioctyl dimethyl ammonium bromide, didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and didecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide.

4. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the emollient comprises one or more of vaseline, urea, and glycerol.

5. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is aloe gel.

6. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the natural plant extract comprises one or more of aloe extract, Chinese honeylocust fruit extract and chamomile extract.

7. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the aromatic comprises one of rose essence, jasmine essence, mint essence, lemon essence and sweet orange essence.

8. A leave-on hand sanitizer according to claim 1, wherein: the pH regulator is a mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate.

9. A preparation method of a no-clean hand sanitizer is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps of,

(1) mixing and stirring polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, a double-chain compound quaternary ammonium salt compound, hyaluronic acid, an emollient, a natural plant extract and deionized water until the solution is completely mixed;

(2) adding the thickening agent into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed;

(3) and adding a pH regulator, regulating the pH value of the solution to 5.0-6.5, dropwise adding an aromatic, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

As a further improvement of the invention, the double-chain compound quaternary ammonium salt compound comprises one or more of dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dioctyl dimethyl ammonium bromide, didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and didecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide.

A preparation method of a no-clean hand sanitizer is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps of,

(1) mixing and stirring polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, a double-chain compound quaternary ammonium salt compound, hyaluronic acid, an emollient, a natural plant extract and deionized water until the solution is completely mixed;

(2) adding the thickening agent into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed;

(3) and adding a pH regulator, regulating the pH value of the solution to 5.0-6.5, dropwise adding an aromatic, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

The polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride has broad-spectrum bactericidal effect, and especially has good bactericidal effect on gram bacteria which are difficult to treat by common disinfectants. It has good bactericidal effect even at low concentration, and does not cause drug resistance of bacteria.

The double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound has the characteristics of stable property, difficult volatilization, no irritation, no residual toxicity and the like, and is not easily influenced by factors such as pH value, temperature, humidity and the like because the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound is a cationic surfactant and has extremely strong surface activity. The double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound has the advantages of quick sterilization effect and low use concentration, quaternary ammonium ions with positive charges mainly play a sterilization effect in the quaternary ammonium salt, and the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound with the carbon chain length of C8-C12 has a better sterilization effect, and the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound with the carbon chain length of C8 and C10 has the best sterilization effect.

Hyaluronic acid is a high-molecular acidic mucopolysaccharide, contains numerous hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure, has a good moisturizing effect by strongly combining with water, has stable moisturizing performance, and is suitable to be added into various skin care products and cleaning daily necessities as a moisturizing agent.

The natural plant extract has synergistic effect, and the aloe extract has moisturizing, antiinflammatory, and antibacterial effects; the saponin extract has good decontamination effect, and simultaneously has natural inhibition and sterilization effects on bacteria and fungi; the flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract has antiinflammatory and mild water supplementing effects.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound are compounded, so that the synergistic effect is achieved, and the sterilization effect is improved. Meanwhile, the disinfectant is compounded with other surfactants or solvent systems, and has the function of cleaning the surface of an object while disinfecting.

2. The pH value of the no-clean hand sanitizer is 5.0-6.5, is close to the pH value of the skin of hands of a human body, and has no stimulation to the skin of the hands. The hand sanitizer is used for cleaning hands, and the hands are dry after about 1 minute; due to the addition of the emollient, the humectant and the natural plant extract, the hand cream has the effects of moisturizing, moistening and diminishing inflammation on the hand skin.

3. After the no-clean hand sanitizer is used, a breathable protective layer can be formed on the surface of hand skin, for example, after the hand skin perspires, the protective layer which is wetted by sweat can be self-melted and recombined to form a zipper immediately after the protective layer is separated from the skin, so that the effect of continuously protecting the surface of the skin for bacteriostasis is achieved, and the effective bacteriostasis time is 24 hours.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments. (1) 3g of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 1.8g of didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 20g of hyaluronic acid, 6g of vaseline, 35g of aloe vera extract and 768.6g of deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) And (2) adding 160g of aloe gel into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) Adding 7.4g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.0-6.5, dropwise adding 1.2g of lemon essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 2

(1) 3.6g of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 2.4g of dioctyldimethylammonium chloride, 22g of hyaluronic acid, 8g of glycerol, 45g of chamomile extract and 668.1g of deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) Adding 240g of aloe gel into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) And adding 12g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.5-6.0, dropwise adding 2.5g of rose essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 3

(1) 2.2g of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 0.9g of dioctyldimethylammonium chloride, 1.2g of didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 18g of hyaluronic acid, 9g of urea, 20g of chamomile extract, 30g of aloe extract and 717.9g of deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) And (2) adding 190g of aloe gel into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) And adding 10g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.5-6.0, dropwise adding 3g of jasmine essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 4

(1) 1.4g polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 2.7g didecyldimethylammonium bromide, 26g hyaluronic acid, 3g urea, 42g saponin extract and 758.3g deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) And (2) adding 155g of aloe gel into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) And adding 9.5g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.5-6.0, dropwise adding 3.5g of orange essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 5

(1) 1.1g of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 3.6g of dioctyldimethylammonium bromide, 14g of hyaluronic acid, 13g of vaseline, 26g of Chinese honeylocust fruit extract and 806.4g of deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) Adding 130g of aloe gel into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and continuously stirring in the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) And adding 5.2g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.5-6.0, dropwise adding 1.8g of mint essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 6

(1) 5.2g polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 2.3g dioctyldimethylammonium bromide, 2.3g didecyldimethylammonium bromide, 12g hyaluronic acid, 10g glycerol, 6g urea, 8g aloe vera extract, 8g saponin extract and 786.4g deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) 215g of aloe gel is added into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and the stirring is continuously carried out during the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) And adding 14.3g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.5-6.0, dropwise adding 0.7g of mint essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

Example 7

(1) 6.7g of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 1g of dioctyldimethylammonium chloride, 1g of didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 10g of didecyldimethylammonium bromide, 25g of hyaluronic acid, 9g of vaseline, 9g of urea, 12g of Chinese honeylocust fruit extract, 10g of chamomile extract and 649g of deionized water were mixed and stirred until the solution was completely mixed.

(2) 264g of aloe gel is added into the mixed solution prepared in the step (1) in batches, and the stirring is continuously carried out during the adding process until the solution is completely mixed.

(3) Adding 8.4g of mixed solution of citric acid and sodium citrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.0-6.5, dropwise adding 1.6g of lemon essence, and uniformly stirring to prepare the no-clean hand sanitizer.

EXAMPLE 8 leave-on hand sanitizer duration antimicrobial test

The experimental method refers to WS/T650 plus 2019 ' 5.2.7 continuous antibacterial test ' evaluation method of antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects '. The test procedure was as follows:

(1) preparing a washing-free hand sanitizer sample sheet: taking a stainless steel sample piece with the thickness of 50mm multiplied by 50mm, coating the no-clean hand sanitizer prepared in the embodiment 1 on the surface of the stainless steel sample piece according to the smearing requirement of the antibacterial agent, and drying at room temperature for later use to serve as an experimental group; stainless steel coupons without any treatment (pressure steam sterilized) served as controls; both sets of coupons were stored in the laboratory at room temperature.

(2) The neutralizing agent is identified and tested, and double D/E broth is used as the neutralizing agent.

(3) After the two groups of sample pieces are respectively placed for 12 hours at room temperature, the sample pieces are used for acting on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus for 12 hours, and then the sterilization rate is calculated.

(4) After the two groups of sample wafers are respectively placed for 24 hours at room temperature, the sample wafers are used for acting on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus for 24 hours, and then the sterilization rate is calculated.

The test result shows that the long-acting bacteriostasis time of the no-clean hand sanitizer prepared in the example 1 is 24 hours.

EXAMPLE 9 leave-on hand sanitizer drying time test at the time of use

Randomly selecting 7 subjects, respectively placing 1-1.5 mL of the no-clean hand sanitizer prepared in examples 1-7 in the palms of the 7 subjects, uniformly rubbing the no-clean hand sanitizer in the palms of the subjects, starting timing until the no-clean hand sanitizer in the palms is completely dried, and obtaining test data of drying time after timing is finished.

Test results surface: the drying time of the no-clean hand sanitizer is 36-61 seconds, namely, when the no-clean hand sanitizer is used for cleaning and disinfecting hands, the hands are dried after about 1 minute, and the hands do not need to be washed with water.

EXAMPLE 10 determination of lead, arsenic and Mercury in Wash-free hand sanitizer

The experimental methods and procedures were referred to in technical Specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition). Instrumentation used for detection: electronic balance, model: BSA 124S; microwave digestion instrument, model: TOPEX, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, model: NexIon 350X. Concentration of standard solution: mercury standard solution (1000mg/L), arsenic standard solution (1000mg/L), lead standard solution (1000 mg/L).

The test result shows that the no-clean hand sanitizer prepared by the invention does not contain lead, arsenic and mercury, is safe to human bodies and is environment-friendly.
