The facial cream comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 0.1-16 parts of skin elasticity improving liposome, 0.1-28 parts of emollient, 0.12-14.5 parts of emulsifier, 0.15-10.5 parts of filler, 0.24-22.4 parts of thickener, 0.01-5 parts of preservative, 0.02-3 parts of EDTA-2NA, 0.015-0.65 parts of pH regulator, 0.02-0.5 parts of daily essence and the balance of deionized water. All the raw material components are commercially available products.

1) preparing the skin-elasticity-improving liposome a: weighing 750mg of fucus rudis extract, 562mg of palmitoyl tripeptide-5/dunaliella salina/sodium hyaluronate/provitamin B5 compound and 375mg of cubilose acid in 20mL of phosphate buffer solution, and dissolving by ultrasonic; weighing 2500mg of phospholipid and 500mg of cholesterol, dissolving in 20mL of diethyl ether, pouring the solution in the phosphoric acid buffer solution dissolved with the functional components into the diethyl ether solution of the phospholipid, homogenizing at high speed for 5 minutes, and removing the diethyl ether at 30 ℃; adding 2% mannitol, ultrasonic emulsifying, filtering with 0.22 μm filter membrane, and freeze drying the filtrate at 3 deg.C/min to-20 deg.C for 40h to obtain liposome with skin elasticity improving effect, wherein the particle diameter of liposome is 0.13 + -0.03 μm.

2) Wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

3) adding the emollient, the filler, the preservative and the EDTA-2NA into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3200r/min for 6 minutes to completely disperse the mixed solution;

4) adding an emulsifier, a daily essence and a pH regulator into the step 3), homogenizing at 3200r/min for 6 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and adding the liposome a while stirring and cooling to obtain the cream composition containing the skin elasticity improving liposome.

2) Wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

3) adding the emollient, the filler, the preservative and the EDTA-2NA into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the mixed solution;

4) adding an emulsifier, a daily essence and a pH regulator into the step 3), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and adding the liposome b while stirring and cooling to obtain the cream composition containing the skin elasticity improving liposome.

2) Wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

3) adding the emollient, the filler, the preservative and the EDTA-2NA into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3500r/min for 8 minutes to completely disperse the mixed solution;

4) adding an emulsifier, a daily essence and a pH regulator into the step 3), homogenizing at 3500r/min for 8 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and adding the liposome c while stirring and cooling to obtain the cream composition containing the skin elasticity improving liposome.

Test example for Effect verification

1. Safety test

Test samples: example 1;

the test method comprises the following steps: and (4) testing the safety by adopting a third-party detection mechanism. The selection area is not more than 50mm2And a suitable patch device having a depth of about 1mm, wherein about 0.02 to about 0.025ml (g) of the test substance is applied to the patch device in a closed patch test. Sticking the spot tester to the forearm of the subject, removing the test substance 24h later, observing skin reaction 0.5h, 24h and 48h after removal, and recording according to skin reaction grading standard in' cosmetic safety technical regulation 2015As a result, the coating composition was cured.

4, level: very strong response (fusional herpes response); erythema, severe infiltration, edema, fusional herpes, and response beyond the test area.

As can be seen from table 2 above, the cream prepared showed no irritation and passed safety.

2. Stability test

Test samples: example 1;

the test method comprises the following steps: and (5) observing the appearance color, viscosity and pH value for three months according to internal control standard.

As can be seen from the above table 3, the prepared cream has no significant changes in color, viscosity and pH value within three months under high and low temperature or illumination conditions, which indicates that the cream has better stability.

3. Efficacy testing of liposomes for improving skin elasticity

Test samples: the skin elasticity-improving liposome of example 1;

the test method comprises the following steps: and (3) adopting an in-vitro non-enzymatic glycosylation reaction experiment, and measuring the inhibition rate of the sample on non-enzymatic glycosylation by using a fluorescence spectrophotometer.

And (3) testing results: as shown in FIG. 1, the inhibition rate of the liposomes to non-enzymatic glycosylation gradually increased with the increase of the concentration of the liposomes, and reached 74% at the use amount of 5%. The liposome can obviously reduce non-enzymatic glycosylation reaction, reduce the damage of collagen and elastin at the local part of the skin, and has the functions of maintaining the skin supporting effect and protecting the elasticity of the skin.

4. Evaluation of skin elasticity-improving effect of cream

Test samples: example 1 (experimental group) and a base cream (control group: cream composition without liposome coating, other components content same as experimental group);

the test method comprises the following steps: the face cream is applied to the whole face after face cleaning every day, and the sunscreen product is applied to the whole face in the morning. The test was carried out in a room at 20-22 ℃ and 40-60% relative humidity, and the subjects had to be acclimated for 15 minutes in the same environment.

The results were tested at the following 4 time periods, respectively: before use of the sample (D0), after use of the sample for 14 days (D14), after use of the sample for 28 days (D28) and after use of the sample for 56 days (D56).

The detection items are as follows:

(R2 is the ratio of the amount of springback of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum amount of stretching during negative pressure; R5 is the ratio of the elastic portion of the skin recovery process during the first cycle of the skin test to the elastic portion of the skin recovery process during the application of negative pressure; R7 is the ratio of the elastic portion of the skin recovery process during the first cycle of the skin test to the maximum amount of stretching of the skin during this cycle).

And (3) testing results:

as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and tables 4 to 6, the significance of the R2, R5 and R7 values of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group, which indicates that the prepared cream can effectively improve the skin elasticity. The three components are wrapped by the liposome and then used simultaneously, so that the synthesis of skin collagen and elastin can be promoted, a supporting structure in the dermis layer of the skin is protected, and meanwhile, moisture can be provided for the skin, so that the skin is full and elastic.

5. Synergistic experiment of cream composition

The raw material components of the cream composition are in the proportion and content shown in the following table 7.

The preparation process of the face cream comprises the following steps:

1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

2) adding main functional components, an emollient, a filler, a preservative and EDTA-2NA into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3200r/min for 6 minutes to completely disperse the mixed solution;

3) adding an emulsifier, a daily essence and a pH regulator into the step 2), homogenizing at 3200r/min for 6 minutes to completely emulsify, stirring and cooling to obtain the cream composition.

The effects of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were verified (evaluation of skin elasticity improvement effect), and the experimental procedures and results were as follows:

1. the tester: 80 healthy women (25-45 years old) divided into 8 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.

2. Use of: the face cream is applied to the whole face after face cleaning every day, and the sunscreen product is applied to the whole face in the morning. The test was carried out in a room at 20-22 ℃ and 40-60% relative humidity, and the subjects had to be acclimated for 15 minutes in the same environment. The results were tested at the following 4 time periods, respectively: before use of the sample (D0), after use of the sample for 14 days (D14), after use of the sample for 28 days (D28) and after use of the sample for 56 days (D56).

As seen from the results of table 8 and fig. 5, the skin elasticity ability was improved: example 1> comparative examples 1 to 7.

The cream composition containing the liposome for improving the skin elasticity can effectively improve the skin elasticity, and has two main reasons that three functional components, namely, a fucus rudis extract, a palmitoyl tripeptide-5/dunaliella salina/sodium hyaluronate/provitamin B5 compound and bird's nest acid are compounded and selected, so that the skin cream composition can promote the synthesis of skin collagen and elastin, protect a supporting structure in a skin dermis layer, provide moisture for the skin and enable the skin to be full and elastic, wherein the fucus rudis extract can provide certain nutrition for the skin and promote the synthesis of collagen; the palmitoyl tripeptide-5/dunaliella salina/sodium hyaluronate/provitamin B5 compound can supplement skin moisture and hyaluronic acid to increase skin plumpness; the cubilose acid can effectively remove excessive free radicals in the skin so as to protect collagen and elastin in the dermis layer of the skin.

In addition, the liposome is used as a delivery carrier of the functional components, so that the stability of the functional components can be maintained, the transdermal efficiency of the functional components can be enhanced, and the capability of the liposome for improving the skin elasticity is increased.
